How do you focus on making the audience efficient so that when you grow, it'll actually continue being efficient? I think that if you don't monetize early, then it only gets less efficient. So the more you grow, the harder it is going to be. Maybe not in the numbers, but mentally. So how do you make an audience efficient? This is what he said. So you're going to keep sinking. There are holes that need to be plugged in order for audience growth to actually have effects. The boat analogy helps me to help people who think maybe some more followers and then this system is really going to work. No, it won't because you haven't plugged in the holes. Audience size never beats audience efficiency.
