First was very clear about why I'm making the change. And I was scared because it was me telling them, by the way, guys, there's 6 coaches now and you guys have 6 calls a week. Now it's 1 and it's just me. Everybody else is out. That was tough. So I had to come up with a reason why. The reason why was because I wanted to lead by example. That was the main thing. I said, guys, I'm leading by example and this is why I'm doing it the way I'm doing it. You're free to leave whenever, but this is the new direction we're going forward. So I like kind of took that leadership step first. That's like kind of the marketing angle. The tactical angle was I kept everybody on the same deals they had. For the people that were very reliant on coaches and all the other guys, I gave them more access to me. I realized that people hate having things taken away, so I gave them more access to me while the transition happened. And when their time ended, then they could go into another deal. And some people that I didn't want to work with and I didn't tolerate, I just fired. I just said, hey man, I can't help you.
