Cold DMs work better when you lead with the outcome you deliver, not your process. Start with a personalized line, drop a testimonial your prospect knows, and ask an easy yes-or-no question. Jack Butcher's framework beats generic scripts every time.

Before, I used to send all my hauls. Now I only include the outcome. And I got this from Jack Butcher. Nobody cares what you do. Everybody cares what you can do for them. Obviously, because I have a lot of followers, DMs are easier, but I've seen this work for people with less than 1,000. I actually had to sell this guy into getting on a call. This is the first DM. 3 things to note here. Number 1, I made a first line that didn't look automated. Second, I included a testimonial from something that he is familiar with. 3 is I included a question that makes it easy to say yes to. You need to think things through before you do them. Don't copy-paste the scripts you have here because it will not work. Think, what is your offer? What does your customer want? Good luck. I'll see you soon.
