Changing limiting beliefs requires believable, incremental reframes, not extreme promises like "I'll never procrastinate again." Identify absolute statements you tell yourself, then reframe them with different language. Cement the shift through concrete actions: say it aloud, write it down, journal, visualize. There's no shortcut.

And the thing is, you have to make it believable. So if you're a big procrastinator, don't just say, okay, tomorrow I'm somebody that is finishing everything and I'm never going to procrastinate in my life anymore. No, that is not going to work. Like, it has to be at least a little bit realistic. Take it step by step by step. And that is how I believe you can honestly change. So how do we start with rewriting those beliefs? So step number 1 is identifying your limiting beliefs. Now, most of the limiting beliefs are words like I always, I can't, I am too, I have too much ADHD, I am too ADHD, I never follow through. Now identify those beliefs. You can easily gather them. Now, once you gather those beliefs, it is time to start to reframe those beliefs and reframe how the voice in your head is talking to you about it. And once you start to reframe it, then you start to reinforce it by Reading it out loud, by using affirmations, by writing it down, by doing journaling, by doing visualization. Now, again, I don't want to promise you a process where you can just think it through and do nothing and completely change your life. That is not going to happen. You have to put in the work, but you can start by slowly starting to imagine that it is possible.
