Cash Dojo's framework starts with the customer's dream outcome, then identifies real obstacles (often deeper than what they say) and designs solutions for each. Test your offer by pitching it live to at least 20 people before you know it works.

How do we craft good offers? First, we start with the dream outcome. Your dream outcome doesn't need to be exactly what the customer wants. As long as it's aligned, it's good enough. Two, you identify what's next. And after that, we cover that the problems that they're gonna give you are usually not the problems that you need to solve. It's not that people want more time to go to the gym because they already have time. They just need a way to stick to it. So I need to talk to the girl, but I'm scared. I need to go to gym, but I don't feel motivated. And after we discover the true roadblocks, what we do is we come up with solutions to each one. And after we have the entire burger, we find what are the 3, 5 things that actually work. You don't need to promote the mayo, the ketchup, the bun. You just need to promote your barbecue and the meat. So how do you know which one is the barbecue, the meat? Is you test it. You send out different hooks and you see which one people respond to. And in the end, you cannot say your offer didn't work if you haven't pitched at least 20 people live on a call. And that is how we create good offers at the Cash Dojo.
