Stress is wanting two things at once and not choosing. A spoon pulled in opposite directions breaks the tension when you let go of one side. Drop the competing desire and the stress vanishes.

Stress is really interesting. What stress means, like literally the word, it's when you have an object that wants to be in two places at once, right? So if you pull a spoon in two directions, then it's, it's stressed, which means that maybe if you're facing stress right now, it's because you want to be in two places at once. There's one decision you haven't made, right? So if you leave one, then you flow to the other one, you accept the outcome. So stress is because you want to do two things at once. Drop one desire and stress goes away.
