Chapters
So there was this conference by a billionaire. I'm going with a friend, right? The friend goes because I invite him, but he doesn't know that that guy is a billionaire. The guy gives this conference and this guy still doesn't know who he is. And at the end I asked him, yo, what'd you think about that guy? And the guy's like, I guess it was okay, I liked it. And then I told him, by the way, that guy's a billionaire. You should have seen his eyes. He goes like, he's a what? And then he kind of regretted not actually paying attention to the guy. When I saw that interaction, the one thing that it taught me is that in social media, it's not about the message, it's about the messenger. Who says this thing is like, what more important than what is said. So if your engagement sucks, if you're not getting much traction, if people are not taking you seriously, the problem might not be your content. The problem might be that people just don't know who you are.
