Ultra Wealth May 20th, 2024 Becoming a Multi Millionaire!

A May 20, 2024 Ultra Wealth session led by Jerremy Newsome (with participants Jeremy, Eric, Joe) focused on defining what being a "millionaire" means and turning those definitions into concrete trading and wealth-building actions. The group contrasts net-worth, cash-flow, and "access to a liquid million" definitions, then drills into day-trading setups (daily→3-minute charts), position-sizing (example: 1,000 shares), and practical steps to convert small per-trade moves into large annual cash flow. The session closes with mindset guidance (visualization, specificity), charitable giving as motivation, and homework to create and give away cash via simple trades or options sales.

Well, we're gonna have fun today. We're going to talk about a few things. Things are going to be all pretty easy and simple to understand. But this is.3 seconds. This is the topic for really today in this week. These are some things we're working to discuss. Just a big, nice, scary topic. Becoming a multi millionaire by the end of the year. Advanced wealth building strategies. You're down, Jeremy. So what I want to. What I want to really discuss is two things, maybe even three. But the first thing, since it is real estate month. But one of the things I would love to discuss is definitions, because I believe definitions are one of those aspects of life that can really hold us back very quickly. We have certain definitions about things, and depending on how we define certain words, beliefs, characteristics, terms, those definitions will create constructs and beliefs in our life. And your beliefs shape your reality. So let's first define the word millionaire. Let's see what definitions you have. Jeremy, what's your definition for the word millionaire?
When I think millionaire, I think net worth, Like assets plus, I guess you could say plus cash flow. But I mean, that, that just builds cash reserves. I suppose that's what. When someone says, that's generally what I, I think of. Although I want to be a cash flow millionaire because that seems more enticing. Because then like the other, the other definition I just mentioned is just multiplied as a result of that.
Okay, so that's a cool term, cash flow millionaire. So what does that mean? A million a month or enough money that you have a million dollars a year or that in your life you're a millionaire? Tell it. Give me more, more clarity.
At least a million a year.
Okay. A million a year in cash flow. Okay, So that's a fun definition. I like that. That's unique. And I want you to be aware that again, because all words are powerful, right? Do you want to do that in business? Do you do that trading? You can do that in real estate? Do you want to do it in all three, or is there a different way that you want to do it?
I see the combination.
Okay.
The way I. For my life, anyways, the way I.
Think about it, but sure. Okay, so a combination of all of them. But then if you have cash flow for one year to be a millionaire, then that means at least over two or three or four years. Then, then you'd be a multi millionaire pretty quickly, right? Yeah, multi just means more than one multi.
Right.
So just keep, just keep that in mind.
That's the goal.
Yeah, that's the goal.
Compounding yeah, compounding.
All right. Sweet. Beautiful. Good, good. Solid definition. Yeah, I like that definition. One of my definitions of millionaire, because I like doing this one from stage or doing this with a group of people is just making. Making it easier to hit your goals, right? Because when I say easier, I just simply mean. If you can be somewhere that you want to be faster, it removes all the obstacles and the hurdles. And a lot of people don't like that because they get their validation, they get their sense of worth, they get their sense of self worth, they get their sense of deserving from all the hard work that it takes to get somewhere. For me, my definition of millionaire is access to a liquid million dollars. It's my definition. Now, you could say personal. I could say personal access. Personal access to a liquid million dollars. Because then what. What does that do, Jeremy, if you use that exact definition?
Opens up opportunities.
Yeah, opens up opportunities. Starts to make it a little bit easier, too, because if you have access or. Or you're in possession of, you could also say I'm in possession of. Then it increases the speed at which people can get there. And here's an example. I think you all know this, but if all of you, if any of us here put in a quarter million dollars into a trading account and just put it into one account, Your broker gives you how much multiplication for day trading buying power or one. So, Jeremy, so if you put in a quarter million dollars, do you have access to $1 million buying power?
Yes.
Again, you have to use it every day. You don't have to be in a day trade every day, but you have access to it. Now, again, your brain might go, well, Jeremy, that's. That's cheating, right? Because you don't have a million dollars, so you're not a millionaire. It's like, well, but. But you could take that million dollars and buy something and for that day have a million dollars worth of Tesla stock. And then you just said earlier, Jeremy, that that can be an asset. Like, right, like stocks are an asset. So if you have an asset that's worth a million dollars and you have it, then you'd be by definition a millionaire. Now, again, I get it. Our brains are like, no, I don't want. I don't want that. I want a million dollars in my bank account. Well, cool. That's clarity. Because family, that's another thing. Like, if we want true, crazy, amazing wealth, we have to have really, really specific clarity. We do need clarity. Because, Jeremy, how much is a million dollars of cash flow a year? How much is that A month.
It's like 80 to 80 something thousand, right.
Which is how much a week?
Just say a month. So it's like 20 grand a week, right?
Yep, 20 grand a week. Which is how many per trading day?
Per trading day?
Five.
Five grand.
Five grand exactly. Five grand precisely. Now, with five grand, how many points is that on a trade?
I guess it depends on your r. Right, sure.
That could.
That could be. Yeah, I'm not, I'm not really sure how to find that one.
But yeah, it can absolutely depend on your risk. But just from a pure math standpoint, if you traded a thousand shares on any stock, doesn't matter what stock is, it could be stock. Next month we're going to talk about crypto futures, forex. If you're trading it on a stock, that's five points on a thousand shares. Five dollars. That's it, right?
Yep.
Yeah, five dollars on a thousand shares. Per day. Per day. So then, so what, what happens is the million or the a $3,000 a month at some point seems a little far away from us potentially. But as we start going and we go, all right, well, really, really, it's $5 a day on a thousand shares. And you can calculate your risk whenever you go take a trade. Then it starts to make it a little bit more possible, right? Then it starts to come into the, the realm of realistic reality pretty fast. And that's, that's the goal. The goal is when we are working on our dreams, family, it's about getting extra, extra extremely good clarity and then just figuring out how you can get there quicker and asking yourself, how can I get there easier? And really, really, really whittling down to the very, very smallest definitions of the word. And also asking yourself, what is the definition of those words? Right? What is, what is. Joe, I'll ask you this question. What's your definition of the word success?
Success is when I recognize an opportunity.
There's my girl. There's my girl. And that's why she's so successful every day, right? That's why she's so successful, because it's so easy. And when we make things easier, when we get really, really clear and we get extremely specific on precisely what we want and how much we want to create. And then we go practice it. That's the key. Then we go practice it. We go practice that clarity, our world changes. So when I say practice clarity, now, what I mean by that is, what if Jeremy started saying himself, okay, I want $1 million of cash flow a year. That's five points on a thousand shares. That's what that is. Five points on a thousand shares. That's it. And then he goes and asks himself the question, okay, what stock can I afford a thousand shares on? And then let me go figure out how to get those five points every day, five days a week. All right, so, Jeremy, what Stock in your 4,000 shares on.
Mean?
Most of them.
I know, but pick one, pick one. Let's go with Semrush, because I've been enjoying them lately.
Yeah, it's a good one. All right. Semr. I didn't even know what this ticker was until my boy over there starts crushing it. All right, so semr, Semrush. So what we do is we pull up this. We pull up this company, and the first thing that we're going to do is, again, I mentioned earlier, we get clarity, we get the specific vision, we know what we're going to do, and we start practicing it. Practicing it can be physical, it can be emotional, it can be spiritual. A physical practice would be to take these trades, to actually go in and paper trade this particular ticker on a day, trade with a thousand shares and try to capture five points. That would be a way to practice that. Now, as we're looking at it, we can probably see that this particular stock doesn't move a lot on a given day. We're just. We're just able to kind of notice that, right? Like yesterday it moved in total 35 cents, which is fine. So it's probably going to be harder to capture $5 a day on a stock that moves 35 cents. But what's very, very valuable about this practice, again, the practice of doing anything, seeing it first. If you can see yourself do it, family, then the reality of it actually being done increases exponentially. So if you can go in and on this particular stock and go, I don't think this is the stock that I can do $5 a share with per day. I don't think this is the one. This might be a stock that based on. I mean, look at this 10 EMA setup right here. Eric, look how beautiful that is, right? Three Bear candles breakout above. Beautiful, right? That's the trade that he took. He took that long. It's like this could be a portion of his compounding that he was talking about earlier, because that's two and a half dollars a share. So that can be part of the money that he needs. Because also, Jeremy, if we go back to what you said, you said real estate business and trading. So really. And we're not to get into that right now, but really, if we think about it, if you sat down and got extremely, extremely clear and said, okay, well, I do this in business, and you start working on what do I actually need to do in business every day to hit a million? What do I need to do in real estate to hit a million? What do I need to do in trading to hit a million? And you go, wait a minute, I can just divide that by three, because I have three potential things that I'm focusing on. I might only need a $50 per day in stocks, and I need to do two. Two sales closings a week in my business. And I need one rental unit a year that pays 400 bucks a month. And then those three things all added up will create a million dollars in cash flow. And so then we start to make it again even more possible. You guys see what I'm saying, right? The advance. An advanced wealth strategy is actually relatively simple. I say it's advanced because very, very few people ever take the time to do it. And when I say do it, I mean just sit down and get extremely specific, very, very clear so that your mind can start seeing and then practicing and interacting with that component of your wealth. Start interacting with it, believing it, seeing it. So we're going to go practice it right now. I know we've done this a little bit before all the way back in January, but we're gonna go do it again. And we're gonna go do is we're gonna go interact with a position, and we're gonna go interact with that position where we're going to be able to try to capture that $5,000 a day. Or we're gonna do that thousand shares or we're gonna do that trade, either swing trade or day trade. So I'll have Eric pick it for me. Eric, what time frame would you like to try to capture that amount of money? Would you like to capture a swing trade or a day trade?
A day trade.
Day trade. Okay. And Joe, what stock would you like to go analyze for this day trade?
Amd.
AMD it is. All right, so let's go look at amd.
Beautiful.
Okay. And I'm going to analyze AMD from Friday because this was a really cool day. I actually traded AMD on Friday. This is. This is a perfect one. So again, what we're going to do is we're going to walk through our pieces of analysis and we're just going to talk about what we see. We're going to go build the whole thing right and again, we're going to be visualizing Tom. We're going to be thinking through how much do I need to capture on AMD and depending on where you are, most of you, all we have to do is just practice it to see it first, because if we see it, we're going to be able to believe it. And the faster you believe something, the faster will come true. Okay. All right, so first and foremost, we'll start with the basics. We had a bull candle. We had a bull candle. We had a bull candle. What type of gap Eric was AMD on Friday?
That's a retest gap.
You got it, brother. Retest gap. Super easy, my boy Eric on these gaps down. So bull candles, right? Stocks trading up. It gaps up. Now, as of this exact second in time, we can see this is also going to be a tenny may candle for future reference. Right. Bear candle above the 10 EMA. So that could. That could be useful for us later. All right, so we have that. If we look at the other moving averages. So look how cool this is. I'm just going to drag this orange line up for a second. But if we take this orange line up, you can see the 50 EMA. Again, just. You think the moving averages, the 50 EMA acted as a, what big it act as a great little support. All right, so I'm just going to drag that line up there. Okay. And then we're going to go look at the 100, 200. And where do we have. What do we have here on the daily chart for the 100, 200? Got the 100 there. The big blue line acting as a what resistance.
Opened right there.
Open right at it. Yep. Okay, perfect. Now, we all know our time frame that we're going to practice. So that's. That's really our. Our daily analysis for a day trade. Right? I mean, you're just looking at the daily chart, analyzing it, looking at the sentiment gap up, gap down. What type of sentiment moving averages? Where are they at? Drawing in your lines, kind of creating a plan and going, okay, cool. That's what I'm gonna do if it happens. Right? That's the beautiful news. Like, we all know this process. We've done this process hundreds of times by this point. Now what we're doing is we're practicing our advanced technique to become multi millionaires by the end of the year, because we're seeing it first. And we're going to start implementing, practicing just simply how we can do this. The amount of money that it takes, the amount of movement that it takes so we can start seeing it. And the faster we see it, the faster we believe it. The faster we believe it, the faster it happens. Three minute chart. We're going to zoom in here. Okay. On a three minute time frame, which is one of our favorite charts to trade with. Favorite chart, favorite trade to trade on. We are going to practice. All right. That's all we're gonna do. We're just gonna practice getting into a trade. 3 minute time frame, first candle open. We're just going to analyze pre market a little bit. Going to look at it and just ask us some. Just ask some basic questions so we can see this happen. Big bear candle, previous candle was a shooting star. We all see that. You remember, you remember what the purple line is? The purple line is the 100 simple on the daily chart. And if you were to take a trade like this, okay. Remember, retest gap on the daily three bull candles in a row, gapping up to resistance. Looking at the pre market, you have a really nice shooting star candle. Here's the 100 on the Daily big bear volume. What strategy? What would you look to do here? In my opinion, I would look to short off of the 100. Here's my shooting star. We know it's pre market, so we know pre market or not pre market. Sorry. We know it's early in the market, so early in the market's gonna get a little weird, right. It's gonna get a little volatile. So I'm gonna try to short this at 168.50. And how big of a stop should I choose, Eric? What do you think I should place it? Maybe 168.
Yeah. It's crazy, the first couple minutes, huh? And there was nothing earlier than that for several days. You could go back and look at even back into April 15th.
Yeah.
Some volume back there. There is a. Well, there's one big. I'm looking back and I don't see anything that's super high volume with a bulk handle. Yeah, I guess you could just go up.
Yeah, it's gonna be a little arbitrary.
You're right.
So.
Yeah.
How far are you thinking?
A little more than you're at. Like maybe 170.
Okay. 170.
There you go. Something like that.
Yeah, sure.
That reduce. Yeah. Reduces the amount of shares you're going to get. Yeah. Hover over there. What's our profit now?
Yeah, definitely. So whatever our profit is.
Right?
Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So this is if this is a $75, which makes sense, sort of 1% stop loss. So let's, we're going to have fun with it again. We're going to practice this. We're going to do. If we need to capture $5 on a thousand shares, we're looking at this right here from entry to stop. Right. So we're going to do a thousand share Tom. And if we begin to trade the same stock over and over and over, Jeremy, let's say, let's say AMD and Tesla. Pretend that you only trade AMD and Tesla every day and you know approximately the price of the stock. If you said, all right, cool, a thousand shares. I mean every time I lose on the trade, my stop's gonna be around two, three bucks. That's gonna be two or three thousand dollars of a loss. That's my risk. And then if I win. Right. Trying to win $5 total per day, you can start knowing your risk, right? Yep. It's just thousand shares. You just know, you know how much.
It'S going to be.
All right, so with paper trading and training view, you can't like set limits like with this type of paper trading, which is fine. Let's just do the very next candle. So the very next candle we don't get triggered in, but we see something interesting here. See a really, really, really strong hammer. As we're looking at this hammer, we can actually see what it did. Like it just came down to this pre market support. This is a good hammer. So this hammer, we would probably assume that we're going to trade back up a little bit. And then again, since this purple line is a big resistance, maybe we go down, maybe we do, maybe we don't. I don't know. All right, so next candle, so we get triggered in. So I'm gonna go ahead and click the cell. So we're in a thousand shares. We are in Big upper shadow. Got your thousand shares, Biggie. We're in the trade now. Do you have to capture your $5 on one single trade?
No. Could do this twice. You could jump over to Tesla after this and get a couple bucks.
Yeah, it would be nice.
It would be nice guys. Yeah, it would be nice just doing one trade. I agree, but all we're doing here, right team, is we're just visualizing, we're just seeing it because I mean really, at the end of the day, how much does this cost? Nothing. All of us can interact with the market this way because again, going back to the very beginning of today's class, if we get extremely clear on what we want, we know the definitions of what we want, we Know the outcome and we know how to get there. We start practicing how to get there. And you can see it. What's going to happen.
You're going to do it.
You're going to get there faster. You're going to do it. Go ahead and start practicing the emotions. Practice the emotions. See it before it happens, and we'll get there faster, I promise you. All right, so next candle comes in. Walk me through this candle, Eric. What do you see here?
Well, I see it's an inside candle. So there's some consolidation. There wasn't as much volume as previous. And we're triggered with the candle before and we're in profit at this very moment. So looks like it's could hang out right there for a little bit.
Okay. Yep. So inside is inside candle, indecision candle. Just kind of waiting around, right? Yeah. Yeah. All right. Jeremy, you see anything?
Yeah, I was gonna say inside and then I'm not sure if that's pre market high there, but it seems whatever the, the wick, if that is the pre market high of that last, like pre market candle, that seems to be like looking like a resistance.
Yep, totally. And so we've. We've already captured. We've already captured 30 cents, which is awesome. You know what's amazing about that? That's a car payment for a lot of people right there.
Right.
And we could exit and get a car payment. So cool. All right, so we have an inside candle. We know, we know this little upper shadow. Again, scary. But. But with this move, we could also take our stop and go. Okay, cool. We got a bear candle inside candle. I'm gonna take my stop down lower just a little bit. It's early in the morning. I'm a little bit more aggressive with my trades. I'm gonna pop it down there. All right, sweet. 169.80. Okay, next candle. Oh, wow. Beautiful breakdown. Gorgeous. Take the stop loss probably a little bit lower now four car pigeons. Yeah, exactly.
Dude, you could have all the Corollas.
Like six Toyota Corollas. You have one, your wife have one, you guys crash it into each other. Exactly. Or again back to. And again you are going to send me down a tangent and that's okay. Jeremy, what's one of your dream cars.
Right now? A Porsche 968, which is like a Porsche from the 90s.
Okay. I don't know anything about Porsches, but All right, cool. Joe, what about you, dear? What's your dream car?
It's so funny this has come up because it's Always been a Mustang since I was a teenager, and I just picked one up on Saturday.
Oh, come on. Send me a photo or video.
I will, Joe. It's an electric one, One of the new electric ones.
Go, girl. Come on. That's what I'm talking about. Yeah. All right, so she's already good to go. She's already. She's already got it. She's already living her dream family. Don't worry about Joe, okay? She just prints money. She wakes up and just prints money and just does what she wants. That's amazing. All right, Eric, what about you, man? Do you have a dream car?
Not really. I really don't.
Okay, that's fine.
Yeah.
I'm kind of like you. I don't really specifically have lot. So here's what we're going to do. We're going to go to a Porsche, all models.
I. It's there.
968.
968.
Okay.
Show two matches. We got two available. All right. So nice night. A nice, cute, late 90s car. Right. Because that. That's the thing. They're. They're late 90s. Yep. Okay, so we got two, black and red. All right. Right, Jeremy? Yep. Now, we know that they got some miles on them. That's fine. It's probably not going to be your daily driver.
Nope.
But if we really just. Just for a moment, just. All we're doing is just daydreaming here. That's it. Daydreaming is free. We're seeing things in our mind's eye. $500 a month for the nicer one. 500amonth is 50 cents on a thousand shares. You start telling yourself that over and over and over. Like, bro, it's 50 cents.
That could be. Depending on the spot. That could be like 30 seconds.
Yeah, that's the point. That's the point.
50 cents is easy. 50 cents is easy. Like, you can see that coming, right? It's hard to like, five bucks, but you can get 50 cents.
Right. And so the thing is. So here's what we just did, okay. Because this. This is what I love about the markets. This. This is how you all become. So whatever, whatever you want to buy in life, this is how you do it. You go, oh, this Dream car, whatever. $80,000, whatever is in your mind. Dream car, you know, $90,000, $100,000 or 50 cents. Right. What's 50 cents, Eric? Nothing, nothing. Like 50 cents now, because. Because again, shares are free. Like, they're there. You just have to click a button like you got. If you have the money in your trading account. How much is it really costing you? Right, guys? How much is it really? Like, you just press a button. It's just there. Like you already have the money. 50 cents. We went from dream car. Can never have it to 50 cents. So you sure you don't have a dream car, Eric, that we just want to look at real quick? I mean, it's 50 cents, dude.
I know. That's. That's very true. That's very true. Oh, yeah.
How about a better question? Is there ever a car that you haven't driven yet? Let's start with that.
I.
Do you want me to send you this link, by the way, Jeremy, let me just go ahead and send it to you just so you and your wife can talk about it. That's all. Yeah, I know you got. I know you got a new baby coming. I know.
I have seen Porsches with the car seats in the back.
Of course. Yeah, of course. Absolutely. All right. All right, Eric, what's the car you haven't driven yet, buddy?
I haven't driven a Lamborghini.
Okay. Has not driven a Lamborghini. Okay. Now again, we don't necessarily have to go and buy one for you to drive it. I know you know this. You could just go to the dealership and test drive one.
Right.
Okay, so we're just gonna go. Look at this. So we got. I mean, that you. I don't care who you are, if you have a heartbeat, you know, this is a sexy car.
Yeah, that one is.
Right? Like, it doesn't. You're like, I don't like wealth. People that drive Lamborghinis are stupid. But you can't look at that car and be like, that's not hot.
Yeah, that's.
You just can't. All right, so now we're looking at. Where was that monthly payment again? Because all we're doing, we're just. It doesn't matter. It's like $4,000 a month. So 22, 80. $4,000. What we're doing is. We're just seeing it. I'm going to keep reminding you of all that, because $4,000 a month, Eric, is $4.
Mm.
Right? That's it.
Four dollar trade.
Four dollars. And you could buy this. I mean, it's used. So you could buy it, drive it for a year, sell it. Yeah. You don't have to have it forever, Right. You could rent it for the day, test drive it for the hour. Maybe you like it a lot, maybe you won't. It doesn't matter. But if we come in here, we know. We know now that your dream car costs $4 of movement. That's it. And then we start seeing really what's going on here. And then we start, you know, relating it to the market and relating it to trading. It's like, okay, cool, we're having fun. Next candle. All right, we're gonna exit there because it's at our target. We'll hit our targets. I know we can't quite exit, so we're going to exit. We look down there, and we go, okay, $2,250. That's where we're at on that particular trade that took 12 minutes. The thousand shares. We're just daydreaming here. But could we have known how to set that trade up, Eric in it? Oh, yeah, yeah. And we could have thought through it. We could have seen it, and we could have planned it. And again, we could or could not have. It's up to us. But that's really what we're after here, is we're just after being able to visually see how our dreams can come true for us and how quickly they can come true. Instead of putting them off until we're 412 years old, like, let's just go be Joe and just go get our dream car. You know, why not? I can just sell a couple. Put. Sell a couple calls and pay for it. All right, so that's an example of amd. Now I will show you the trade that I took. I did not take that trade, but I will share the trade that I did take. So what was interesting is I really thought. My brain thought at least this was some type of double top right up here. It looks like, you know, the shooting star. Boom. New high boom. I just really felt like that was kind of like a double top area. I really, really wanted to short it off to 100. I saw that it failed 100 earlier. I did not take that morning trade. I'll show you what I did, though. You're gonna like this. It was pretty dirty, pretty filthy. All right, so when this was happening, saw this little support here, support here, support here. I'll draw a line just in case you guys can't see it. Draw a line like that. So that support level was based on this candle. This candle and this candle I was also seeing at the time, you know, possible double double top here. I mean, it wasn't big, but had some kind of thing. But, okay, pretend that I don't know any of those things exist, and let's pretend that I was only good at one thing. The 10 EMA. Let's pretend is this. Of course, you guys know it is, right? It's bull candle below the tip. All right. But let's pretend I don't know anything else. Exactly. Super nice little tinymay. Right? And then I took this trade short here. So when I was shorting, I put my entry below the low of that candle, blow low that candle and blow the 10 EMA. And you guys know how much I hate losing. So I took my stop and put it up here, above the hundred on the daily, took my target, brought it down to the previous low of the day and said, okay, that's gonna be the trade that I'm gonna make. Pretty high probability trade. We continue, we trade sideways for a little bit, we kind of fail this, this resistance level. So now I can see a super, super clear spot for my stop loss in the future. So I get really pumped about that. So we're trading. We're trading. So this, this trade is set up and so that trade gets triggered in right there. Now at that point we get 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 bear candles in a row. Jeremy, would you. Would you say that, that looks to you like a double top?
Yeah.
Do you double dip?
Did I double dip? I did double dip. I did.
Like a little bounce. So you set up another limit.
You Jeremy. Dude, who are you?
I'm Jeremy1r. I don't make.
You've been practicing this. That's, that's. That's who you are. You've been practicing. Because you know what I'm gonna do now. Here's the truth. So the truth is, family, when I saw. I saw all this. I was seeing this happen in real time. It was amazing. But just like Jeremy said, I was like, hey, my risk is my risk. I don't know what's going to happen, right? Guys, I never. I'm never going off the beaten path here. I'm never doing anything weird. The way I trade is exactly the way I taught you and the way I'm going to continue to teach you. I'm not doing anything strange, but when I'm taking these trades, I'm thinking to myself, all right, I need to pay for this. That's how I kind of start the month. That's kind of how I start most of my trades. Like I need to. I need or I want to pay for these things in my life that cost this amount of money. So this is what I need to do this month. And I break that down to cents and dollars and ours. And I See these trades? I start taking these trades, and that's how I think about it. Instead of something costing $90,000, I'm like, oh, okay, that costs 90 points on a thousand shares. Let me see if I can get 90 points this month or next month. Because if you do $300,000 a month, that's 4 million a year. Now, I'll challenge you all one. One last time before I take this trade. I'll challenge all of you with one thing. And Jeremy, this goes for you, too. Last but not least, when you're visualizing your number, your millionaire number, your multimillionaire number, whatever it is, I want you to come up with a number that's not a million. And why? Because it's a benchmark. It's a benchmark for a lot of people, but it might not be the benchmark for you. It might not be exciting, or it might not be your number. There's a chance. There's a really good chance that for the majority of people that you meet, or maybe a lot of the people that are in ultra wealth or a lot of people, $40,000 a month might just change your life dramatically. Dramatically. And you're like, bro, I don't need a million, dude. $40,000 a month would just be the. Would be the coolest thing since coffee, right? And that's only half a million a year, Jeremy. That's half a million a year, dude. Eric, is that number more exciting to you? Does that make you feel more alive or less alive?
Well, have a million dollars a year. That's good.
Okay, so for each of us, like, really, really, actually, actually ask yourself, like, get, get. Get into your heart for a moment. And don't go with the, oh, it'll be a millionaire. Because other people always talk about that as, like a status symbol or a benchmark. It means nothing when you hit it. You have literally no feeling. I promise you, when you hit a million dollars, you're going to go. Maybe you go buy a steak dinner. Like, that's all that's going to happen. Nothing, really. I'd rather you all just have the millionaire mindset now, Multimillionaire mindset now. And then just go live your life and find out what number would really, really, really bring you just so much wealth and happiness and abundance. Figure out what that number is for you. Okay, maybe it's $60,000 a month, because $80,000 just is. Like, I don't. I don't need that much. Like, it might be so far out that there's nothing that really really, really pulls you. For me, the biggest number. And Alex from Mosey talks about this a lot, but the number that changed my life was a hundred thousand dollars a year. That number felt better than a million dollars did by a long shot. Wasn't even close. I. I actually didn't even notice the million dollars. I didn't even know I was a millionaire until after I was a millionaire. Like, the hundred thousand dollars mattered so much more. Why, Jeremy, you.
As you. Taylor Welch says all the time, as you make more and more, the utility of money goes down. And so he says, like, there's not much you more you can buy if you make like, half a million a year than if you make like, 2 million or 3 million a year.
Right.
But for me, going from like 39,000 to over 100 grand was life changing.
Yeah.
Because the utility, like, it allowed me.
To.
Get into coaching with Jeremy and open the door for ultra wealth and all this, all this other stuff that allows me to just.
Precisely, dude. Precisely. You're exactly right. You're exactly right. Because really, at that point, you know, 10 to $40,000 a month, you're essentially able to buy whatever you want, more or less. Maybe not like want, want, want, but, like, you kind of can, right? Like, you're gonna have the credit, you're gonna have the income. Like, there's not a whole lot of things. It's just a different playing field at that spot. Like, you can literally buy any. Any car. You might not buy a Rolls Royce Phantom, but, like, you can literally buy any car. And so the hundred thousand to me was so amazing because again, that was an amount of money that I could just never fathom. Like, at $10,000, I couldn't come up with any expense that would add up to more than $10,000 a month. Like, food. Like, that's going out and eating every day, right? That's going out and eating every day, tipping well, living in a nice house, having a nice car, all your bills are paid. Like, that's like $10,000 a month. 10, $15,000 a month at the time. But all that was is, like, that was the expansive number. So find out also family, what the number is for you and do all this work with that number in mind, because it might. It might be 40, might be 30, might be 60. And if it. If it's 80, cool. And if it's more than 80, that's also fine, Right? Maybe Joe wants to have a Mustang for the day. That's possible. She wants to have a Mustang Monday, Mustang Tuesday, Mustang Wednesday, Mustang. Like, those are different Mustangs. Like, I don't want her to drive the same car every day. She needs different colors, right, Joe? She needs different colors. Gentlemen.
So it didn't come in purple, so yeah, get one wrapped.
That's right, baby. That's right. That's right. So, yes, you're absolutely correct. What I did is on this exact same trade, this was my current risk unit, right? Still my 1R, still my 1R of risk. And I set up a second R, another 1R of risk. Entry here, stop here. Does that make sense on this trade? And again, all of these things that I did, it was all as you practice the whole progression daily chart, zoom down. Know your number. How am I getting my number? Where am I getting my number? Know my number now. Amazing. That's how much this is per day or per trade or per week. Boom. Got it. Here's my dream vacation with me and my wife. This is a dream. This dream vacation, man. $25,000. Boom. Entry, stop. Target, exit, boom. You play with these numbers. You see it? Because how hard is it for me to click this button and create a whole different number? Pretty easy. So let's do it. All right? Just add the zero.
You change the number and it changes the. The output, and it's just crazy.
Change your input. You change your output, baby. How correct that is. Now, just for giggles, Joe, like, let's, let's, let's see how many, like, what's the buying power for 10,000 shares at $166? I mean, we're know what it is. It's 1.6 million. Okay? That's how much buying power you in your account to pull this trade off? Well, let's now. But what do you have to do? You have to divide that number by four, right? Technically. And you get a different number, you get this. Well, guess what? All of you have that amount of money. So again, I'm not saying you have to do it tomorrow. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying you have to do it today. But I want you. I want you to start imagining like, well, I, I technically do. And then you can start daydreaming because your brain's going to go, well, Jeremy, but that's not like, I'd have to take all of my liquid capital, put it into all one account, and take all of my money that I have and day trade this one position that's not that smart. And I would go, I guess it depends on what smart means. Like, I don't know, like, it Seems pretty smart to me. Like, you know what your risk is? We all know our capital at this point. Do you all know that stop losses work at this point in, in the game?
Yeah.
You all know how to set up your trades in the broker, everyone. You feel comfortable. You know what a limit is, Jeremy. Like, you know your stock. Like all of you now know that. So what's the fear? Like, what actually is the fear? And the part that's how you become a multi millionaire family. That's it, right? You go, what is the actual fear? And you go, nothing, I'm just chicken. And you go, fantastic move. Move past being a chicken, figure it out, take a massive action and just go like, you know this because that, that's the, the reason that the whole R system and the, and the strategies and the buttons and the time component, everything, everything is built into this is because at some stage you got to know how to protect yourself. You need to know what your risk is. You need to know how to calculate, you, how all the. You need to make sure that all of your money is protected for a long period of time until you know for certain how everything works. And once you know with a 100% certainty that everything is going to work the way it needs to, when you put in all the trades at that point in your trading, stop being afraid and figure out how to push yourself a little bit. Because like, it's a. There's no limit. This, this candle, this one was 39,000 shares. That candle.
Right?
Like this one, it's 39,000 shares. Okay, so I set up another risk unit. It didn't trigger now, but now we have seven bear candles in a row. And we, we, we both see here, here's the other reason, Jeremy, that I did two R's. Because you're correct. I did. But here's the other reason, just so that we all go back to the basic back all the way back to January. How many bull candles we have below the 10? 2. Is this, is this anything I haven't taught you guys yet? This is all boring, boring, boring, boring, boring, boring. But what we're doing is we're starting to tie it to a purpose. We're starting to tie it to some numbers. Could you also do this trade where you go, man, I need to make a hundred thousand dollars so that I can give it to Eric so he can start going flipping houses for me so I can start making some passive money. You could. I wouldn't though, because Eric's not gonna be in that game very much longer. Right?
That's right.
You have to find someone else to give your money to to start flipping houses. Okay, Eric. Eric's got, like, a couple weeks left in that game. His kids can do it for you. But the point is, again, you can start coming up with these goals, you can start coming up with these numbers because you just need to know how it works. You need to know how the system works. You didn't know how the strategy works. Once you know the strategy works, once you know how it works, once you know how it doesn't work, you're going to get certainty. And that's all you need in trading certainty and risk mitigation. Because I'm telling you, like, again, if you put in $400,000, you bought $1.6 million worth of position. That was your account. You all know that you're going to be getting out that day. You all know that you're not going to hold that overnight. Every one of us knows that you're going to have your risk. And, yeah, this, the trade could lose, but it. Once you lose, you're out of the position. You all know that. All right, bunch of bear candles in a row, obviously. A double top. Two bull candles below the 10. That's why I have two R in the trade. Another bear candle. Am I doing anything here different? Nope. Now, what I did with this is. I know. We all know there's a retest coming, right? I mean, how many times have you day traded? Like, you all know you're about to get a retest and it's gonna suck and nobody wants one. So I now take my stop loss and go. Okay, well, just in case things get weird. All right, there goes my new stop for my first trade. Is that still 0.7? Am I still gonna put my stop loss above this high for 0.5 after the next rotation down? This is all stuff we've taught. And when you start connecting all of this to your. To some numbers, to some concrete numbers, some future casting, as I like to call it, the whole game changes. Everything changes so quickly because you need to know the reason and the purpose for your trades. If you can attach a reason and a purpose to each trade or each month or each week. Like if I. If gun to his head if I had to go, all right, Jeremy, every single time, take a trade, you gotta know what you're gonna buy before you even take that trade. Every single trade. You feeling what I'm saying? All right, here we go. There's a hammer. We already know what's coming. You already know what the trade's gonna do. All of you guys know, like, I'm. We're gonna lower our stop at some point on this next little retest. We all know that. We all know that this is gonna be a small loss. All right, so there's the retest. Here it is. You're getting on the pullback, getting on the retest and bear candle. What are we doing? Stop. Loss is coming down. So now I'll write in just so that we can know it. Both stops are here for. Both are for the whole trade. Any questions so far, family? You guys are good?
Beautiful.
Let me delete this real quick. All right, so we know that I'm in two hours of trade, two hours of risk. We know ultimately I'm gonna move my stop to there, right? Well, I know that a few more candles. Here's a bull candle. Below the 10 here was a bear drop. Again, I'm in two hours of risk. So lower my stop a little bit more, knowing eventually I'm put it here, which is about 0.2. And then after this, after this candle, after this trade. Eric, what do I do?
You're walking away.
I love making money, but I love making money when I'm not there. That's even better. I love the mindset of that. Like, hey, this is going to do whatever it's going to do. I did my work. I trained for this. Usain Bolt said I trained hundreds of thousands of hours or whatever he says. Thousands of hours for 30 seconds. Think about that. We are training for the 30 seconds of our analysis and then putting in the buttons. That's what we train for. You're training for just putting in the buttons and keeping your. Your psychology right, Keeping your mind right. So, yes, you are correct. I walked away, didn't come back until here. And I was like, this is a waterfall. Oh, my goodness. So cool. All right, so I'll take the waterfall, move the stop down to here, you know? You didn't put into profit. Nope, not yet. I know I'm going to, though. I know I'm gonna put it down here again. I'm just going for the low of the day. All right, so now I start watching a little bit. Bull candle comes in. I'm like, oh, okay. This is where I panic for a second. Not gonna lie. You know, the heart flutters come in at this point. So I gotta wait for the bear candle. And this is where I'm reminding myself. Bear candle again. I'll wait for a bear candle. Gotta wait, right? Gotta wait for a bear candle. Gotta wait for a bear candle pleaser top, like.
Yeah.
All right, so now slam stops now in the profit. Now what do I do? Well, I think I'm like, well, we missed the target by a little bit, so let me go a little bit longer. I'm gonna watch this for five or 10 minutes, maybe 15. And I'll probably end up lower my stop down to here. And then, as Eric's already knowing, I'm going to walk away. Because once my stops in the profit, I'm either going to make money, I'm going to make money. I don't care. Hold on. Shoot one second. Forgot to get us in our 10,000 shares. All right, so watching the trade, this candle comes in. This candle comes in. Nothing's happening. You got your little bear pennant pattern here. One more little push. I'm a lower the stop. Okay, take the stop down. Put it to here now. So now I've locked in the profit. Another slow consolidation, and I walk away from the trade. I don't see any of this happen. And then the target hits. Jeremy. What are we at?
A Corolla in cash.
Yeah, baby, a Corolla in cash. That's sweet. That is sweet. And we're out. So there it is on the day. A couple trades, some shares. But even if you know what's going to happen, even if you can see what's going to happen, that's okay. You can still go into a trade, see it, and then just look at the numbers and look at the numbers changing and continually remind yourself, this is why I would do it. This is how I would do it. This is why I would take this trade. This is what I'm gonna buy with this trade. This is why I'm gonna buy with this trade. This is how much money I need to buy this thing. This is the experience that I want. Go take some trades. Day trade, swing trade. Doesn't matter. The time frame doesn't matter, right, Eric?
Doesn't matter.
Right?
Just got to know what we're trading for. It has to have a purpose. It has to have something linked to it. Because if we're just trading to trade, it's the same as working to work. Right? Why do people work? People work so that they can pay their mortgage and they can pay their food and they can pay their bills. That's why people worked. If everything was just free, they wouldn't work. They would go create, they would go play. They would go think they could still create value, but they wouldn't. They wouldn't be working. They'd have a different word associated with. At that point, probably most likely. I'm gonna go podcast. I'm gonna go read. I'm gonna. All right. Any questions about that exercise? Because again, as a reminder, it gets really fun when we start breaking it down from, okay, cool. I still have, you know, maybe one or two other sources of income, and you're like, I don't. Jeremy, I don't need $20,000 in a day, dude. Cool. What do you need? $1,600 in a day. Play with that number for a little bit. Does that number scare you? Play with that one and just experience it. Because I will say this a few times. Your dreams cost less than you think they do. Most of us are like, oh, man, I need $4 million a day. No, you don't, dude. No, you don't. You really don't. You can work with just about.
Any.
Relatively humongous, extremely wealthy, very, very famous celebrity, influencer, coach, athlete for like, $30,000. Pretty much all of them. You know, there's a. You know, a couple like Grant Cardone or whatever, Tony Robbins. You probably can't. But for the. I mean, there's. You can always get access to those, but that's like. That's just not that much money. And you can just pay for so much. It's just an amazing. It's amazing what money can do. And when you start getting into that world and you just know how amazing it is how much you can give. Imagine. Get a little spiritual for you on a second. Imagine if you start thinking yourself, what if I try to give more than I've ever given before for and. Or. Or I'm gonna go give in a different way than I've ever given. What if I go to a laundromat in my town with a couple hundred bucks of cash in my pocket? I just walk up to each little old lady who's doing her. Her laundry because she doesn't have a washing machine and scare 100 bucks, 20 bucks, 10 bucks. You start thinking this video. You start thinking about the stock market as a video game to just create wealth so you can just go. Go and donate it and give it to people. And you start trying to outgive God. Are you trying to start out giving your soul? Or you start trying to give more than you've given before or more uniquely. What's going to happen, Eric? You start giving money away like that.
Coming right back.
It's going to come right back. More. More is going to come. That. That means you're going to be able to see that trade easier. It's going to stand out to you. You're. You're going to wake up in the middle of the night going, I need to short amd off the hundred. Like, oh, my gosh. Because the best part, the best part was, Tom, that trade, it did it the other day too. That was the best part. It did it on Thursday. So here was the hundred on the daily, and there are some bull candles. Right? And so you already knew the 100 on the daily was up there and you already knew those retest gap. And I missed all of this for insert whatever reason. That's what's so cool, is we have the ability to do this. We have the capacity to do this. It's at our fingertips. But in order for your fingers to do something, your mind has to think about it first. And the more you can have the reason, the more you can have the impact, the better. So that's what I would love for you to do this week. Your homework. Very easy, very simple. I want you to go create some cash from a covered call sale, a put sale, a day trade, a swing trade. Make it easy and go give all that away. I love it. Go to your bank, go to your atmosphere. Like, how much? If you sell sim rush right now. Jeremy, how much you making? 800 bucks, 500 bucks, 200 bucks.
That trade, I made like 1400 bucks.
Well, you're still in it right now, right?
No, no, I hit my target.
A little legend. What about Wisdom tree? You're in Wisdom Tree?
Yep.
Well, he calls Wisdom tree.
So I already gave away my semrush money. Just throw that, did you?
Yeah. Well, tell me you didn't tell me about this.
I don't know. I don't. I sometimes, I don't know, I feel like, weird for. For talking. Like, I don't want to be like, oh, yeah. But someone we knew, they needed an operation and it was like 1500 bucks. And I just venmo them the money. And I was like, hey, this is really cool.
Wow.
And then yesterday, a pastor I'm friends with on Facebook, he works with, like, past, like a church network in Kenya, and somebody needed, like, hospital attention. And they're like, he needed to go to the hospital. It's going to be $300. And I was just like, that's it. And then just paypal him the money, and I'm just like, I got trades open with that. So it's just. It's really cool. It's really cool.
So that's amazing, man. That's awesome, brother. Well, congrats. Thank you. And yeah, if you ever want to practice talking about it, this is the group. This is the group, man. Nothing wrong with it at all. Or it's like, hey, guys, I want to share a moment that I'm really happy about. I created enough wealth from the market to do this because that's really what it was. And that means this week or next week or the week after, you'll either find another trade, they'll just replace it, or you'll get another contract, or you'll get another raise at work, or you'll get another client, or someone will call you or whatever. And it'll just be easy.
Just be.
Given to you, like, oh, wow. Okay. I guess, right?
That's why I go. Because a while ago, I did an exercise, what you were telling us to do. What's your monthly number? And it was like 30 grand or 35 grand when I broke down everything. But then I was like, what if I'm thinking too small? Because it's like, what if I like. Like what I was saying, if I had multi millions in cash flow, how many more people could I help? And that's where my mind begins to shift to. Which is like the driver behind it. Not just because let me make money, but like, it's more opportunity to help people and show people that it's possible.
Yep, precisely. And that can be, you know, like you. You have four rental houses and two of them. Every single dollar that you know in excess that gets created from that rental house, you. That's just. That goes to a charity of your choice monthly.
Yep, I thought that too. Why are people. They'll give like a lump sum. Like, why not go buy an asset that just is gonna pay the charity, essentially.
That was me, dude. That was me before I met Brittany. That was me in 20. Like, in 2019, I donated half a million dollars to the Australian Wildlife Reserve or whatever the. Yeah, Australian wildlife nationality. Because I was in. I was in Australia in 2018, October, and they had a huge fire, like, massive fire. They like burned everything down that I was in like three months before. Like December, January, February. Massive fire. Tons of people died. I was like, it just felt. It just like ripped my heart apart. Now, that was a lot. I mean, I think that's a lot of money for anything, but that was a lot of money still at the time. But it was a lot of money. But I could have done it differently, right? Where if I had put it into, like you said, a big apartment complex and had that apartment Complex send X amount of dollars every single month forever to the Australian Wildlife Refuge.
Right.
I just didn't have that mindset at the time. I just didn't know that. I just didn't even think about that as a possibility. But yeah, you're exactly right. You're exactly right. It's just something that's a unique shift. Shift for all of us to have. I think I, I love that you share that with us, man. Thank you. Thanks for being such a, a powerful warrior brother.
Thank you.
Yeah.
Thank you for teaching these skills because this going to amplify it, so.
Yep, my pleasure. All right, Biggie. Well, and we got a couple minutes for market open. Feel free. If anybody has any trades you want to look at. Your covered call expired. Worthless. Eric.
Yeah, I know. I'm keeping my shares.
It's gapping up. What are you gonna do? What's your plan? What's your strategy?
Sell it at a thousand.
A covered call. On the way up, we get some good premium. I'll do one over a thousand, see what happens, get called away hopefully.
Yeah. Scaffold up right now. Earnings this week.
Yeah, earnings this week. Yeah, exactly. I don't think I'll do a. I don't know.
I don't know if I'll do a.
I think I'm gonna just kind of hang out over earnings and see if it doesn't just rip.
Cool.
But if it does, it'll be a retest gap. Right. It'll probably come back down and bounce off of its all time high if it gaps up. So I guess it could sell it at earnings at the big gap up and then buy it again when it comes back down to whatever its all time high was.9 80ish or something.
Yeah, I think it just, it just really depends on the next few candles because like right now, I'll tell you guys what trade I'm doing as well. But right now as I'm looking at this, like that's, this is a lot of resistance for it to clear.
A.
Couple bear candles here. So if we get, if we get two or three bear candles, like if we get a bear count today and tomorrow, Holy Moses. A gap up above a thousand will be unbelievable because you think there's a.
Lot of shorts in there that are.
Going to have to buy to cover all these shorts. All these shorts all the last two days. Perfect evening star reversal. 10 out of 10. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. If it gaps up above this resistance. Absolutely. A lot of shorts can be trapped.
How many shorts are in there?
I mean the shortfall is not huge, but it's. You know, there's. People are betting against it for sure.
1.1% short float, but they'll have to buy the COVID Okay.
Yeah. So anyway, something to. Yeah, something to think through and just be cognizant of, because that'll be a really strong gap. Just. Yeah, definitely depends on the next couple days. But I'm gonna go for. So that you all know, a strategy that I'm gonna play is a. You guys ever heard of a debit spread before? So I'm going to do a thousand eleven hundred July bull call spread to the debit spread. It's going to cost approximately $25. I'm going for. And it's. That's $1,000. Sorry, $100. So 100 point. So it's a 4 to 1 risk reward ratio. 3 to 1. I look at it and so my general thought is if we don't gap up. Right. So if we gap up, awesome. This will be a great strategy. If we gap down or open flat, then I will exit this position. Right. And then I still have July, so I got some time for maybe some continual compression to come in and we bounce around and then we. Then we break out. Right. That'd be a possibility. But that's a strategy that I'm looking at because you can get that for about 25 bucks. You know, $2,500 for a contract. Just something to think through. But it would be a very strong gap. If it gaps up and then I do know if it does gap down, we can already plan this again, especially depending on how today's candle comes today and tomorrow. But if we gap down like we open here, that'll be the easiest bullput spread and put sales of all time. Right, guys? Yeah, load her up. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah, load her up. Literally. So just go ahead and start planning because this is the next big one for us to all make some money on. And everything else has kind of done its thing for right now. So I think Nvidia is going to be the next big gap that we can really start analyzing, planning, strategizing, thinking through. We got three days, so feel free to post your charts, your strategies, your plans, what you're going to do, what you could do. I know a lot of you. I mean, we all some type of position probably on Nvidia. I got a collar on amd. Murdered it, by the way. Just such a good. Such a good caller. Yeah. Anyway, so long story short, I think that we're. We're in a Great spot. Just feel free to post and share because it's this week. Earnings are this week. It's going to be exciting. And I actually want a gapped out. That's what I want because that's going to give us so much more opportunity for July, August, September, October, November. You see what I'm saying? I mean freaking Eric bought this thing like 50 points ago. So imagine if this thing gaps down to 840, buy more. Is that 990 right now it's 150 a share. What it's like, can you imagine get Nvidia for cheaper because it will hit a thousand family. I'm letting you know that like it's a, it's a newsome guarantee. It's just a matter of time. Just like bitcoin's gonna get 100,000. That is just. Counting down. Yeah, counting down. And if you got.
I got a question. How do you scan for, look for, identify which day trades? I mean AMD was pretty easy. Three bull candles up, retest, gap off the 100, that sort of thing. Do you just zip down and look for flavorful stuff? Yeah.
Yep.
Okay.
I have my, and I have my little watch list, you know. So it's nothing. Yeah, you already know what it is. It's nothing special. Okay, that's my, my stupid little. Yep.
Just scroll through 100 stocks or just press the down button and see where the gaps are on all of them.
Yeah, exactly, exactly. But I have my day trade list, you know, so like for today I'm not going to trade AMD because it's opening inside. Not gonna trade Nvidia because it's opening inside. Coin is inside, Square is inside. Shopify opening above. This is a great time to start buying some Shopify. By the way, I know you got stopped out down here, but this is might be time to start picking some back up. So Shopify is opening above the high Tesla, it's flat. So today's not going to be a huge day trading day for me. Shopify is the only thing on my list I'll be trading so far because it's the only thing opening above the high. Everything else I got to wait for it to take out the higher low to trade it. Right. So right now it's just Shopify. You got these two little hammers down here. 10 EMA is super far away. You know your pre market charts doing this thing. So it's like there's a lot of room to go. I'll wait for a little bit of a bear candle to come in. On Shopify and I'm gonna do a 10 EMA. That, that's. There you go.
Yeah, yeah.
So yeah, you can absolutely scroll through it. But what I do again for a day trade perspective, I just keep the same stocks and I cycle them every day. And as you know, you guys already know this. If Tesla's not gapping, what stock do I go look for? Amd. Right. If neither one of those is gapping, I'll go look through my list and I might, I probably will trade Shopify, but I'm already going to reduce my risk on it. I'm not going to do anything cool. I'm not going to post it in the chat. No one's going to see it. I'm just gonna like, all right, whatever. Maybe make a little bit, maybe I don't. But ultimately I'll, I'm gonna start getting into some shops. Like I think it's nice and low. That's number one. But number two, from a day trade perspective, it is gapping above the high for the prior day. We already know strategies Matinia made it. But 99 of my day trades for the last two years, Tesla or AMD. Now there can be, there can be tons of other ones. Like there's so many other opportunities. But I, I've worked on, man, I just feel so much like I could do everything and anytime I feel that way, I'm like, get in your little box, boy. Be quiet. Don't let your ego pop up. Just you go, go do what you do. I just feel like I want to take like 45 trades a day, you know? And anytime I feel that way, I just shove myself into a little bit of a box and just remind myself, nope, you can only just do these two things.
Well, you've traded Tesla so much. Like four days ago, I said, hey, do you think Tesla's gonna do 10 EMA and do this and do that? And you're like, nah, it's like you knew. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you were right all day. Just went and just held that channel, all that tiny little channel with no money all day long. I'm just like, how did he know that?
Yeah, it's so much. That's the thing man. I know that stock inside and out. Like I already know. Like it's just going to trade sideways for the next like six weeks. It's like put sales, iron condors, call sales. If you have shares like options selling and semi non directional trades are going to be great for, for Tesla. You can still day trade it obviously like they'll still be good day trade when the time arises. But like yesterday was Friday was a good day trade. But we're above the 10 on the daily, we're above the 10 on the weekly. We're just chopping around. The big level for me is the high of day. So I zoom in the high day from Friday. So there's the 50 right here. So I'm looking for this, this, this and this. Sometimes type of move like that would be ideal. If I don't get that move today or tomorrow, I probably won't be trading Tesla a lot today because it is getting super slammed in between moving averages right quickly. Here's all the daily moving averages. 20 on the weekly, 100 on the simple on the daily. So we're just getting squeeze from the bottom, we're getting squeezed from the top. But do we know how to make money if something trades sideways? Right, there's your buddy right there. Yeah, he's selling puts like a phenom, you know. So just on a nice little down day or nice little spike, I mean he sold a call like I brought in, I brought in the $65 one. He's happy as a clam. So anything that's great and Savio, we just gotta spend the time on it and see the work. Yeah. Take out above the high of today. If we pull back and hit the 50 between today and end of day Tuesday and you can know for sure that I won't be trading Tesla. It's a guarantee and I'll be trading it bullish up until like 187 over the next two, three days. Yep. Yeah.
Awesome. It's fun.
It is so much fun. It is so much fun. Yep. So today, you know, some. Some days are better than others for day trading. Today is not going to be the best day. It's okay. All good. There'll be. There'll be some other ones. I heard. I think the is. Is the market open tomorrow, Joe?
I believe so. It is.
It's not open Monday though. Next Monday. It's not open next Monday, but I'll still be here. I'll be in Laguna beach at that time. Yep. So I'll see you guys all next Monday. But thanks for hanging out again. Charts, trades, any homework you want to post in. But let's focus on Nvidia this week. Let's make some money with Nvidia this week. Earnings day trade, earnings option, sales over earnings before earnings, whatever. Start planning your trades. Let me know what they are and if you have any questions on any setups that you're in. Please keep me posted. Okay, do.
Thanks so much.
Thanks so much.
You're the best.
