A founder explains how to sell complex AI services by framing them as a magic pill. Instead of listing features, pitch an AI employee named Amy who does a $5,000-a-month job for less, starting by eliminating three tasks you hate, then ten, then replacing the whole role. The simplicity sells itself.

Here's something that I like to do. I like to frame everything I do as a magic pill, something that makes it easy to understand. So this guy came up to me, he's like, I am looking for help crafting my offer around AI. I'm like, okay, what can AI do? Save you time, money, effort, attention. I'm like, oh, cool. So the offer was that we'll save you a few hours of time and attention. I'm like, okay. And I framed this as that guy, you should pitch it as, I'm going to create an AI employee for you that does all the tasks that a $5,000 employee would do and more. And it's called Amy. So what Amy does is you give me less than $5,000 a month and I give you the $5,000 employee that does all of that. And we start by removing 3 tasks you hate to do and then 10 tasks you hate to do. And at the end, it replaces your current employee and you don't have to pay $5,000. If you can frame everything you do from these complex topics like AI as a magic pill, that's a lot of value.
