A business needs five levels: followers, sales, brand, product, and skills. Skills matter most because without them, everything else fails. Invest in mentorship and reading to build the foundation that makes the rest work.
If you're running a business with your audience, then there's 5 levels that you need to take care of. The 5th one is followers. That's not as important as the 4th one, which is sales, which is not as important as the 3rd one, which is brand, which is not as important as the 2nd one, which is product. But the top, top echelon, the things that you really need to take care of, is skills. When was the last time you paid for a mentorship program? When was the last time you read a book that actually led you to something new? If you don't have the skill set, then everything else suffers. So make sure you get that one right before you keep going.
