Alex Hormozi's $100 Million Leads might kill your business. The book has tactics and it has strategies. Tactics is a small picture, it's the little things, it's the copy and paste things you use, whereas strategy is the big picture fundamental stuff. Now, the tactics, I'm not saying they're not good. What I'm saying is a lot of people will use them, and a good marketing rule is when everybody does A, you do B. Instead of learning the tactics, try focusing on the fundamentals. Why do these things work? Because the tactics only work in perfect environments, whereas the strategy works if even if the environment is not perfect. So if you learn strategies, you're by definition more powerful than the guys who only learn tactics. Focus on that, go make some money. If you're gonna read it, just be aware of it and know that strategies stay, tactics go. You might as well focus on things that stay.
