This Deaf Man Test Will Improve Your Offer In 5 Minutes

David Molina explains the deaf man test, a visual exercise that forces you to express your offer in concrete terms. Try sketching your offer for someone who can't hear you. If you can't draw it, your prospect won't understand it either. Vague promises like "skyrocket your lead flow" fail; specific ones like "a $20K roadmap in 20 weeks" pass.

It's the deaf man test. So it's something I kind of came up with to make offers land better with people because we as humans, we don't like that uncertainty. We don't like not knowing what's going to happen. We don't like buying things where we don't know when I buy, what happens after? Like, we don't like that. And we also don't like buying things where we don't know exactly what it is that we're buying. So the deaf man test is something that I came up with that allows me to make my offers land better. And it forces me to think, if I were to present this to a deaf man and I could only draw my offer, and what would he get it? If I just— if he were deaf and I could just draw it, would he get it? So let me give you an example of things that do not pass the deaf man test. So skyrocket your lead flow, you're going to draw a rocket. And then it means one thing to you, right? But to that person, it's like, it's relevant, right? Or, um, that's why I don't work with mindset coaches. Cause it's like, they just struggle so hard with this. Cause it's like, reach, you know, your mindset, 10x your mindset. Like, what does that mean? Like, can you draw it? No, you cannot. It's way too hard. So that's what forces you to make your offers so much better. If you think, should I have to draw it? So I'll give you an example. Can you draw something like, we're gonna make $20K in 20 weeks? Yes. So we go up right here, and then it's like you got your, um, you got your months, right? And then you split it in 5, and then it's like week 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and at the end of this you leave with $20K. You can't do that, right? Like, that's a thing, right? Or you do a workshop. What are you gonna do at the end of this workshop? You're going to learn how my process for AI allows you to make money, right? It's like, kinda, right? But it would be much easier if you were to tell a deaf man, okay, so you start right here and then you're at point A, right? Then we're gonna have point B. What are you going to leave with when you leave with point B? You're going to leave with a copy-paste prompt. You're going to be able to copy and paste into ChatGPT, and that is going to print for you a certain asset, right? It's like, okay, I get it. I'm a deaf man, but I do understand it. You copy and paste this prompt, then you paste it into ChatGPT, and it's going to leave with an asset. So it says it's a stupid exercise in a way. Like, I don't know why I call it deaf man test, as if they weren't able to comprehend things you Right, right. But you can understand where I'm coming from. It's if you were forced to draw it, you cannot explain it with words. Actually, now that I talk about it, it would make more sense if I called it the mute test. If you were mute, right, and you had to draw it and to explain it to somebody, could they understand it? And I go through this process for myself and for clients. It's, okay, you have this offer and it's like, your prospects don't see what you see. Like, you know how valuable it is, you know what you can do, but they don't see it, right? You see it, but it's almost like you're seeing the same thing, but you're looking at the same thing, but you're not seeing the same thing. It's like you listen to a song and a professional musician listens to a song, and you listen to something that, you know, it makes you go right up to the beat. That guy knows the exact notes. It's like you're listening to the same thing, but it processes differently. You're hearing the same thing, but you're not listening to the same thing, if you know what I mean. So that happens a lot with offers. Offers, it's, you know that this does one thing and you know how powerful it is, but they cannot see it because they are not you. And what allows you to bridge that gap is the, the deaf man test. Is if you had to go through that, like you had to explain to somebody who can't listen to you, who can't read what you, what you write, so you have to draw it, right? That's what I do for clients. I give tips on how to do it on the newsletter that you can find here. Likesandcash.com, so you can join there and I'll show you how we do it and how we created $4 million with this kind of offers. So you can go there and that's it. See ya.
