In this solo YouTube talk, the speaker explains that a gut filled with waste (literally “shit”) blocks the body’s ability to hear its ancient gut‑instincts, which are primal fight‑or‑flight signals inherited from our ancestors. She describes the gut‑brain communication pathway via the vagus nerve, arguing that a clogged gut leads to mental fog, poor decision‑making, chronic stress, and adrenal fatigue. The speaker promotes detoxing as a rapid way to clear the digestive system, restore mental clarity, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with intuition (which she links to the heart). She critiques the common over‑reliance on probiotics, emphasizing that a healthy microbiome requires a balanced mix of many bacterial strains rather than simply “more good bacteria.” She advises testing one’s gut flora and taking breaks from probiotics if issues persist. The talk culminates in an invitation to her personalized, women‑focused program called “Goddess Food Talks,” a comprehensive, feminine‑styled digestive detox that assesses the gut, liver, nervous system, and lifestyle to help women reclaim bodily sovereignty and trust their own internal signals instead of external advice.

Today I'm going to speak to you about what happens when your gut is filled with shit. Literally, when your gut is filled with shit, you're not able to connect to your gut instincts. And this is most of us, unfortunately. These gut instincts are primal defense mechanisms that were given to us millennia ago, thousands and thousands of years ago, and they were given to us to to help us fight or run from prey, from animals. And now we've got these constant triggers in our day-to-day life. So we're constantly under attack. And in those moments when we're under attack, our body only knows to run or fight. And nowadays, our bodies are reacting to our phones running out of battery, having an argument with someone, our boss yelling at us, being late. Life has become a lot different to what it used to be, but these senses haven't left us. But if your body's full of shit, it's even harder to listen to these signals, and we're more likely to be in that stressed state of mind. So I'm really passionate about working with the body in a very harmonious way that's cleaning up and balancing the gut while also balancing the adrenals and calming the nervous system, because these two work hand There's a vagus nerve which actually runs up and down that communicates back and forth from your gut through to your brain. That's why they call the gut the second brain. But for me, I almost like to see it as the first brain, because if that's not clear, nothing can kind of come up here and we're going to be feeling foggy, cloudy, not feeling centered, not knowing what to do, finding it hard to make decisions. But the first thing that people say, and the first thing my clients say, sometimes even after just 1 or 2 days, that as soon as they start to detox, they give their digestive system a break, they start to feel clear in their mind. They start to gain clarity and it becomes easier to make decisions. It becomes easier to know what to do, where to go, and we become more in alignment with who we really are. And that's such a beautiful gift. And I love to see the transformation that happens for my clients. And wow, my transformation, I can tell you, has been wild from where I've come from. And the more I detox my body, the more clear I feel. But not just clarity, I feel calmer, I feel more relaxed, and life just is a lot more enjoyable. So I can't recommend enough exploring the detox path and what comes available for you. And being able to listen to my gut instincts is Connected to our intuition. Not quite the same thing. However, when we start to clear up our gut, we then have more access to our intuition, which I personally associate with the heart. But if we're not clear on our gut and we're in that stressed state of mind all the time, it's really difficult to listen to our heart, or we doubt it. And there's just a big confusion going on everywhere within our system. So— Detoxing is such a game changer if you're wanting to be more connected to yourself and the world around you. If you're finding that you're constantly like on edge, loud noises, when plans change, things like that, it's usually a sign that you have adrenal fatigue. If you've got crazy cravings, you're gaining weight, you're feeling bloated and sluggish and grumpy, again, it's all connected to the gut. And as soon as you start to clean it up, you'll feel drastic results really, really, really quickly. If your gut is not signaling right, nothing else in your body can. It's so important to clean up your gut. But so many people focus on taking probiotics, for example, which is good, good, good, good. Put all the good bacteria in. But what most people don't understand is our gut is filled with thousands and thousands and thousands of little different types of bacteria, and we don't want too many of any of them. We don't want too much bad bacteria or too much good either. So I like to reframe good and bad bacteria, and I just like to say, let's get, let's get balanced. Let's balance our gut and balance our lives. Just like nature, there's a perfect symbiosis in everything. It rains, the sun shines, the moon is there, then the sun. There's just constant shifts and changes. And some might say it's bad when it rains, happy when it— the sun shines. But if we don't have the rain, then we're not going to be alive anymore. We need that rain just like we need the sun. We can't have one without the other. It's the same within our bodies. We need to have the good and bad bacteria, the light and the dark, the balance between both. So if you're someone that's been taking probiotics for a long time and still having digestive issues, I strongly suggest taking a break or getting a test to work out what bacteria you have too much in your gut. However, it can be really challenging to get accurate testing results. Done. So I work in a way of let's just get balanced, let's keep listening to the signals of the body in an intuitive and feminine way and start to understand what is really going on within my body. To become so empowered that you know what is going on, that you don't need to rely on Google, you don't need to rely on coaches or get lost in YouTube videos, that you're going to know exactly what you need to do for your body. And this is exactly what I teach my clients when I work with them one-to-one. And I'm very excited because I've just recently launched my Goddess Food Talks, which is a sacred digestive detox for women to reclaim their thrones. Basically, we go on a journey of understanding on a one-to-one basis what is going on within your sacred feminine body, so we can really see where is this shifting. Is it the nervous system? Is it the gut? Is it the liver? What is happening here? What lifestyle changes also need to shift? But we do it in a feminine way. It's not a 7-day detox. If that's what you're looking for, this isn't the program for you. It's a complete life detox for you to work out what's not in alignment, for you to work out what needs to shift, and to really connect to your intuition, to be able to connect to your body, that you no longer need to feel overwhelmed in all this different information that's out there because you'll know your truth. You'll know what's right for you because you go on Google and you search if you should eat potatoes and there's going to be one article that says you should and one that says that you shouldn't. So what do you believe? You need to believe yourself. You need to trust your own body and that's what I will empower you to do. So if you'd like to know more, please reach out. I'd love to share more with you and jump on a call and have a little chat about what's going Feeling in your belly and go from there. Sending you so much love, and thank you for hearing me talk about shit. Much love.
