A seller compares two products: a 90-day swipe file that sold 118 times but converted only 2 buyers to clients, versus a whale baits workshop that sold 70 times but converted 7. The real measure of an offer isn't front-end sales volume, it's how many customers become paying clients.

Here's an interesting segue. I sold two things. One was a 90 Days Offer Swipe File with all of my 90 best offers that people can swipe. The other one was Whale Baits, which is a workshop on how do you post whale baits to filter the fish from the whales in your audience. The 90 Days Offer Swipe File was bought by 118 people. Whale Baits was bought by 70. The people who converted from customer to clients in the 90 Days of Offers were 2. People who converted from customer to client in the Whale Babe one was 7, even though less people bought it. So to me, I think, how can I use the workshop that turned the most customers into clients, not the most leads into customers? So the ones I sell evergreen are the ones that converted the most from customer to client, and there's only 2 of them, which is the Offer Shell and Whale Babe.
