A product offer works like airline tickets: one core destination, multiple class tiers. Pay more for economy, premium economy, or first class access to groups, workshops, and extras. Iterate by adding upgrades, not new products.

For me, the way I have my offer structured is kind of like a flight. I have the same flight that goes to the same destination, but you can choose to upgrade within the flight. You can go economy, premium economy, or first class. So I have the cash creators. They have the normal package, but they can also pay more if they want more access to me or pay more for an invite-only group. We all have the same goal, but people can upgrade their access. And I will also sell kind of slices Cash Creators to people like small workshops if people wanted just a bit of that access. So to me, it's not about one thing. It's about build one offer with different levels of access. If you want to iterate, iterate over what's already there. And that's how I kind of cured my itch to always be changing and tweaking and doing new things. I would do new things, but as long as they were applicable to the old thing, I would be able to add or tweak to the offer that was already there. I wasn't allowed to start new things. It was only new things inside the The old thing.
