Traditional lead nurturing with free content actually kills conversions because prospects feel they already know you and don't need to buy. The best customers discover you days before purchasing, not months of content consumption. Strike with offers fast, before their pain fades.

I don't believe in lead nurturing. So I think that a lot of content creators make their decisions based on feel rather than facts. So it's like, I'm definitely building trust, which tells me that people are going to buy. When people are like, how do I know if my offer is good? Well, you make it. And then if you send it to people and people don't like it, then that's it. So this is why I started doing daily emails and I stopped trying to nurture people because, and this is like a huge insight I arrived to, the more of your free content people consume, the less likely they are to become paid clients. Because they're like, oh, I know Marcos, I've consumed his content for 2 years. I don't really need to join his stuff because I already know his stuff. And I've noticed that my best clients didn't know who I was 2 weeks ago. Somebody told them about it. I popped up in their feed and because I made a daily offer and I went against commonly nurturing practices, they bought the offer and then they bought the next offer and then they bought the next offer because people's pain doesn't grow, it shrinks.
