Are Ai-Written Offers Finally Not Garbage? Offer Cashie Demo

In this demo video, presenter David Molina showcases OfferCashy, an AI tool trained on his experience of generating $3 million in sales without calls. He explains why AI‑written offers are often dismissed, then walks through OfferCashy’s guided questionnaire that helps users define the type of offer they need—recurring revenue, cash‑injection, or challenge‑style offers. The tool uses an iterative “ping‑pong” editing process, prompting for niche, promise, components, testimonials, delivery method, pricing, guarantees, and deadlines, while constantly suggesting differentiating angles and concrete, specific outcomes. Molina demonstrates the workflow by creating a 5‑Week Split Challenge offer, detailing the headline, roadmap, social proof, daily routine, pricing ($25), refund guarantee, and FAQ. He evaluates the generated copy as high‑quality and hard to detect as AI‑written. The video concludes with broader use‑case ideas: using OfferCashy for recurring‑revenue subscriptions, low‑ticket challenges that seed upsells, and premium mastermind offers, emphasizing the tool’s memory across chats and its ability to flag potential sales‑killing language.

If you can tell that any of these offers were written with AI, then don't buy it. So this is OfferCashy, and OfferCashy is trained on what I have seen works after making $3 million selling offers without sales calls. So there's offers that increase your recurring revenue, ones that create customers that are easier to upsell people into, offers that are premium. And like, some people, your main offer, the one you're selling right now, for some people that offer might be too small, and you can offer them something bigger, and that's like just right for them. So by tapping into those different segments of the audience, that's how the, the money must win, and the money was made. And all of those offers needed to be written by hand, but not anymore, right? Because I have this. Actually, the offer that— well, you saw a block of text and then you clicked on the link, and now you're on this video. Well, Cashy wrote that offer, so, you know, it did something right. Now let me show you what she can do. So in the beginning, she will ask you for what kind of offer do you want to build, and you can focus on the one that builds recurring revenue first. Like, if you're unsure on where to start, then I suggest, well, recurring revenue is a pretty good thing, so start there. But she'll give you different parts, right, and you can choose which one depending on your business goal. Do you need a cash injection? Do you need recurring revenue? Do you have no leads and you just need something to get it to, you know, feel something, to see something? And then she'll ask you, which one do you want to build? And, uh, she asked me, which one would you like to build? And I said 6. So I chose a challenge offer. This is a new one. This one is for volume sales, like just to get a lot of people in with high likelihood of, uh, of upselling. Now, This offer, the walkthrough I'm going to give you right now, this is for something that I cannot do. I told Kashi to give me an offer on how to do a split. I have no idea how to do a split, right? But she guided me through it. Like, imagine what she could do that you actually know how to do the thing. Not a split, but your thing. And if you can do a split, that's pretty impressive too. But sure, let's go. We got 12 questions, maybe 10-15 minutes. I'm like Yeah, let's roll. What's your niche? And I talk about it. Let's set the duration. And I said, well, it's called the Split Challenge. How long does it last? Right? So she's asking you all the things that your prospects might be able to ask you. Like, what's the promise? You'll be able to do a full split. And then she asks, what are the components? Right? Because when other— when a lot of people sell what you sell, you don't differentiate yourself by making your promise cooler. It's actually, you got to make it more specific, but You differentiate yourself through taking them through a different path. So she's like very focused on how do we make you look different to everybody else. And then she's gonna ask for testimonials. She's got a, like a, like a specific template to put your testimonials so that when people see it, they go, I have the problem too, will it work for me? And then how do you actually deliver it? She'll ask you about that and then you'll talk about it. It's not so much introspection, because introspection is like when she asks you really hard questions that's like tough to answer, right? It's like, what's the best thing you can give clients? You're like, I don't know, right? But I call it more like ping-pong-pection. So you give it something, she ping-pongs something back to you, and you're like, these are the options. This is, well, what I, JK, have seen that has worked after selling $3 million without sales calls. And these are probably things that you should consider that you could consider putting in your offer. So it's a lot of back and forth. Uh, you shouldn't get stuck on this because she's always going to give you options, and you can ask it for more— sorry, you can ask her for more. So what will you actually do? How do you support them? What's the common friction point or annoying thing that people usually have? Again, and it'll tell you the examples, like for example, holding painful poses for 5 minutes. Is that the process to do a split? I don't know, it might, but you know your thing better than, than I know how to do a split, so you're going to give it better answers. And probably the offer that you get at the end is going to be better than the one I show you. And I consider the one that Cashy gave at the end of this split offer, which I'll show you in a bit, not bad. So what are the other specific benefits people walk away— because people don't just buy your stuff for the promise, they also buy it for like the adjacent things. How are they going to feel? Bragging rights. Uh, how fast is it? And so on. So again, gives you examples so you're never stuck. How much is the investment? It has the pricings that I do recommend. How do we compare it to something so that after they achieve this result, your price is going to look really low compared to the other thing? You know, price anchoring. And it says maybe a single session with official 'Is $100 bucks?' 'Like, sure.' 'Is there a guarantee?' You can say yes or no. 'When do you start?' She's trained on how to give people deadlines so your audience actually moves. And then she'll give you a summary, right? So let's see what the offers look like. I can't do a split, but this is what she gave me. Invitation: The 5-Week Split Challenge. Get a full split within 5 weeks with my hip opening protocol. I've got the 5-week roadmap that has allowed folks like Jack, who couldn't even touch his toes, to hit a full split in just 4 weeks. For 5 weeks, I'll send you a 15-minute routine targeted towards opening a specific part of your hips. Mario weighs 230 pounds and achieved his splits following this exact plan. Mariah is called "thick" by her friends but can now do splits that they cannot. Every day, every day for 5 weeks, we make progress together. I will personally review your form videos and answer questions in the community. Each check-in ensures you're safe and actually targeting the right muscles to unlock your hips. This is a big one. I made sure to be like, Cashy, never when a prospect reads this should it feel like they're drinking from a fire hose or they're ever in danger. Because if it feels like it's too much, that kills sales. If they feel unsafe, that also kills sales. So it's designed to make your prospects feel like this is actually an add-on to their thing. It's not like a big commitment, something scary to commit to. There's no need to be in pain. I'll just show you how to find the "Whoa, I can feel that sensation!" which opens up your hips faster than painful forcing ever could. My intention is for everyone inside of the challenge to leave with: no back tightness, relief from nagging hip pain, a body that moves freely, the ability to slide into a full split. And it's $25 for everything! All of these results happen for people just like you, and you get them all for a fraction of what a single session with a physio would cost you. It comes with a guarantee. If you don't have less lower back pain by the end, I'll refund you, no questions. We started December 8th, so move. Um, if you've heard enough and would like in before the link expires, you can lock it in here. So there's a link. And then it has an FAQ of things that your prospects might actually ask you. And these are things that I actually would consider if I'm doing a split. I'm stiff and I can't touch my toes. Will this work for me? She'll address it. How is it actually delivered? Because some people like see your offer, they see the promise, but they're like, but what's inside though, right? This covers it. How long will it take me? How much work it is? Do I have the bandwidth for this? How else can I use this? What's the investment? There was one part here that I really liked. If you go through the challenge and don't feel significantly less lower back pain by the end, I will refund you your $25. You have nothing to lose but the stiffness. Okay, this is elegant. This is, this is good copy, right? So go Cashy. And yeah, that's it. And I asked it for in Markdown because I wanted to copy and paste it. So personally, you be the judge, I don't consider this written by AI. Like if I read it first, I'd be like, probably not. Right? Maybe after you do your magic and do some edits, then it's going to be like really undetectable. But that's what she can do, and she can do it in 6 things. She can do it for a client offer for recurring revenue, customer offer to get one-time revenue and create leads that, in my experience, if they buy a cheap thing, they're 56 more likely to upsell— times more likely to upsell into clients. I want her on an offer and a mastermind offer that both are like premium for people who can afford you. A compressed offer that's good for cash flow with high likelihood of upselling, or a challenge like you just saw. And it will challenge— like, if something she detects, because I, I gave her my eye, if she detects something like, you might want to consider changing this, this might hurt your sales more than it helps them, it will tell you. And together she's going to help you find the answer. An example is this. By the way, she has memory, so she can see the other chats. But an example is this. What's the big promise of the workout blueprint, which is just like a fitness thing that I just came up with? This needs to be specific, tangible outcome. And I said, get leaner, right? Let's give you a hard one. And then she's like, get leaner is good, but for an irresistible offer, we need to make it concrete so a client knows exactly when they've hit the finish line. So she'll press you on things. Like, she will make sure that the thing sells. Like, she'll do that. And sometimes it has happened when I'm testing her, I just give her, listen, man, like, just write an offer for me. Here's it, here's like the, the overview. And she's like, if I do that, you know, it's not gonna sell, JK. And I'm like, ah, right, you're right, okay. Where do you see the mistakes? And she's like, and then we come up with an offer of people who can do full splits. So
