People say they've learned something but never change because they don't believe change is possible and don't know where to start. The real method is building confidence first, then giving one clear first step. After that, they figure out the rest themselves.
Sometimes people tell us, man, like, this was so valuable. Like, I learned a lot from this. And then they do nothing with it. That's what I wanted to break because I was in that spot. And I'm like, okay, how do I actually get them to learn? Like, people sometimes they don't need to be taught everything. They just need to believe that it's possible. And they just need to believe that there is a path. So when I started teaching that way, people started to get it. And even though the path wasn't entirely clear, I got them started on it. And then eventually they figured it out on their own, which is also known as the only way to figure shit out.
