In this informal wellness video, the speaker shares her personal experience with "mono meals"—eating a single food, especially a single fruit, in one sitting. She explains the rationale that different food groups require distinct digestive enzymes and that combining many ingredients can overwhelm the digestive system, leading to sluggishness. By isolating foods, she claims improved energy, better nutrient absorption, reduced constipation, and clearer insight into food sensitivities. She recommends trying a mono fruit meal to break the daily fast (typically around 11‑12 am), eating as much as desired until full, and invites viewers to comment on their experiences. The video also hints at future discussion of food‑combining, but focuses on mono meals as a simple, flexible approach to better digestion and overall wellbeing.

Hi, beautiful. Today I'd like to speak to you about mono fruit meals. Mono fruit meals have changed my life in so many ways. I cannot even begin to show you how much they've changed my life. I love mono fruit meals. But mono meals of anything are incredible. You can do mono mangoes, mono cucumber, mono potatoes, whatever your heart desires. And the reason that monomules are so good is because different food groups require different digestive enzymes to break down, and they digest at different rates. So how many times have you had a smoothie or a soup and then you felt sluggish or tired afterwards? That's probably because there's over 10 or even more ingredients within that, and the body doesn't know what it is. The body doesn't know where to start. So some digestive enzymes are created in the mouth while others are created in the gut. So by isolating what you're eating, you feel better in your body, you feel less tired, more energized, you have better absorption of the vitamins and minerals and all the nutrients within your food. Everything digests with ease, you're less likely to be constipated, and you just feel good. So adding a mono meal into your diet is absolutely incredible, and it also helps you to work out what foods agree with your body and how they make you feel. So if you're someone that thinks you have a lot of allergies, you might not actually be allergic to anything. It could just be the foods and how you're combining them together, and food combining is an entirely different topic which I will touch on at some point soon, but today I wanted to focus more on mono meals. So when you have a mono meal, you just feel incredible. So I really recommend you to try having a mono meal. Ideally, the best time— you can do it any time of day, but the best time to have a mono meal, in particular a fruit meal, a mono fruit meal, is first thing. So the first thing that you have to break your fast. I generally do this around 11, 12 o'clock, and I love to do just plain mango, watermelon, pineapple, papaya, dragon fruit. Whatever you can get access to, and give it a go and see how you feel. Eat just one fruit to break your fast. You'll feel hydrated and nourished for your day, and you'll find that you'll be less likely to overeat. And what's amazing is when you have a mono meal, eat as much as you want. Don't restrict yourself. Eat until you're full. Yeah, I'd love to hear how you go eating some mono meals. I'd love to know your experience, what you had. Please mention below in the comments. And yeah, sending you so much love on your healing journey. Thank you.
