Elevate Your Divine Feminine Energy with the ZenCleanz Natural Gut Cleanse and Liver Detox

In this interview‑style conversation, two women (Speaker A and Speaker B) discuss their personal journeys with enzyme‑based gut and liver cleanses offered by ZenCleanz. They contrast these gentle, food‑based enzyme protocols with harsher methods such as Epsom‑salt liver flushes, juice or water fasts, and long‑term extreme detoxes. Both describe profound physical changes—lighter bodies, improved digestion, reduced cravings, and visible mucoid plaque—alongside emotional and spiritual shifts, including release of trauma, heightened intuition, and clearer mental states. The dialogue highlights the importance of liver health for hormonal balance, noting lighter periods, reduced estrogen dominance, and potential generational benefits. They share practical advice for newcomers: timing cleanses to the follicular/ovulatory phase of the menstrual cycle and to moon phases, managing expectations (not all cleanses produce visible stones), and the value of coaching and community support. The conversation culminates in a broader reflection on how personal detox can ripple outward, improving future generations and contributing to a healthier world.

So, you know, it's, it's really fun with the enzymes. I feel like whether you've done a whole bunch of cleanses or you've just done a couple, the people always talk about them helping bring them back into alignment with themselves, whether that's mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, all of the encompassing feelings. How would you say your experience with the enzymes has helped you with that?
Yeah, definitely. After doing the cleanses, there's a sense of clarity afterwards. It makes you feel more connected to yourself. Because you're clearing out your digestive system, so you literally just feel so much clearer and you know more in connection to your intuition and your body, and it takes away some of those cravings that you have. So for me, doing cleanses often is really powerful.
Definitely. Have you have you done the the liver cleanse or just the intestinal cleanse?
I've done both, and for me, like I hated. Doing Epsom salt and oil. I can't stand it every time. Like, I can't even put the tiniest bit of oil in my mouth now because I'm traumatized from that experience. And the Zen Cleanse liver cleanse, the Give, is profound. Like, it tastes good. I, I had a little bit of nausea, but it's nothing like doing the oil. It's very gentle. It didn't stress my body, and Really good results as well.
Oh, I totally agree with the Epsom salts. I recently, the last couple weeks, I just tested the theory because I was like, oh, I've done 10 of these liver cleanses, the enzyme ones, like let me just test it and see if I can do another one with the Epsom salt. No, terrible experience. I was dehydrated for like 4 days and it just didn't feel right, you know. It feels really harsh and pulls a lot of minerals out of the, out of the system, which is Not very helpful at all. And that's what just makes the enzymes such a different cleanse experience. Um, it's very different than juice fasting, water fasting, or doing any other styles of cleansing because you're not depleting yourself. You're simultaneously cleansing— it's kind of like the byproduct— but you're really just feeding the stuff that's already inside of you, which is really cool. How would you say that your experience is different than other types of cleansing?
Yeah, well, um, I'm a detox coach and I started off many years ago doing all the extreme cleanses, you know, 30 days of grape juice, nothing but fruit for almost a year, raw veganism. And I tried every single different detox. And what I did is I threw my body completely out of whack. And I was sharing this at the time, you know, this is the best way to detox. And now I specialize in supporting women to detox. Because for our bodies, we really can do a lot of damage if we do extend cleanses. And so for me, the Zen Cleanse products are profound because they're so gentle but so effective in a really short space of time. So for women that are having hormonal issues, these are fantastic. So we can gently cleanse the body without creating too much stress on the system, depleting them of minerals. And then they have better digestion. They're able to absorb things better. Everything is amazing.
Oh, I totally agree with that. When I first started detoxing, I kind of spent about a year, maybe a little over a year, just kind of like dabbling in all sorts of really intense ways of detoxing, putting myself through chlorella and like oxidative protocols, and it really just depleted myself. So when I found Zen Cleanse, I was like, oh my gosh, please, something. Like, I've clearly looked at everything possible, but I'm still not doing very well. So when I chatted with Daniel, um, it just totally clicked. It just clicked that something like this was possible, that it's plants, it's not manufactured in weird ways, like it is literally food for the body. And there was just something in me that was like, full body, yes, like do this. And I think my first aha moment— there were many, there were so many— but my first aha moment was when I saw mucoid plaque come out of me that was like the size of my forearm. And I was like, I'd seen some mucoid plaque because I'd been cleansing for a year, but not like that. Not like that. And the clarity that I experienced on the end of the Rainbow Cleanse was unparalleled to anything I'd ever experienced doing other styles of cleansing, Epsom salt flushes. Was there a specific moment that you had that sort of like aha? Because it's always so fun to have those.
Yeah, I mean, I've had many of them on my journey as well. And you know, the biggest, I think for me, like, I love the warm cleanse. Like, it just feels— I love the taste of it and I love, like, it makes me feel alive. And for me, it was, it was more the aftereffect and the days that followed that I really kind of had that aha moment because the days and weeks afterwards, I was doing the best poos of my life. And so was my partner, and we were like, wow, it's just incredible. And for me, it just was just this feeling of it's the enzymes that's what makes it different, and that's what every other cleanse doesn't have. It doesn't have alive food that's giving to the body, and the enzymes are literally like little Pac-Men going inside the colon and eating away at everything which is stuck to the wall. And I've tried everything from charcoal to clays. All these different things. And I think they're actually creating more sludge in the body. They're actually attaching to the colon. And, you know, these are all promoted as detox foods because we didn't know how else to get the toxins out. But there's something different with the enzyme products. They're really profound.
Yes, absolutely. I feel that that year of cleansing— I don't even know if I would consider it cleansing because it was kind of like one step forward and like 25 back. It was— but I felt like I was like sort of making some progress. Nothing compared to doing the enzyme cleanses. Like, within one day, it was just like, this is the future of how people can heal, you know? This is giving people their lives back. It gave me my life back. I was really sick when I found the enzymes. I was put on about 18 different drugs, um, years ago, and it just was so many different problems in my body. And most of my congestion came from my liver, so the liver cleanse was incredibly difficult for me. Um, it took up to like 6 liver cleanses to even start seeing gallstones, and it took a while. And most people, if they don't see gallstones or they don't have that satisfaction, they're like, okay, I'm done, like, it's not working for me. There was like something in me that was like, you got to keep going, you just keep— you got to keep pushing. They're not pushing, but more of just like surrendering into the process, which I think is hard because it's like not a comfortable feeling. And that process of feeling empty is a weird experience, especially if you haven't done a lot of cleansing. Um, what did you— how did you feel the feeling of sort of emptiness but also fullness, especially like the day after the cleanse when you're starting to release everything?
Yeah, I mean, there's always this thing with cleanses that we have this huge expectation of getting things out, and I see this time and time again with my clients. Oh, I didn't see any parasites in my enema, or I didn't see any release, or I only got 2 gallstones out. And, you know, this kind of attachment to those things, I feel, can be dangerous. And it's really important to just be really kind of forgiving to ourselves and know that these things take time. I've been detoxing for more than 10 years, and only 2 years ago did I release like a really big parasite for the first time that I was like, okay, that's a parasite. Um, and also with, you know, the, the liver flushes as well, it takes, it takes time to start to see things come out. So it's good to manage those expectations and important to know that you might need to do a couple of cleanses before you start to see something come out and to really get that feeling of release.
Absolutely. There's a girl in the Telegram chat who's done over 130 liver flushes and Her guidance is so amazing for people just starting out because they're always like, "I feel worse after this. This is terrible." Like freaking out, and she's like, "You know there's more where that came from. It's taken me 130 of these to realize that, and you have to soften into it." She goes, "Be friends with the experience that not every cleanse is going to feel euphoric and amazing. Some are just going to be like, 'Ugh, what was what happened?' Um, but you're moving things forward that needed to come out. You know, you're moving really highly toxic material that's been stuck in the body for a really long time, and you're mobilizing a lot of different toxins. And of course, putting any kind of expectation on what you're going to release is going to limit the amount of things that you do release, because your body's gonna be like, I don't feel safe to release. And I think that's where a lot of people need the coaching and the guidance. To be able to see those long-term changes rather than just doing a cleanse and then saying, oh well, I'm gonna go back to eating the way that I was eating. Um, it's like, this is a lifestyle change. This isn't— I honestly wouldn't even consider it a cleanse. Like, it is like an act of self-care, self-love, because you're making a change. You're not just like doing something inside just because you've eaten badly. It's like you're literally— if you set it up that way, it will propel you forward. Which is— you can't see that with other types of cleansing. Like, I did a master cleanse for 3 days and it was like I didn't feel this way. I was just thinking about food the whole time. So it's just a different experience. In your experience with, with detoxing, what would you say to somebody who's just starting?
Yeah, I mean, I work with a lot of women that have severe constipation, so they can't go to the toilet. They've maybe been doing enemas for like the whole year, sometimes 2, 3 years, and they're extremely dependent on taking herbs and things just to go to the toilet. And when I first told them about Zen Cleanse, they actually get really scared, like, what if it gets stuck? What if it doesn't come out? Especially with the liver flush, because they've read all these things online and there's a lot of fear. Um, and that's why I'm really recommending these products, is because they're very natural and they're very safe and very gentle. Um, but for someone starting out on their journey, um, it's really important to take it slow because when you detox the body, you're not just detoxing your body, you're detoxing your spirit, your soul, all your emotions, and so much comes up. So when I first went straight into detox, all of these traumas from the past started to surface, all of this pain, and that's because When we eat food, we're swallowing down our emotions and we hide it in every crevice and corner of our body. So when we start releasing, sometimes we don't feel good because we're actually releasing a lot of pain that we've been holding in our bodies. So my advice for people starting out is to really take it slow, be gentle, ensure you have the spaciousness to do the cleanse, time to integrate, because the weeks afterwards, a lot can continue to move through.
Wow. Yes, that is beautifully said. I think this is very helpful for people finding these products for the first time. That's why I think when people go to the website and they see different testimonials, they're like able to relate to somebody and not just go into the experience blindly, not knowing what to expect. I did that, but I didn't have any idea what to expect, and luckily it was like a really profound experience, but a lot of people are just starting their cleansing journey. This is such a wonderful way to start too, because you don't— you kind of skip over that whole guesswork of like trying things and being that alchemist just trying to find something that works. And this really streamlines it so you're able to follow sort of the instructions and just feel what's going on inside your body and feeling things that maybe you've never felt before. And something Daniel always says in the Telegram chat is that as you start to get deeper and deeper into these layers, you're going to feel more. You're going to feel every range of emotions more. You're going to feel ecstatic bliss, and you're going to feel the depths of despair. And you can't have the depths of despair without having ecstatic bliss, and vice versa. It's kind of like two sides of the coin. And like you were saying, that The couple days or even weeks after doing a cleanse, like, things do come up, and that's where the right guidance is so helpful. You can give somebody that, like, that inkling of hope that, like, hey, this is possible to move through this, and I don't need to be scared of the process, which is beautiful. It's, uh, it's definitely a journey, you know. Um, I mean, how compared to your, your journey, like, starting before enzymes, what would you say is, like, has changed the most?
Yeah, I mean, I feel what's most beautiful about finding enzyme-based products for detoxing is you don't have to be detoxing all the time, as you can eat more food. Like, I was permanently living on no fat, um, basically just fruits and vegetables, because if I ate anything else, I would feel so sick, bloated, and uncomfortable. Um, and as I started to move in, I worked with other enzymes before I found Zen Cleanse, and enzymes changed my life. And, you know, that's why I kind of went to eating more raw foods, because they're full of enzymes, and that's what really I found healed my body. Um, but then you find Zen Cleanse, which is 3 years of fermented enzymes that are just power-packed. So they're just one of the most profound products I've ever seen on the market. And, you know, most people I find that come to work with me have Tried all the different detoxes, all the different products, and then you put them on Zen Plans and the feedback continues to be, this is the best thing I've ever tried. I haven't had one person tell me they've had a bad experience yet. So, I mean, I wish I could do a Zen Plan every week if I had the time for it and the money, you know, they're profound. But yeah.
It's definitely that compounding effect that like the longer you go for it, And the longer you work with the enzymes, like, the deeper the changes. And sometimes it's like a really subtle change that you don't even notice for many, many months. And that was my most recent cleanse experience, like the liver cleanse. It was incredibly difficult, which was a little bit unusual for me because my last couple ones had been relatively simple. But this one was like the— it was more emotional than anything else. It just like It was bubbling up. I felt different. I just didn't really know what had changed. And I was like, oh, I need to cleanse again. My body was like, no, no, you don't. Like, just sit with this. And it wasn't until like a couple weeks later that I was like, oh wow, I just processed a lot of stuff that needed to come out. And maybe even just the processing of those things is even more powerful than just seeing stones. I think a lot of people get so like stone-oriented. They're like, I want to see stones. And I'm like, there's a lot more in there that is not just stones that needs to come out. Like, all the repressed anger and all the emotions that maybe you've been housing in there for a very long time, those need to come out as well. It's a— it's definitely a process of letting people see what it feels like to, to sort of sit with those things, maybe if they've never sat with it before, which is cool. But, um, yeah, I mean, the shifts that you can see are profound, um, even in one day. Like, that's the crazy thing, is that like it's not this extended 30-day fast that you need to do. It can really propel you. Um, what was like the biggest thing that you noticed changed after your cleanses, like physically?
Yeah, I mean, for me with the colon cleanse, the biggest thing that I noticed afterwards was just how light I felt. I felt more happy, more joy, more bliss. It really just felt like it moved something within me that had been stuck, which other products just weren't able to get to. And I just really, really felt it literally eating away at something old that was stuck. So for me, it was just that feeling of lightness afterwards and like, you know, that extra spring in my step and just feeling more vitality. Like the biggest kind of impact for me.
Yeah, and the ability to absorb things, you know. I think there's so much junk in people's bodies that we don't— we are not absorbing our food. And it's like once you do one of these cleanses, your cravings shift. My, my whole diet changed after I did the cleanses, and then I was able to eat foods and be like, oh my goodness, I don't feel gross after this. That was a huge— like you were saying earlier, many aha moments. Like, it's really hard to pinpoint just one. Um, but some of those, like, those subtle ones of, like, digesting my food for the first time maybe ever. And it's like those, those little subtle things really inspired me. And enzymes are little, little Pac-Men, the little quantum healers that go in and don't chew away at tissue that needs to be there, but they chew away things that need to go out. So it's like that feed— feeding life versus fighting disease. And I think that's really helpful for the future of, of sort of our preventative medicine and holistic cleansing.
Yeah.
Because it really allows people who have never done something before to be able to be like, okay, I know what an enzyme is. This is really helpful for every metabolic reaction in the body. Okay, like this is food, rather than being like this pill for this thing. And there's always some sort of like prescription for those types of things. But with this, it's like just works with what you already have inside of your body, which is potent.
But I love it for women. I really love it for women, especially the liver cleanse. So yeah, really good for like supporting the When you support the liver, you're detoxing the estrogen that's in the body, and then women start to feel better and lighter periods, less PMS, all of those things.
Yeah, I think that's a really underrated one because people are always worried about getting toxicity out but not focusing on like the functionality of the cycles. And I mean, I was on birth control for like 8 years and it really messed up my body. I'm still working through getting all that out of my system. But if I hadn't focused on the liver, it would not be where I am today with the functionality of my hormones. I still have a ways to go, but if just me being on, on birth control for 8 years, like, oh my gosh, there's people who've been on it for way longer or have way other issues. And I think there's such a potency to focusing on the liver. Like doing intestinal cleanses, but like putting a lot of emphasis on the liver, especially as a woman, um, really just allows you to have sort of a reverse aging in a lot of ways because it's not getting stored in your tissues, and you can really work with some of the genetics that maybe have been askew for a while. Um, did you notice any changes in your cycle after your liver cleanse?
Yeah, definitely. After doing Basically, since I had COVID, I was experiencing really uncomfortable periods for quite some time, and it, it meant that I had to dive deeper into detoxing my liver. And since I started to do more liver flushing and cleansing, what I've noticed is that my periods have become lighter and more comfortable, especially immediately afterwards. So I noticed a direct correlation between liver cleansing and the way that my blood would look. It was completely different texture, consistency, and I— there's a direct correlation between that. So I think for women, detoxing the liver is essential. 90% of women are estrogen dominant, which is what's creating heavy periods, clotting, all of those things. So that we need to detox the liver in order to detox the estrogen out of our bodies. So that's pretty much one of the biggest game changers for women is starting to look at their liver. Which most of them have never even done a cleanse or even considered the relationship between their cycles and their liver. So—
I was just talking to a lady a couple days ago and she was like, you have to cleanse the liver? Like, oh, my liver can be opened? Like, in a way that I was just like, oh my gosh, like, I can share this with you because this gives you an opportunity. Because she was like, mind blown. She's like, I'd never— like, I knew I had a liver, but I've never felt my liver before. And the sensitivity that you can regain from these cleanses, like, oh, you can feel your food being digested. Oh, you can feel your bile being secreted. It's like those things to somebody who's never cleansed is like, what? Are you crazy? Like, this is nuts. And then they do it and then they're like, oh wow, I can feel my liver needs another cleanse. It's like That awareness kind of starts to come back and that blood flow. I think it's like the biggest thing is like the blood flow. Um, if you don't clean out the blood in the intestinal tract, like things get stuck, things get stuck really quickly. Um, do you, would you, do you have any advice for a woman just starting out with the cleanses?
Yeah, I mean, for a woman that's starting out with doing the cleanses for the first time, there is an optimal time of your cycle to do a liver cleanse. If you do a liver cleanse right before you bleed, it's going to be a lot more uncomfortable. If you do it after your bleed, so in the follicular phase or around ovulation, this is the best time to do it as you're naturally less hungry, the body's stronger, you have more energy, and then you're actually preparing yourself for when you do bleed. So around, around ovulation is when the body wants to detox, exorcise The excess estrogen. So if we work on the liver at that point, it's going to really give you a beautiful journey. You've then got the next 2 weeks after that to re-filter it through. So yeah.
Wow, I actually feel like I just learned something. I've like messed with the whole different spectrum of my cycle. I've done cleanses and had crazy responses during my period time, um, but I've— I never even thought that like Just the awareness of right before you ovulate would be a good time for that because your body is, is already ready for that. I mean, same thing with like moon cycles as well. Like there's an optimal time of the month in the moon cycle that is good for cleansing. Like around the full moon, your body stores more electrolytes and puts, puts more things into your brain. So you're holding on to a lot more salts, so you're more likely to get Electrolyte deficient. I mean, that is if you're talking about the Epsom salt ones. And then the new moon, the body's more in that cleansing state, which is really a unique way of— I really try and time my cleanses around the moon. But thank you for the awareness of maybe timing it around my cycle a little bit more too.
Yes, a lot of women actually believe that the new moon and our period already is detox. We're releasing heavy metals and we're already detoxing out of the body. And if we are also doing a cleanse, it can sometimes be too much for the body. So it's good to work with the cycle and detox at the optimal time. I find I get far greater results if it's anywhere from days probably 8 till 13, 14 for me is best.
That times up perfectly with my next cleanse this weekend. I think I'll be like on day 9. So that'll be great. Yeah, I think that's a great question.
I'd love to know if you have a better experience because your digestion and metabolism as a woman is actually changing. So that's why during this phase it's better because your metabolism is much higher, but you're not feeling as hungry. So, and then it switches. Sorry, it's the other way around. It's your metabolism is— I forget, but they basically switch. Your metabolism switches. And so you'll notice as soon as you kind of hit the luteal phase after ovulation, you'll wake up and you'll be more hungry. And so they say you need to eat more calories during that time. So if you're detoxing and not eating, the body can actually go into starvation during that phase because the body's hoping to get pregnant or waiting to be pregnant or even thinks that it's pregnant. So if you do a detox at that time, the body can really hold on to everything, being like scared that it might lose the baby. And then you're not going to release as much as well. But in the other phase, the body's like, doesn't think it's pregnant, it feels safe, it feels free. So it's more open to releasing and letting go as well.
That's fascinating. I didn't even think about that. Like, not only are you holding on to more fluids just because of that time of the cycle, but you're also holding on to those things because the body's anticipating a pregnancy. That's wild. That's— I feel like I just learned something totally new. That's fascinating. I feel like there's so much we can learn that we're not educated on with cycles, um, and how to time it.
It's not been studied. You know, all health research has been studied on men. So when you go to a doctor, it's based on a male body, so they don't consider these things with women's health because they just simply don't know. So it's up to us to kind of learn and share this Because it's, it's been suppressed for a long time.
Totally. It's like that reawakening to the power we have within us and the power we have to heal our bodies, because I think that's an underrated one, that like we can look so much outside of ourselves, but if we don't first look within ourselves, then like you're never going to find what you're looking for outside of yourself. And same thing with the wisdom. Um, there's so much you can learn about the types of foods to eat for each point of your cycle. It's like these things I'm just now learning after being on birth control for 8 years, something I wished I'd never been on because it really— like, the detox coming off of it was insane. Like, I, I don't think I'd found Zimplons yet, but I was like, I felt absolutely insane. I was not okay. And the research on coming off of the pill, there's like no research. There's only people who are like coaches being like, hey, I went through this Versus like any scientific material. Like, I had nothing to grasp onto other than, okay, we're just gonna go for this ride. I don't know what this is, but I'm just gonna experience it. So it's an intense journey.
I was on it for 10 years and I tried to come off at 5 different times and it was just so hard. I went back on it, but eventually I just did it and it was tough. So I feel you.
Yeah, then when you do get off of it, you're like, okay, I'm gonna have this awareness that maybe I've never had before on what this was actually doing to my system and why it was acting this way. So—
It changed my whole life. I was attracted to different men, different experiences. I didn't want to work in my job anymore. My whole personality was different being on the pill. So coming off, it was a huge transition and change, and like, oh, this is who I am without taking this substance.
Yeah, hormones are super, super important, and keeping those things flowing and working properly is critical, especially as you begin to age and you have those fluctuations in the female hormones that you don't want a ton of estrogen in your system, you don't want bottomed-out testosterone, you want a certain amount of balance on everything. And I think for me that was like a guiding factor to continue my liver cleansing journey because my mom had fibroids the size of grapefruits removed and had a Hysterectomy. And, um, I knew that that was sort of my genes, and I didn't want that anymore. And I was like, okay, I've been on all this toxic stuff. Let's get this out. Let's get— let's get this balanced so that this doesn't happen to me, so that I can be sort of that cycle breaker for my, for my family as well, so that I can be like, hey, this happened to my whole mom's lineage, and it's not gonna happen to me anymore. So, and I think that's A beautiful aspect of the enzymes that people don't talk about a lot is that sort of reclamation of you're not just doing this cleanse for yourself, you're doing this for future generations and for helping other people. And that kind of leads me into talking about this last question I have. You know, it kind of sums up everything we've just been chatting about. You know, it's what do you do to create a better self and a better world? Because I feel like if you don't first find what creates a better you, then how can you create a better world around you? But once you have that alignment, like, it can ripple out in so many different ways.
Yeah. Firstly, I, I love what you just shared about, you know, you changing the genetic line. Um, I believe that's truly possible. And, you know, as women, when we give birth, we pass on all of our toxins to the child. So for me, it's really motivating to detox. So when I do become a mother, I'm not going to pass on all my crap to them. Because a lot of women say after they've given birth to their first child, they feel amazing, and that's because they're getting all the stuff out of their bodies. So that's very motivating. And I think one reason why detoxing will change the world— that we, the children coming to this Earth, can be purer, brighter beings, more connected to themselves, not being born with diseases in their bodies because that's what they've inherited. So that for me is probably one of the biggest motivators Of detoxing my body and sharing detox with other people and helping women to purify their bodies so we can have a more beautiful place to live.
Wow, that was beautiful. I, I agree. I agree. I think it's really important, that awareness that we don't have, you know. We have to, we have to go out there and claim it. It's not just going to come to us. And once you do have that awareness, you can reclaim parts of yourself that maybe you inherited something that is not yours to hold anymore, and that's going to be stored in your tissues too. So it's like you're going to be feeling emotions that are not necessarily yours.
Right.
And we are given this opportunity with the enzymes to feel everything, as Daniel was saying. Like, you feel more, and a lot of people get scared by that, but It's part of the process, you know, it's part of the process, and it is truly exactly like the issues in the tissues, so we have to feel to heal.
