A business fails when it doesn't give customers enough oxygen: not enough direct messages, emails, or outreach to make people aware you exist. The speaker asks how many people learn about your product each day.
One of the concepts that changed my life in terms of marketing was oxygen. So there's this dude, @ThePhilRivers on Twitter. He goes, dude, you know why most businesses fail? Because they lack oxygen and the business can't breathe. It's like, dude, people are not creating enough opportunities for customers to buy. They're not DMing people. They're not collecting emails. They're not sending emails. They don't really make any money because nobody knows they exist. How many people know your service exists? How many people are you telling every day? Maybe you're not letting enough people know that you exist and you take money in exchange for something.
