Listen to video game and movie soundtracks while you work. Game music is designed to keep you engaged, so it works for focus too. The speaker uses Zelda, Halo, and Doom soundtracks on repeat.
I listen to video game and movie soundtracks while I work. So when I went to college and my friends were always listening to these game soundtracks like Doom, Call of Duty, Halo, Mario, and I'm thinking like, what are you guys doing? They're like, I don't know, I just like to concentrate. And then I went through the psychology of it and realized that just like movies and games, they're designed to keep you focused. So I was thinking maybe I could use that for work. So I listen to The Legend of Zelda, I listen to the Wii menu music in loop, and they just focus me.
