A creator ran a free webinar with 30 people and a paid one for $100 with 30 people. The free group didn't buy anything. The paid group converted six people into customers worth $100,000 a month. Paying a small amount makes people actually consume the content.

The amount of people who buy something like that cheap is actually not that big, but what happens in the backend did create $100,000 a month in our business. So why? Like, why did that work and not the other things? Because people actually went through it. People actually consumed it because they pay for it cheap, sure, but that small, almost— it's almost like a symbol more than like a significant figure. Actually made them go through the thing. And one time I ran this webinar, it was a free webinar where I gave away— I think it was a DM script— and I had 30 attendees. And I put a lot of work into that, and some people were like, this is great, very valuable, thank you for it. And then when it came time to do the pitch, crickets, right? The normal story of people watch a lot of value and then they're like, I'll implement it, I'll get back to you. You know, that kind of thing. So I then ran the same thing and I charged $100 for it. To my surprise, the same amount of people showed up, 30 people. But in the back end of it, 6 clients converted it. Like, I made the same pitch, same everything, but 6 people said, yeah, I'd like to see what's more behind that. The only difference that happened there was that I charged for one and for the other one I didn't. And it's not just that I attract the people with more money. I guess I did, right? But the big thing there is that people actually went through it. I tell the cash creators all the time, consumption is the goal. Like, having people go through your things is the goal.
