Why I Inject Myself With Chinese Substances [My Health Protocol As A $100k/Month Entrepreneur]

David Molina, a six-figure entrepreneur, injects himself with peptides like tirzepatide and BPC-157 sourced from Chinese vendors to suppress appetite and speed recovery. He tracks everything with an Ultrahuman ring, takes Russian anti-anxiety spray, and combines the protocol with daily cardio and four to five strength sessions weekly.

Just finished the morning cardio, got 60 minutes on the treadmill, feeling good. And this week clients asked me about, um, health protocols, like what am I taking, what am I doing. And I think it's really interesting how entrepreneurs, they start with business and then they all become health freaks, and then they're all trying to optimize things. And by entrepreneurs I mean me. I am entrepreneurs. I do that stuff. And it's— well, you just see it here, right? This is— well, let's start here. So I'm gonna walk you through a little bit of the— of what I do, if you find it interesting at all. So, uh, this is an Ultrahuman ring. Oura is another kind of ring. And, um, I usually don't like, like, tracking, like, sleep and stuff because I can get a little bit autistic about it, as in, well, I didn't get a above an 89 today, so, you know, better take it slow. But, you know, it is my belief that when you're at 25%, you're actually at 101%. So like, you can push harder when you don't do that well. Maybe that's a cope. But anyway, reason why I got it, it's because, um, I'm taking, uh, some peptides, and peptides can raise your heart rate, and I wanted to like make sure that everything was right. So what peptides currently I take 4 or 5 that are good. So what are peptides? It's, uh, basically the elixir of life. It's the best thing ever. It's like if you ever wanted a hack, like those I, those I consider a hack. Um, so I started taking them after I got lean enough so I could see my six-pack, which was really important to me. But right after that, you You know what happens after a long period of caloric restriction? If you're curious, it was 1,500 calories a day-ish and, um, an hour of cardio every day and weight training like 3-4 times a week. So after a long period of caloric restriction— so that's— I would consider that a caloric restriction, like pretty low— well, you're just hungry. You just want to eat everything. And I remember I just like couldn't stop, just ate everything inside. And I thought, man, this is horrible. Like, you just can't stop because it's like very primal. There's this study, I think, of people who were also on 1,500 calories. This is an old study, Minnesota or Massachusetts something study, but you can look it up. And these guys, they spent like a few months, I think, on a very big caloric restriction. And you You know, this was like in the, in the 1900s, so like you couldn't really, you know, there was no HR department that actually like carried weight. So they just had him, had him be there. And what they did at the end, like people were driving themselves crazy at the end of the, like the experiment, they couldn't stop eating. Some guy, I think he cut off his finger or something. In order to get out. Like, it was some nasty stuff. So at some point, it's not like psychological, it's just like your body doesn't take it anymore. And boy was I there. So I'm just like, what do I take? Like, my first instinct was, well, I've heard great things about Ozempic. And so I asked, I asked Dan, Dan Coe, hey, do you take Ozempic, or have you heard about it? He's like, no, not really, I take Retta. So it's Retta Trutide. So R-E-T-A-T-R-U-T-I-D-E. Look at that spelling, me smash like. But he takes that and he said it's way better, so I took it. And no, no, I didn't, I didn't start with that because I messaged my, my Polish like peptide guy because I, I go to this gym. Another benefit actually of, um, like if you're gonna sign up to a gym, sign up to a really good one, like an expensive one, a luxury one. Because then you meet a lot of really cool people. I have a video on my channel with Kemal. It's a very professional podcast. The guy has a really nice crew, uh, you know, really nice cameras set up, different angles. It's really nice. Like, uh, it's not like this, you know, it's like they got cameras and stuff, the good cameras. Uh, and I met him at the gym. So I met this guy, my, my Pitbull guy at the gym, and I'm like, do you have Reda? He's like, no, I don't have it, but I have tirzepatide. So like, you know, I'm learning all these like different names. I'm like, what is tirzepatide? He's like, it's kind of the same thing. So, uh, all of, all of these kind of peptides, if you will, they fall in the appetite suppression space. Other people call it GLP-1s. So what these do is they just don't, uh, they just make you not want to eat. Like, for some people it kills their appetite, for some it like really regulates them. So I don't know if you know somebody who just like eats everything and like they're like fine, like, and they don't gain weight. Or some people who like leave half the plate of food. I'm like, I've never done that like in 10 years, right? Like, what do you mean you're full and you didn't finish your plate? Like, what's wrong with you? You know, big jealousy on my part. But those GLP-1s make you like, while you take them, be those kind of people. It's fantastic. So, Terzapetide, other people call it Monjaro, that's like the brand name, if you will. They— that's it, right? So I'm like, okay, let's take it. And man, the day after I took it, I just— life was beautiful. I'm just like, I saw the food and I'm like, I'm fine, you know, like how normal people eat. It's like, oh, this is great, right? So I kept going on tirzepatide. It was, it was fine. But then RETA, which is kind of like— tirzepatide is like version 2. So if you look at Ozempic, that's like gen 1. Uh, tirzepatide, that's like gen 2. And then you see RETA, that's like gen 3. And it was really shiny, it was really cool, and I thought, yeah, let's try RETA. But the thing about RETA is it, it allows you to burn more fat because it like ramps up your metabolism. Like, if I thought the term fat burner was like not true, it was a total lie, but it's true. Redeye is a fat burner, I can, I can confirm. But, um, you know, I already reached like my goal leanness and I didn't want more, more fat loss. I wanted appetite suppression. I wanted to just not look at a donut and then have it disappear in 2 seconds, right? And so Redeye wasn't really doing it for me. I switched back to TresEpatite and, and that's what I take. It's really nice. So that's— there's that. And now I take like a lower dose, which is, uh, well, I guess lower for me, but it's like kind of a high dose because it's nice, man. You don't really think about eating. You don't really worry about it. Like right now it's— I don't know, it's like 11 AM, 10, 11 AM. I think it's like 11. And you know, I just had a coffee. I'm feeling good. Previously I'd be like, I'm done, where's the food? Right? So I take 3 times a day. That's it. That's one. I also take 2 that are really good. They call it the Wolverine stack. So you know the Wolverine from the X-Men? Like, one of his powers was that like he, he could heal really fast, he could regenerate really fast. And they call this stack— so it's 2 peptides, the Wolverine stack. It's 2 things called BPC-157. Man, the names on this stuff, it's just, you know, I need to talk to the marketing department of these people. If you know a contact, let me know. But anyway, BPC-157 and TB-500, like, that's what they're called. Like, it's not like you go to a pharmacy and you're like, hey, can I get an Advil? It's like, you gotta— by the way, you don't buy these from pharmacies. You either— you don't buy this like at the drugstore. You buy these at like— I don't think I can discuss stuff like this on YouTube, but, uh, you buy them from sites that sell it. Like, if you look them up, you'll find them. Or China, and China is way cheaper. So anyway, so what these two do really good is that I have a— I played volleyball as a kid. It was really cool because I trained with the Guate national team, and man, I loved that thing. But I got a really bad knee injury when I was jumping and just, it just messed me up. And, uh, same thing with— I have a slightly herniated disc And those two, they, they're healing peptides. That's what they're called, the Wolverine stack. And you take them, and it's not like you take a painkiller. Like, these things, like, they do help. Like, they, they, uh, Christian— well, I'm exposing Christian here, but my, uh, my, my VA Christian, he takes those because he has a shoulder injury. Because, you know, guy lifts hard, goes hard at the gym, and, um He did like a— I think he trained something wrong with his shoulders, and then it's like, well, he just got like a bad shoulder. And then he takes those, and then he's like, dude, I wake up, no pain. And like sometimes I have back pain when I'm driving, like for long distances. I took those and it's like, that's no longer hurting. So it's just fantastic. Like those two are really good. I don't really understand the logic on why you should take them like both, but, um, I take them both, they're really good. So I take those two. Now I also take— well, I told you about already four that I take. So terzepatide and retatrutide, which are the hunger ones, and TB-500 and BPC-157, that are like the, um, the healing ones. I'll take another two actually. So I take cagrilintide. Cag— man, cagri— Lentide. So Kageri is— it's just another way to suppress your appetite. But the way your appetite and hunger works, man, I like how, uh, this comes easier to me to talk about than business. It's just so much fun. All right, so the way Kageri Lentide works is, uh, well, the way your hunger works is it's not just like one— I think it's a hormone that tells you, hey, you're hungry. It's actually many that come into play. So GLP-1s, they target 1, 2, or 3 of those, but you actually have more. And there's another one, and there's a fourth one. And what cagrelintide does is it touches that. So it says, hey, this guy's full. So people typically stack them because if you do a GLP-1 for a really long time, eventually it happens what happens to your body on caffeine, which is like you don't really feel it anymore. So if you stack it with something else, it allows you to like still have that less hunger, but it also allows you to like go for longer. So it's really nice. Also, like, your insulin is really good, uh, and like your, your blood sugar levels are really good while, while you're at it. Like, I took them, I made my tests, um, like, I, man, yeah, I go hard on this. I really like them. And I, I did my test here, like blood test and whatnot, and like insulin was perfect, blood sugar was perfect. I don't have the numbers here, but you know, they appeared green on the on the little chart they gave me, so I believe them. Okay, so Kergalenti, that one also helps with hunger. And I also take this thing called Selank. So Selank is S-E-L-A-N-K. So Selank is a Russian pepper, and it was developed in the, I think, in the Soviet Union, and they gave it to The way I'm gonna make it sound is not that appealing, but it's actually not that bad. It's like not nearly— like, it's, it's nowhere near the same atmosphere as something like Adderall, for example. The Adderall really messes with your, like, your serotonin and dopamine things. So what Selank does, it's a really good anti-anxiety thing, and we all have anxiety to a degree, right? Uh, this is a safe space. We can all, we can all hug and hold hands and talk about But what Ceylanq does is it chills you pretty well. Like, I take Ceylanq, it's just a very little dose. This one, like, this is for, for some it can be like the gateway one because you don't, you don't have to inject it. All of these are injectable, but Ceylanq you can do it on a nasal spray, so you're just like and you're good. Okay, so Ceylanq. Ceylanq is, um, what chills you down and it's really good. And I tried that one and, and it's nice, so I take that too. So those are the hacks, right? Those are the, you know, the shortcuts to everything, right? Like, out here, I just moved to Spain and I just paid a lot to, like, find a good lawyer, and that was the hack. Like, she got us here within a month or two. It was fantastic, uh, whereas other people do have to like make a long line and stuff. Like, we just kept right to it. Like, you— there's an appointment here you have to get to get your number, like, you know, your like your register number, you know, like what they identify you with. And it takes like 2 months and it's like a long process, but like you pay a little bit more to somebody— well, not a little bit more, it's like €300 or something. And they just get it to you like in 2 days. It's fantastic. That's what the Ukrainian and I did. No lines, no talking to bureaucracy. Like, you think this video is long? Like, think about like Spanish bureaucracy and paperwork. Like, that's long. Okay, so there's hacks, right? And I think that these peptides are like truly, truly the hacks. What is— I'm not taking, but is not off the— it's not I'm not opposed to it in the future, is something like, uh, growth hormone and testosterone. But I'm young, and I do think that those things like kind of affect your ability to have children. So maybe when I'm like this old grandpa, I'll be like kind of the, the Jack grandpa, you know. I'll take TRT and testosterone, and you know, it'll be awesome. But now I'm, I'm good. But anyway, I don't know if those classify as peptides, but that's in the books for later. But anyway, these are hacks, right? And hacks, they have a bad connotation because people, when people talk about hacks, they are like, I don't know, it's like 1% better, but, uh, usually. But these are like, like 200 times better. It's like actually a really big change. Okay, uh, training. So training is I do something active every day. And active, I classify as it could be a walk, right? A prolonged walk. Like today, I do enjoy the treadmill because I can just like kind of zone out, be on my phone, my play, or I watch videos or whatever. So there's that. And, um, or a workout, right? So I do like 10 sets per workout, maybe 5 times a week, 4 times a week. And, and I enjoy it, and, and that's what I do. I used to always go to failure, but then my nervous system said, yeah, no, we're not doing this. So now sometimes I go to failure, sometimes like 1 or 2 reps in reserve, and after that served me pretty well. I, um, in terms of nutrition, well, protein-heavy meals. I like that, the whole thing about gotta eat like nutritious meals, like You know, beef and chicken and eggs. Now they're clichés, but they actually, you know, I feel better when I do. So there's that. Supplements. Supplements, that's creatine, magnesium glycinate. Magnesium is really good. I think, you know how sometimes you take supplements and you're like, is this actually like doing something? Magnesium actually, you know, it does something. Like, I feel like I sleep better. I, I don't know, I just feel like more present when I take those. So it's really nice. Things that like I take them, I don't know if they make a difference or not, but it's like vitamin B, iron, vitamin D, what else, calcium. You know, the Ukrainian has all this stuff. I just take it because I'm like, yeah, might as well, right? Uh, I don't know if they make a difference, but I heard they're good, so I take them. Also L-theanine. And these names— but L-theanine, actually, that one, uh, I, I do like. So those are like focus— it's just pills, right? So it's just like capsules. You can buy them at any drugstore, I think. And those are really good. Uh, so what they do is they help you focus, and I take them in the morning, and I, I do feel like a noticeable difference. And of course, the goat. Caffeine. I like my coffees in the morning, you know, take my coffee black. It's nice. Sometimes a little bit, um, like artificial sweeteners, sometimes not. And milk. I do like milk, but, um, you know, calories. And that's it. That's the health protocol, and that's what I do. So anyway, if it's a really off-brand video, like a truly, truly off-brand But, um, yeah, I thought— I think that entrepreneurs are, you know, you focus on your business and growing it. Next thing that you focus on is health, right? So, well, I guess a lot of people just like really transition to health. So anyway, that's what I do. I'm gonna put this to the left because then it's really good for the thumbnail, so I'll just screenshot this.
