In this informal walkthrough, David Molina guides viewers through the Likes & Cash Villa (LACVIS) in Spain, highlighting the property’s layout, amenities, and personal touches. He starts in the backyard, showing the pool, pergola, and garden, then moves inside to the living room with a remote‑controlled temperature system, the dining area with wooden chairs, and a lower‑floor office space he envisions with a Japanese‑style mat. The garage has been repurposed as a home gym, and he demonstrates the Scuba S1 pool‑cleaning robot while explaining basic pool chemistry. He continues up the house, pointing out guest rooms, including an office for a Ukrainian occupant, and finishes on a rooftop terrace that offers expansive views. Throughout, Molina shares personal reflections—his Guatemalan upbringing, experience of Polish winters, appreciation for the safe, dog‑friendly neighborhood, and a tongue‑in‑cheek comment that the villa was bought with cash, not likes. The video is a casual, enthusiastic showcase of the villa’s features and the lifestyle it enables.

Welcome to LACVIS, the Lexincash villa in Spain. So today we're not doing any value or insight at all. It's just a house tour because I'm really excited and maybe you'll enjoy it too. Right now we're in the kind of in the back garden, backyard. We've got like some, some plants. Some trees. This is kind of the one of the main things you see in the entrance. So there's the pool, and from the pool you can kind of see the entire house. So I'm gonna go to this corner, kind of show you what it looks like. This is it. That's our street. This right here, you can— I don't know, what do you call it? We call it a pergola. But basically, like, you, you pull this, right? And then this thing, like, goes all the way over there so that you won't have to, like, uh, like, really get in all the sun because it can get really bad in, in the summer, you know? It's in Spain, it's hot. This is the living room. So you got stuff right here. That's, um, the desk that our, our guy really told us, listen, man, you gotta take care of that desk because I really like it. It's wooden, it's old. And I said, I got you, don't worry about it. So they got, they got this weird thing where you can control the temperature. So wherever you take the remote, that's kind of where the temperature is controlled. That's where my favorite part is. That's where we'll see you later. There's the dining room. They left wooden chairs, which I liked. Wooden thing. That's where we started the video. Over there, and like kind of the back. So everything is like kind of connected. Right here is where my favorite area is. My favorite two areas, if you will. It's kind of the basement slash lower floor. So we got like a place to store things, bathroom, and the Likes and Cash office. This is what I really like about this. So it's got a nice space. I was thinking of moving this one all the way over there, kind of having like a Japanese-style mat I really like it. Like, I really like, like, laying down sometimes. Like, sitting down, you're still kind of like putting some pressure on your back and your joints and whatever, but when you lay down, you're just like completely, you know, immobile and like fully rested. This is the last— well, not the last one I'll show you, but it's the last, um, you know, the bottom floor. This is For most people, this is what you would call the garage. I was looking at the heater later— earlier. For most people, this is what you would call the garage. What I call this is, this is the home gym. So I'm gonna put in some, maybe some machines over there. It's got no ventilation now, but it's got this door that you can open, so this whole thing, it just opens up. And this fits maybe like 4, 5 cars. So should fit some good machines over here, which I'm really excited about. This is the, um, the Scuba, the Scuba S1. So the Scuba S1 is like a little robot that cleans the pool. And I've never had a pool, and well, as far as I was concerned, they told me that you need to have like, uh, like you gotta measure the pH of the water and and like make sure that, for example, it's not too acidic, it's not too basic and whatnot, and you add like a few, a few things to it. Laundry. And we keep going. So I showed you 2 floors, we're gonna go to them next. There's the main door, there's the office like you saw, the living room. What I like about it too is you can see the stairs from there, so it's It's kind of nice. So we're going up. We still got to fix this, but we'll get to that soon enough. This is what it looks like from the inside. Sky is really nice. I'll show you all the way up later. Main room, guest rooms. That's where the Ukrainian, I believe, will have her office. So she's got her own office. Kind of cool too. Another guest room. This floor— we've seen 3 floors. Let's go to the last one, the 4th. Well, I don't know if you should call it a 4th or a terrace, but let's call it a terrace. So this is the terrace. It's got two entrances or exits, depending on how you want to see it. And, uh, listen, man, coming from the Polish winter where you forget that the sun is a thing, this really, it really does— I really like it. Now that's where you can see the below part. And now there's just some trees. Neighbors are nice, uh, neighborhood safe. I like— I see a lot of people just like walking their dogs and running. Always a good sign. Since I grew up in Guatemala, it's not something I saw, so it's something I appreciate, like the safety, knowing that your family is going to be good. It's pretty nice. It's another— the other villas around. That's our street. That's the sunrise. We got up early. And so this is it, the Likes and Cash Villa in Spain, the LACVIS. And yeah, I'm not paying for this with likes, I'm actually paying for it with cash. So remember, likes are cool, but likes and cash.
