Beginners can achieve some success, but they cannot achieve sustained success. The way I like you to think about success is really kind of a tree. Right here is the ground. Success doesn't come from you going up and building your tree. It really ties down to how deep your roots are. So the reason why beginners cannot really win sustainably, it's because they don't have the roots. For really experimented people, the people who have actually gone through the scars and the battle, they have all these roots that are super deep. In the beginning, they might achieve the same as the beginner, and you feel excited because, oh, I achieved the same as this dude, but they just have so much potential you haven't yet seen. So the only solution is not to build a bigger tree, but to plant deeper roots.
