May 30th, 2024 Ultra Wealth 10 companies I would own for 10 years

This is a recorded live Ultra Wealth class (May 30, 2024) led by Jerremy Newsome with participants Eric, Joe, and Jeremy. The session mixes casual check-ins with live trade reviews (notably Tesla, Salesforce, SMCI/Super Micro, J.Frog, Advanced Auto Parts) and tactical Q&A (position sizing, when to move from 1% to 2% R, trade frequency). The latter half presents a curated list of companies Newsome would consider holding for ~10 years (Netflix, Google/Alphabet, HCA, Nvidia, Apple, American Tower, GoDaddy, Ferrari, Tesla and others) with reasons: recurring revenue, AI/compute exposure, healthcare demand, real-estate/infrastructure plays, brand strength. The video closes with emphasis on using trading cash flow to buy long-term assets and a teaser about upcoming crypto/futures content.

Hey.
Hey, champion. How you doing, big guy? Can you hear me now?
I can. I had my volume off, so.
Cool, cool, cool. How are you, buddy?
Really good, really good.
How are you doing? Awesome.
No baby yet.
What's that?
What's is it due date in. In two weeks.
Due dates on the 11th of June. So we're just over here just waiting patiently.
Yeah, it's awesome.
It could be any day at this point.
Yeah.
Yeah, man.
Was Jason on time or early or late?
It was two weeks early.
Okay, could be any day then.
Any day. Exactly.
Any day. So we're just waiting around.
Awesome. That's great.
Thanks, man. That's really exciting. It's very exciting. So starting Monday, we'll have a few new people in for the June edition which is 24. 7 markets, cryptos, futures, forex. Excited about that. Today's class, I'd love to do a few things. Thing number one is review today's material, but also for the recording and just for how amazing you are, I'd love for you to share with me any trades that you're in or anything that you have questions on or anything that you've done. I think, Joe, you should show us your Tesla trade today. Obviously. I mean, yeah, it wouldn't be an ultra wealth class if I didn't pull up another winning trade that Joe did.
There's a couple every once in a while.
That's awesome.
Yeah. So cool. Let's go look at her trade on Tesla. Give me three seconds to pull up. There it is. All right.
A few people had the same idea today.
Yeah, exactly. A few. It was, it was really interesting because I talked about it a lot yesterday in one of the other. Another class. I'll just talk about the inside candle. Everything. But great, great trade. I love that you put your stop in the profitable. This purple line. What was. Was that the 100 on the daily?
I think that's just part of the volume profile stuff at the time. So.
Got it. Yeah. Great trade. Beautiful, beautiful. Great job.
I mean just 100 on the daily was the top. The blue line just above that.
Got it, got it, got it. And what was crazy it did again. This was. I almost shorted it. I was just chicken. I really thought about shorting below that 10 May putting a stop above the 100. That would have worked. And then it trade down to support and then bounce. And that worked. Dan traded that one for the day. So that was really cool. But great compression. You took out the. The bear candle. That little bear doe. You had the pennant pattern. It was an inside candle. It was a good gap. I mean, you just had all the things.
Yeah. I was surprised this morning when I saw it was gapping above. I'm like, all right, I'm going to retest, and it should go for a bit anyway, so.
Right. Like, here we go. Here we go. Yeah. Awesome trade.
Thank you.
Yeah. Beautiful work. You'll need a few of those every. Every month, right, Eric?
Yeah. How many should we go for? Two a week. What do you.
What is great. Yeah, two good bangers is. That's perfect. Honestly, like, it doesn't need to be a lot more than that.
That was pretty much my question for you today. Or one of them was, So I have an income goal, and I found that I'm chasing too many Rs and taking trades I probably shouldn't take instead of maybe just increasing my R and. And just going for two good ones a week instead of two a day. Right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I would agree. It the income goal, do it, like, on an average and spread out over three or four months. So don't try to hit, like, you know, don't. Don't bring it down to, like, an hourly or daily goal. Essentially, we're like, okay, I need to make this amount because it'll. It'll pressure you to trade every day. So if you're like, all right, every three months, I'd love to make a quarter million dollars. Okay, well, that's $8,000 a month. Like, okay, that's around 20,000 a week. So if you have an R of 10,000 as just an example, right. You're like, okay, that's two hours a week. As long as you have a general. Like, that's what you're looking for. And then you just kind of go for, here's what I like. I'm looking for these types of trades, either day trades, swing trades, and you're just really, really blended in on, like, you said, waiting on the quality. Because I. I haven't taken a trade other than this one on Tesla. I haven't taken a trade on Tesla since, like, Thursday of last week because it just was inside, and it was just. It didn't do anything. Today was the first day that anything. And then I traded salesforce just because I talked about it in another class. And I kind of have to. Because it was just such an interesting gap and you brought it up. So those are those two components as, like, when you brought it up. I know you guys know this. When you ask me a question, I don't just, like, pop it out of thin air like I go look at the chart, I gotta do some analysis on it. But that was, that was a good trade too because you had a huge gap. It is good earnings so it'll go up eventually. But it was a gap and go and the company was murdered. I mean it was down like 17 open and I drew a line. So this is obviously the 100 and 200 right on the weekly. And I was just watching how I was going to interact with that level. I was so close to buying off that price. I just could never, I just didn't bring myself to it. Now if I did buy, I would have closed for a small profit because it would have been a fade. But this is how I ended up trading it. Once we got below the hammer, I shorted here, below that hammer which is like a bull candle below the 10 max there. Obviously in hindsight I should have shorted around here which would just made it a little bit of a less of a weight. But long story short, right, great gap. This line was the one on the weekly. You got a really, really strong bull candle out the gate and then that bull can. I got taken out immediately. 10 EMA break of support. Close below powerful, you know, support level. Good, good thing. That's a high quality day trade. And now tomorrow, slash next week. This is also a put sale opportunity for me. This is a stock I'll be looking at for some shares. This is very similar probably to Palo Alto that we did Eric a little bit. So I was like looking for some 200s and some 190s for this week slash next week, slash the week after. There'll be some good premium down there.
There wasn't any premium today.
I know, I'm hoping there will be at some point, but there's nothing, not today.
There's. Yeah.
Which is pretty surprising. Yeah, there's a, there's a little bit at like 205 for next week. But again it's nothing. It's nothing outrageous. So that's another reason why I'm just, I'm just being a little bit more patient. But that's still the area that I'm targeting. And then of course if we take out this volume like you already know what it's going to do, it's going.
To go right back up. So my question is, what's the difference between this and Target? Target did the same thing four days ago.
Ish.
Five or six maybe.
Look at that.
That thing had a gap down, did nothing but go up after that. What's the difference?
What is the difference. It's all about the gap. So what type of gap was this on target?
Yeah, that's a gap.
And go retest.
Yeah, this one's a retest gap, right?
Retest. Yeah, yeah.
They have a bunch of bears. Exactly. See all these bears? And there was a lot of them, too. Like this one, this one, this one, this one, this one. So all those bears, when we gapped down, those bears is buying to cover. You had more. Exactly. You had more bears who are profitable. And over here on salesforce. Right. Again, right before the gap happened, you had this bull, you had this bull, you had this little level of support. So there was just more people that were trapped on salesforce.
Okay. Yeah. So that's how you know how to short it today. And that's why you knew target was going to go the other way.
Yeah, exactly. And again, for me on Salesforce, I didn't know to short it until it took out that hammer.
Yeah.
And the 100 on the weekly, I thought that it was going to go lower, but I did wait until it took out that hammer.
All right, cool it. Another quick, quick question. If you got a chance, when is it appropriate to switch from 1% R to a 2%?
I would say probably year two into trading, when you feel just like you got a good cash cushion, you got a good profit cushion. Yeah.
Okay.
Because the other thing too is what you'll notice, Eric, is you'll eventually start running out of buying power with a bigger risk. Like, you can only be in like three trades at a time. Like if you have a. If you're day trading or you're day trading and swing trading, you have a big risk unit. The tighter your stop, the more buying power you have to be in. And you can run out of buying power per pretty quickly.
Okay. So not that many people are at 2% every. Like it's.
It.
Yeah.
1%'S pretty good rule. Stick with.
Yeah. Like. Yeah, you'll just. You just run out of buying power pretty quickly. Really is. That's. That's ultimately what happens.
Okay. Awesome.
Yeah, man. But dude, great stuff. Glad you're glad you're having a blast, Joe. I got triggered into our advanced auto parts, so it had a nice little pop today, which I'm excited about. So we'll see how it. That volume there.
I was in a put sale, so I got that closed out today. But yeah, I was thinking of just buying some as well. If it doesn't. If it doesn't come back down too far, I might just jump in and see what happens.
Oh cool. You just closed it out.
Yeah.
Nice, nice. That's awesome. So. And that you did. I think it was a 65, wasn't it?
Yeah.
Got it.
Yeah. So I sold it for 240 and bought it back at 30 cents.
Got it, got it, got it.
Okay.
Awesome, awesome.
Love that.
Sue. Want me to look at SMCI Super Micro Computer? This is going to be pretty closely related to what Nvidia and AMD does. Maybe not the exact thing, but it's going to be relatively close. I feel like we're going to have some, some interesting support resistance levels. What I'm noticing is this triangle looking pattern here is like a bigger version of what we have here, more or less. So it's like this is a bigger version of that which tells me that this is gonna be a really, really strong support. If we break this support, sue, which is the 100, if we take that out, I think we'll pop down in the 600. But this will be a good area to start playing with some positions. That 600ish price point on Super Micro Computer. But this is the one. I don't have any position on this one right now. I'm just kind of waiting on it to see what it does, see how it breaks out. Just kind of chilling right here at the 100. Really, really good support. But a break below that would be or should be or could be. Probably ends up becoming pretty nice little move at some level.
Yeah.
So that's SMCI from our girl Sue. Jeremy, you got anything you want me to review for you, big guy?
No, I'm just hunting. I got in a swing last night. I got triggered in today. I'm up like half an hour. But I might exit early because I need to buy some furniture. And it's.
What a great reason. What a great reason. What's the ticker?
When you have reasons to exit a trade, it's the best thing. It's like, well I could hold it and it could go up more but I can go buy this stuff right now.
Yeah, precisely. What's the ticker Nova? Oh, there we go. Okay.
My revenge on it because it that there was a one trade on it that it back in like March where it just. And it just immediately hit my stop and I was like, I've just been waiting.
Yeah, I might. You know what, let's do that together. I'm gonna do the same thing with you. Go ahead and exit. I'm gonna buy some furniture with you.
There we go.
Yeah, give me one second. I'm gonna exit this thing too.
I played that the doji from two.
All right.
Cool.
I don't think you guys are in this. It might be me and Big Germ over here. Big Germ. Okay.
Cool.
Also in this bad boy, Guardian Health. You and that one, Eric.
Nope.
You can still get you if you want.
Will it come back down? Retest. You think?
Yeah, I think so.
I'll do it.
Yeah. Yeah. Me and Joe always hope not. We just want just to go straight up. It might.
Yeah.
Anything is possible. Yeah. Guardian Health. I'll hang on to that one, but. All right, Nova, I'm out. Sweet.
In on Frog today too.
Yep. Filled on Frog. J. Frog. All right, so here's what that looks like, Tom. That's just like, hey, maybe bounce off the 200. It should definitely got a retest. Good volume trading sideways. Trapped a bunch of bears. I like that we got in on a pullback. This is making me kick myself for not buying off of the 200. Could have got it 30 cents cheaper, Joe, but hopefully I'll be. We'll be able to move our stop to like 31.68, which would be nice. Yeah, I got filled on J. Frog. It's a little move down here, see if it can pop up higher. Cool. Awesome. Well, again, great trade, Joe on Tesla. This. This is so one to definitely watch Tesla. Like, it's brewing. I mean, a lot of pressure here. Volume increase today. Jeremy, do you have any idea what this vote is? There's supposed to be some kind of vote in June. Have you heard about this?
Isn't that something about Elon's pay package or something like that?
I don't know. I didn't hear anything about it.
That's what I've been seeing about it.
There was, yeah, he. He something how he structured his pay, like years ago. If he increased the company's value by a ridiculous amount, which he did, then he. He gets paid out, I think, a certain amount of shares or whatever it was. And then the government stepped in. Was like, you didn't make this clear enough years ago to the shareholders, but it was like posted everywhere. I'm not sure if that's the thing that. If we're talking about the same thing, but I. I remember reading about that, like, last week.
Got it. Okay. Yep. You're absolutely right.
I think that's what it is. Yeah.
Yeah, I think you guys are right. Okay, well, that'll be interesting because, I mean, that'll be, I mean, you know, like a little bit of money that will come out of the coffers of Tesla. So just keep that in mind. Like, that could cause a little bit of a dip or maybe has the inverse effect, I don't know. But there's definitely a lot of pressure building here, and if we get a little bit of a pop, that would be cool. I'll. I'll share with you guys the trade. I did not take on Tesla because I suck.
That's not true.
Look at this beauty, Joe. How in the world did I chicken out of that thing? Short there. Stop there. I mean, look at that. Tenny and a. Just like, cute little inside. Like we just made money on the way up. Yeah, gosh, I thought about it too. I don't know.
I wasn't at my desk at the time that I saw it. When I came back, it was too late. Then.
Oh, and then I did. And then I. I played with Dan, but just smaller size. I usually play everything with Dan, just smaller size because I'm generally not there to watch it. I just. I'm literally just listening whatever he does. So he played this little pop here, and they. They wrote that one up. So that was nice. There's a.
There's.
Then your girl Amy, Joe, she crushed. Look at this trade that she did. Amy. She. She played it up twice.
Nice.
Look at that. So she played the same thing you played and then played it a. A second time later in the day. So cool. Yeah, a lot, lot of money on Tesla was made today in the RLT community. There's like 46 people took that trade.
Oh, wow.
Did.
Did. What did that threads say? She made 28.6 hours this month on Tesla. Yeah.
28.
Isn't that crazy? Dude, 21 months.
Is that all she trades then?
Yeah, yeah, she does the same thing I do. Like, she. She just trade day trades Tesla, and if Tesla doesn't move, she'll trade amd.
And then if neither of them move, you get on your ebike and go for a ride. Like, if they're inside days.
That's what I like. Yesterday. I didn't do anything yesterday. Yesterday was the most boring day I've ever had in my life.
Yeah, me too.
It's just like, I start drinking at noon. I gotta tell what to do.
It was all inside day and it was beautiful out. We just. Yeah, we left nothing going on.
Yep, exactly.
Okay.
Yes, sir. All right, well, this is just a quick little fun, easy discussion for all of us just for the last class in. Last class in May is discussing legacy wealth, legacy planning. Like, which stocks do you want to own 10 years from now. So I say 10 years from now. I'm thinking like, if you bought some today, could you imagine holding some of these ten years from now? And I want you to be thinking through that family just to some degree. One of the things I talked about when I talk to real estate holders, one of the things that they always say is they wish they held properties longer. That's like their biggest regret. And so there's probably some companies that are going to, that you could have the opportunity right now to be in that position. And so I'm going to go through a few. And as I was building this list, I realized I don't own as many of this, as many of these stocks or as much of these stocks as I think I should. So I'm going to have that little tweak too, because I think again, you don't have to own all of these and you could just own one of them. But I do want you to ask this question to you and your family. And I do think there should be some stock you guys should start buying now and you don't plan on doing anything with it other than either keep buying it or just hold it 10 year for 10 years. Like that. That will be a wealth appreciation tool. Even if it's for 10 grand. You know, you, you stick 10 grand, just leave it alone. It's like that 10 grand. Like if you took 10 grand and put it into Nvidia when Ultra well started, right, you got $30,000. So it's like, and then, and then it's about to split and then you're gonna have more share. So anyway, yeah, it's, here's, here's some wealth, legacy planning. All right, Netflix, the more I research this one, the streaming giant is now has ad revenue, no awkward content, no account sharing with X's and it has a market share that just can't quit. This thing is continued dominance. They now are going to start coming out with, with sports streaming. They're attacking pay per View. I would, I hope, Jeremy, you watch the Mike Tyson Logan Paul fight. I will. And I'll be watching it on Netflix. And I think that's fascinating. The roast of Tom Brady and the Logan Paul fight are two really, really interesting pieces of content for me because I think it'd be pretty easy for them to just go out, sign people. I mean, think about all the big fights. Like think about all the money that pay per view makes. And they can have ads, right? They can have ad space. They can still do other components on Netflix. But they are, they're doing great and the company has big, big, big reoccurring revenue and they still don't have a billion subscribers yet. Once they hit a billion subscribers, I think they're just going to kind of continue to grow and can, they're just going to be a staple for a very, very long time. I think they're going to continue to kind of grow. So this is one that I don't have any position right now. And as I was kind of building this out for you guys, I was like, man, maybe I should buy some Netflix. I have bought it in the past. I've bought and sold it though. I bought like about 5 shares, sold 10 shares. About 5 shares, sold 10 shares, you know, that type of thing. This seems like when I probably should start kind of purchasing a little bit of. Now I do have this one long term in a long term account and I have bought more. Although I should probably and could consider buying more. So Joe, I know you already got some of this. This could be one that you slide over into a long term account. Okay, cool. I'm just gonna leave these, these shares alone for X amount of time or whatever. But there's, I'm telling you guys, the Google AI story hasn't even hit yet. Like the things they're working on are crazy. And just the fact that they own YouTube by itself is worth Google. Like YouTube is humongous and YouTube and Netflix will always be a little bit of a competitor. So it's kind of like you get to own both spaces, right? And they're also, they're doing a lot. They're really, really doing a lot. The more I start diving into Google, the more I realize like this company is absolutely going to go higher. And I say that every time that I bring it up. But this is also fun fact. The only tech IPO company ever that did not go below its IPO low when it came out. So once it's IPO'd since then, it's just only gone higher. That's interesting. HCA. Now I know that I just moved out of Nashville, but this is a big Nashville component and healthcare ain't going anywhere and everyone's getting older. So that's fascinating. That's pretty much it. I mean, I don't have any HCA right now, but they are huge in Nashville. They're really, really big. And I was looking at this, you know, figure 1% of population and that's a big number, right? I mean, just here in the U.S. 23 of the U.S. will be older than 65 in 2060 and they're going to need health care. Right? It's not going to go away. And I think that also there's a lot of innovation that HCA is going to be doing with healthcare, hopefully with the blockchain, with some AI things of that nature. And it's, it's never going to go anywhere. And so just from a healthcare company and the ones I've done some research on, I found that this is a pretty strong, pretty robust one. So I think this is what I'm start picking up some shares of as well. You already got some. No introduction needed. They just AI. This is the story of AI, right? That's what Nvidia is. If you're talking about AI, like, that's what, like how does, how does AI get made? Like, what's the actual compute? You know, this is it. So there's gonna be so much that's going to be here and I, I think this is one of those stories that it kind of came out of the woodworks, so to speak, and it will have some big pullbacks in the future. Obviously. There'll be, there'll be a fun resting period. I don't think Nvidia is going to go away, obviously. And if you got some shares now, you can just consider going, okay, well, these shares, maybe I'm just going to leave some of these shares alone for a while because they're going to be higher over time. And I think Nvidia right now is kind of doing what Tesla did in like 2018-2021, right, where it just expanded and became so dominant. I think that's what's going to happen. And then there'll be a time where it kind of cools off like Tesla is currently. But when that happens, I mean, I think building a good position now and getting some shares and having some shares and then enjoying the split and doing some covered calls or just sitting back on, letting the dividend keep, buying more shares. I think this is going to be a big one for all of us. Duh. I could have spent so much more time on this. I actually thought I was like, how long should I spend on Apple? And you're all welcome. I'll spend the exact same amount of time I spend on this one with, on the rest. It's silly, dude. It is silly how much they're doing. I mean, really, it's just the ecosystem of the products and, and how everything speaks to each other and the whole company and their revenues are still increasing. From Apple Music and from icloud and in the App Store. Unbelievable. They're doing a buyback. So I got some Apple long term shoved into an account that I'm probably not going to do anything with other than mostly keep buying Apple Pay. I'll tell you right now, California and Apple Pay is silly. It is everywhere. It is everywhere. Like I haven't pulled out my credit card or cash and to. To pay for anything. It's just like everything is Apple pay. The, the kid, there's, there's some girls, I'm not joking. Guys like 49 meters this way that I bought some cookies for from. Yes, they. I. I paid with Apple pay. Un. Unreal. Unreal. So that's really, really fascinating. Apple tv. How can you live without it? Airdrop is like such a perfect technology. Icloud all the things. Anyway, it ain't going anywhere. Just going to keep going higher. This one, I don't know. I. I've been doing a lot more research on this. I still like it. One of the largest publicly held global REITs ever. We've been talking about real estate and this thing is present in 25 countries, right? Independent owner, operator and developer of communication real estate. Lease to multiple tenants. Ongoing deployment of 5G technology. The surge in data consumption driven by smartphones, Internet of things, smart car ring, cameras, refrigerators. All that's gonna be using mobile. So I don't think that's going anywhere. I think they're going to kind of keep adding to their portfolio. They have a global real estate portfolio that includes almost a quarter of a million communication sites. 43,000 in Canada. Sorry, 43,000 US and Canada and 181,000 properties internationally. So I feel like that's really big. It's everywhere, but you never hear about it. So I don't know, man. I think that's like the sneaky play that people are gonna get. People are gonna sleep on again, I'm not saying any of these. You have to buy all of it. I'm just saying that you could take 100 bucks and just throw it at some of these companies and just slowly add to it over time. Because I, I'm making the bet that every one of these companies on these lists are going to be higher in 10 years and they'll still be here. That's really what this class is about. So. So. All right, it's American Tower Corporation. Just got my general thoughts on it. Now type in a 2 if you're ready for a shocker or raise your hand. I. I have been Pumping this a little bit hard. And I know a few of you have read my, all of you, all three of you have read my book the Master yourself, Master the markets. And one of the stocks that no one talks about. No one except for your boy godaddy.
I mean.
All the companies that have been created on GoDaddy are going to stay on GoDaddy and are more websites going to get built or less, you know, and sure there are other companies that get created that also offer this service, but no one knows who they are and GoDaddy owns some of them.
Right.
It's a go to web holster. High percentage of reoccurring revenue, subscriptions, renewals, continuous expansion of the products offerings to include website builders. So man, everyone and their dog is on the E commerce train. And I think GoDaddy is one of those that people sleep on. And I, I don't have as much of this as I want. I have a very small smattering of go daddy. But I can tell you that five year triangle that it just broke out of is showing you why technical analysis is amazing. Have you guys looked at that chart recently? I mean this thing it. Jeremy, you're gonna, you're gonna, you're not gonna be my friend anymore after you look at this chart. You're gonna be like nome, how come you didn't fly to my house and just buy all the GoDaddy could afford with my account? Look at this thing, man. On a monthly chart, if I zoom out, look at that five year triangle and just rocket ship. Now that type of move is interesting, but it's also a wave three which, which we can all see. So you have a way of three. So you're wave four, you're gonna have a wave five. I mean it's really just getting started. Just IPO in 2016. It's like, is this not going to be worth 200 in 10 years? It will be. Right? It will be. So a little bit of a controversial pick, but I have a hard time proving myself wrong on it. And the fundamentals again are pretty, pretty strong. So how about that reoccurring revenue. A lot of these. And you'll, you'll notice that's what all these things have in common. All these companies. I'm picking reoccurring revs. All right, ready? Check this out. No one's picking this one to be around 10 years Ferrari. Where's going right now someone people that are buying Ferraris, they're not gonna be stressed out about money, which means this is going to Be a recession proof. Right. The term the rich get richer. Eric won a Lamborghini, but he'd settle for a Ferrari. Right, Eric?
Yep.
And strong brand reputation, market position, luxury automotive sector, high profitability with strong margins due to increased premiums, controlled production numbers. They continue with a high demand. They are doing some hybrid and some electric technology. But also they own racetracks. Is the other thing that a lot of people forget. Right. Ferrari has, owns tons of racetracks and they're the ones that lease these companies out. So talking about real estate for the month of real estate in May. They own a lot of physical real estate and they do a lot of licensures and leasing and so on and so forth. Okay, one second. S texted me. She. She needs my help in just a second. Okay. I'm gonna pop down there in just a little bit. Yeah. So this one is, I just think a unique play. It's an interesting consideration to study. It is they actually do pay a dividend and again they do own a lot of real estate. So just something to be aware of. All right, I'm going to be right back. Give me two minutes.
Talk amongst yourselves.
Yeah. What color Corolla are you going to get, Jeremy?
He's gonna get it wrapped.
Get it wrapped, get it wrapped.
An RLC wrap.
Yep.
There you go.
That's awesome. That's awesome.
Win all the brownie points.
Yep. Tell, tell us about your electric Mustang Joe. Well, how many horses does that have? Does it come with variety of horsepowers or.
No, it's like one speed and just you can get two different sizes and batteries which is just basically for range. How much further it'll go. Yeah.
So is it pretty zippy?
It is, yeah. It's got whisper mode. I forgot what the middle one is. And then the, the top mode is unbridled.
Oh, that's funny. Yeah.
Yeah. So now it's like when you, when you push down the pedal, you go back in your seat. It's pretty cool. It's got some get up for sure.
Eric, what kind of car does your wife want?
She wants a Porsche.
Heck yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah. So we're working on that. Yeah.
What kind does she, does she know yet?
Well, we think we have to get a four door just because of kids and parents and everything. And we've had a two door car before and just getting in the back seat's terrible. So it's going to be a, A Panamera.
I was going to say Pan are nice. Panameras are really nice. Yep. That would car.
I think Ferrari will Buy a few of those, too. I think they'll buy a few of those companies. One company that Ferrari will never buy is this one.
You.
Again. You guys are like, you already know. You know, this is the big one. I mean, I've talked about this one, right? When they start really dropping that insurance, that's going to be silly. That's going to happen. It will happen. They got the gigafactories down. Tesla semi is coming. Supercharger networks. All the other EV companies are so far behind, guess who they have to use for charging chargers. So I'm still.
That's who Ford has an arrangement with. Like, with buying my car. I put in to get a Tesla adapter for the superchargers, so I have to wait for that to be produced.
So, yep.
I'm still mad at you for not flying to my house and shaking me by the neck when Tesla was at 140 and telling me to buy some shares. We're all thinking, it's. I. My mentality is so much different than it was 30 and 60 and 90 days ago. Right. Because I was just like, that's going down. Get out, get out. Don't buy, don't buy. And what. Wouldn't it have been nice to pick a thousand shares up back then?
Or 100, whatever. Oh, yeah.
But it's still.
It's still low. It's still low. And we can still pick some up again. Even if. Even if you're buying some of these companies with your profits, family. Just something to think about as well. And then, of course, the last but not least, if you don't know what stocks to pick, you don't like these 10. You want some more? Just listen to the greatest investor of all time. When in doubt, just Nancy, right? You can also just do whatever. You can do whatever she does.
I was just looking at the. The guy on Twitter that posts all our trades. She's up like a ton this year.
Yeah, she bought a bunch of Nvidia because she's a very good trader and, you know, call options out. That's what we're saying.
She does.
Well, we're saying do what she does. So anyway, team, it's gonna be awesome. June's gonna be really, really great. I'm excited to get into crypto. Talk about different exchanges. Crypto's gonna be very, very fun. And I am expecting a very, very good summer. So just know that you could have money all kinds of places. But I think what's really, really cool about crypto, we'll talk a little more about Next month is if you have kids or grandkids, they should be trading crypto because there's no pattern day trading rules. So they should be either doing futures or crypto. They should be day trading it, interacting with it quickly just so they can see the time value of money. Taking that money, then going and buying some of these companies that we just mentioned, right. Buying some real estate. If all of us and everyone in our family just stays on this wheel, right. Of learning how to actually trade, knowing how it works, creating some cash flow, taking cash flow, buying assets, stocks and real estate and you do that wheel for 10 years. It's amazing. It's amazing. Like it's going to be absolutely phenomenal. So I'm super proud of all of you and I know we're going to keep crushing it. I love.
One quick question.
Yeah, please, Joe, hit me.
Just kind of to follow up with. Sue asked a lot yesterday, I think on the WhatsApp. So these stocks that you talked about today, those are not go to all cash. These ones you would hold for the 10 years?
Good question. I, I think so. Yeah, I think so. Like there, there are definitely some positions, like if I'm in a long term, like I don't even know the login type of account, it's got some shares in there. I'd hold them long term. Yeah. These all the ones I mentioned in this particular portfolio, the ones I do have, they're in my wife's trading account. She doesn't even know the login, so like she never goes in there ever. So, yeah, those I wouldn't touch. I would just leave it alone. The go to cash would be anything that I actually managed cash positions to family could be your wife, your husband, friends and family. Your mom, get her to buy some of these companies, right? Like get your mom to buy some of them. Just tell them, mom, buy some American Tower, buy some Ferrari, put $20 like my sister, cousins, like I'm telling them to buy these stuff long term. That'll be like, I'm not going to sell it. I'm not going to go to cash. I'm not going to worry about it. All my positions though, it'll be things I immediately trade. I immediately access anything that I own that's under my name or my personal name or my trading account, I'll go to cash. If it's like in a trust or anything, big picture or wife and family, I won't worry about that.
Okay, thank you.
Yeah, that's a great question. Great question. Again, it can always depend on some people's individual preferences but there'll be some companies I just keep buying, keep holding. Yep. But if the Q's hit 500 before the end of the year, I'm gonna be all on cash and like the vast majority of everything, which I don't, I don't think it's gonna happen after today. Today we got a decent little selling and it was good. It was good to get a little bit of a pullback. Spies get a little bit droppy. So this, this like three bar play was interesting on the, on the Q spy. Really good gap on the spy. That little tiny ma yesterday. You guys know what that is? A little tinny May candle. You guys are all about that. So anyway, yeah some cool stuff happening out there and yeah, yeah, life was awesome. I would love, I would love a pullback to 488. That would be the coolest. I would just be so happy again. I don't think it will but a nice cool off for the summer. You know a good dip into the previous all time highs 200. That would set us up so nice for November to April again. Oh one. I could only hope and only hope that happens. But won't matter if you're in crypto. I love crypto trading guys. Oh it's gonna be so much fun. I can't wait. Forex futures crypto. I'll see you on Monday. Thanks for tuning in family. Love you all so much. Enjoy your weekend.
Thanks.
Bye you too. Bye.
Bye.
