Sometimes the difference between how much value people get from what you say is how confident are you in the way you say it. Because sometimes all people need is not value from you, they just need to borrow your confidence to do the thing. So if you say it with confidence, that can be the difference between life-changing advice and the worst advice they've ever heard. Sometimes I just needed that. I'll tell you one thing, I got into my coaching, the guy that coaches me, and I told him about a problem and I was feeling I was fishing for a technical answer. I was fishing for a, "JK, do this," but it was more of an emotional problem. So you know what he told me? He's like, "JK, in the nicest way possible, put your big boy pants on. This is you being emotional." And I said, "You know what? You're right. Thank you for the value. This is why I pay you $1,000 a month for you to tell me to put my big boy pants on." Hell yeah. But sometimes that's everything you need. Somebody tell you, put your big boy pants on.
