When I have these moments when things are just not clicking, usually it is because of two things. The first one is not making enough offers, and that's why sometimes I will send 2 or 3 emails a day. The second one is just sometimes I'm being stubborn as the marketer and I want people to kind of buy what I'm selling instead of selling what they're buying. And that was kind of a mistake of me trying to sell so they would buy instead of listening to what they were doing. So often the question I need to ask myself is, what are they telling me they want, but I'm not giving it to them?
