In this personal wellness monologue, the speaker recounts her shift from buying exclusively organic—an expensive and sometimes unsatisfying practice—to a more intuitive approach that prioritizes freshness, vitality, and connection to the farmer. She argues that organic labels alone do not guarantee nutrient density; instead, she evaluates produce based on how alive it feels, its scent, and its source. Drawing on a water‑experiment anecdote, she introduces the idea that everything, including food, carries a frequency that can be influenced by intention and environment. Local, farm‑to‑table produce is presented as superior for the body and the planet because it avoids long transport, reduces pesticide exposure, and retains higher nutritional value. While acknowledging that pesticides accumulate in the body, she cautions against fear‑based eating and recommends supporting the liver with a high‑green diet, citrus, and chlorella to aid detoxification. The overarching message is to listen to one’s body, become intuitive, and build relationships with growers to make the best food choices for health.

Hello, beautifuls. Today I wanted to do a little video just to talk about organic produce and if organic is always best. So I went through this phase where I was buying absolutely everything organic. It was extremely expensive, and I was finding that some of the produce wasn't fresh and wasn't alive. So I've come to a space now where I don't just buy things for the label. I intuitively buy things that I feel are going to be best for my body. So when I go to buy my produce, I walk around and I see what is fresh, what feels the most alive. And then I love to meet the farmer. I love to know where my food has come from, because if it's been grown in like an environment where there's been a lot of violence, or there's animals being killed nearby, or you can see that the earth just isn't looked after with love, well then you know that the produce isn't going to have a high frequency. And everything is frequency, right? Every single thing. So like, I don't know if you've heard about the water experiment where they had 3 different jars of water, and within those waters, one of them they spoke to positively, one negatively, And the other one was neglected. The one that was spoken to positively with beautiful words, it grew and it flourished and the others died. So this gives you an idea of how food reacts because everything is made up of water, everything is made up of frequency. So I feel it's really important to have a strong connection to the people that are growing your food and bringing you your food. Like, what's the process to come to you? Has it had to go on a ship and be transported? And then maybe it's been sprayed. If it's local and it's local produce, it's number one, better for the environment. It's better for your body because anything that's in the local area is going to have the things that you need to have a strong immune system. And because it's not been shipped, it's going to be fresher. It's coming literally straight from the garden or straight from the farm to your table. And I love farm-to-table produce. So organic is important, of course, because pesticides build up in the body and they create you unwell. But if the food is dead and alive, you're not going to be getting any nutrients. So it's really a matter of doing the best that you possibly can. We live in a toxic world. So we're not going to be able to get anything perfect. And the worst thing that you can do is be living in fear. If you're living in fear of what you're putting in your body and constantly worrying, that's more damaging than the pesticides themselves. And if you're eating a really healthy diet, mucus-free, lots of fruit, you're going to be pulling these things out of your body as well. So some of the best ways to pull out pesticides and things that build up in the body is by doing like a heavy metal detox. Chlorella is incredible for this. Just a high green diet, lots of healthy foods, citrus, things like that. Anything that supports the liver. 'Cause the liver is going to help clear the body of these things. So to recap, organic isn't always best. Listen to your body always. Become intuitive. Get to know your farmers. Get to know the food, how it looks, how it smells. Is it fresh? You will know what's best. Sending you so much love on your journey on being the healthiest version of yourself. If you have any questions, please let me know. I'm sending you so much love and have a beautiful, beautiful day. Bye.
