A coach chasing viral controversy gets likes. A coach showing exactly what he fixes and what clients say gets hired. Competence converts to cash. Likes don't.

I would love for you to make the shift of how do I go viral to how do I prove my competence. There's two coaches. There's Coach A that talks about everything. He just wants to go viral. He'll have a few controversial tweets and they'll get 1,000 likes. And then there's Coach B. He only talks about the problem he solves, the solutions he offers, and the testimonies from the clients he's worked with. He may get horrible engagement, but which one would you rather hire? The guy going viral or the guy that can solve a problem? And that's when you really realize likes and cash, proof of competence, is cash. You showing what you're good at, that's cash. That's why sometimes the tweets that gets the worst engagement, they're the ones that make you the most money.
