A shoe seller's three-option framework: pick A, pick B, or do nothing. A and B both work. Nothing leaves you stuck asking what-if. Like fitness, you can cut or bulk, but staying still while trying gets you nowhere.

One time I sent out a post. If anybody wanted to work with me, they can DM me. Guy with 1,000 followers shows up, has made 9 figures selling shoes online. And one of the things I like the most is that I got a chance to be on a few calls with them and I said, what are some of like really good business advice that you think are applicable to everyone? And he said, listen, bro, in every problem you're always going to have 3 options. Option A or B are going to trip you up because you might want to go this way. Or that way, but both are okay. The only wrong choice is option C, not choosing, because then you're stagnant and you're always kind of in that what-if limbo. So now I realize like both answers are right. Let's say you're trying to get fit, right? Should you cut or should you bulk? You know, whatever you want. If you cut, you're going to look better. If you bulk, you're going to have more muscle. The kind of shitty area is where you maintain even though you're training because you're working your ass off, but you're not really growing anything or getting leaner.
