People want quick, specific wins over big promises. A fitness coach gets more engagement offering one effective exercise than a complete program. Break your content into small, actionable pieces.
When it comes to your marketing, you gotta understand people don't want highs, they want hits. What do I mean by this? People don't want the big result. They want the little hits that lead to that result. I'll give you an example. Maybe you're a fitness coach. You could give people the entire journey on how do you get fit, the high. You can give people the one exercise that grew your shoulders the most, the hit, or a study on which body part women find the most attractive, the little hit. So you gotta bring it down. You gotta make it smaller. So instead of giving them the high, you gotta give them the hit.
