A speaker asks who you really are when no one's watching, beyond work roles and what others expect. Most people can't answer that question, and that's okay.

Who are you when nobody is watching? And I want you to think a little bit deeper. Like, not who you pretend to be at work, or who you think you should be, or maybe who your parents wanted you to be. No, my question here is, who are you really? Like, really on a deeper level. Now, if you can't fully answer that question right away, So if you don't really know who that version of you, I want you to know that that is okay, because honestly, a lot of people aren't able to do that, and especially people like us.
