When your sales pitch keeps failing, the problem usually isn't the offer but your credibility. Build trust with case studies showing client journeys, testimonials from others, clear before-and-after transformations, and contrarian takes that separate you from the crowd.
If you keep tweaking your coaching offer and it's just not hitting, then you might be making the Arnold Schwarzenegger mistake. Now imagine if Arnold and I sold an offer, which one would you buy? Probably his. Mine might have more things, but the guy is Arnold. And often it's not the offer that's lacking, it's the person offering it that's lacking. And you fix that with one of these 4 things: case studies, explaining the journey you took a client through; testimonials, let somebody else tell that journey for you; transformations, just A to Bs; and hot takes, things that people in your industry might not agree with. Use that to prove your competence. The more competence you have, the more proof you have, the more money you'll make.
