The speaker generated 55,000 posts in three years by outsourcing video production to Quinn and having Julia compile audience questions into one document. He reads a question, riffs on it, and records the answer. The method: pick a topic you know cold, collect questions, let recall do the work.

One time I got on a coaching call and somebody asked me, how do you create so much content? I've posted 55,000 times in like 3 years. And it's not a how, it's a who. So it's 2 main people in the team. Number 1 is Quinn right there behind the camera. He's the guy just making the videos happen. Whereas the other who, her name's Julia. So Julia puts all the questions I get and all the client questions I get in one document. When I read through that document, creating content is actually quite easy. That's what I have in front of me right now. I read a question, I riff off it. And because I do this thing all day, you also have something you do all day. If I asked you right now, what is one thing you could talk about over and over again. You probably have that, and you wouldn't take much time to create that content because it's already in you. So I don't create content, I just recall content. I just remember what I said, and that's what comes out. This is an example of it. Feel free to try it.
