When I felt needy, it's because I've mistaken somebody else's goal for mine. And maybe you're doing that too. So when you create goals for your life, it's kind of hard. It's kind of like blurry because you're trying to do it like it's an Excel equation. It's a number. You shouldn't look at your goals like it's an Excel. It's more like an iMovie. When you wake up, how does it feel? What do you eat? What does your body look like? What are you working on? It's a movie. What do you want that movie to look like? And after that, then you can know, okay, I need to buy these things, I need to accomplish these things. And it's just so much more tangible. It's easier to set goals that way. Don't use Excel, use iMovie. And then you'll understand that the goals you were chasing maybe weren't yours. Start chasing your goals and you don't feel anxious.
