Make your offer something people can hold or point at. A $2,000 Excel template or a three-week content calendar beats an abstract service because it lowers anxiety and makes the outcome feel real and graspable.

I try to make my offers very touchable. I like making things touchable. And what I mean by that is when you give people something touchable, it's easy to get them to point at it, which relieves their anxiety. And that is the feel-good feeling that people get. An example of this is I used to run an offer workshop. It did okay, but then I changed it to the $2,000 offer template and I made it really nice in Excel, you know, so at the end you could leave with a template, something touchable. I used to have like content training, but then I said at the end of this, you're going to have 3 weeks planned out in this nice content calendar with all the posts you need to make so you can leave with something tangible, touchable that you can grasp. So every time I sit down to write, I think about what is something that I can give that is something people can point at, because if they can point at it, it relieves anxiety, which will make them like it more.
