Joe Apfelbaum extracts 2,500 summit participants from a video by uploading it to Gemini and converting it to CSV, then enriches the data with Apollo and ZoomInfo. He feeds the results to Claude for analysis and ChatGPT to generate an infographic, sharing it with 1,000 people on WhatsApp.

I'll give you an example. For example, if I want to be able to watch a vid— I want AI to watch a video of all the participants that went to Summit, I will go through the directory really quickly on the mobile app like this. You see what I'm saying with my finger? Just go through the whole directory, make a video out of it on my phone, upload it to, uh, to Gemini, and I say, make me a CSV file. Do you guys know what a CSV is? Comma-separated values. I want it numbered. I want first name, last name, title, company name, and I want their bio. For 1,500 people or for 2,500 people, it'll go off and do it. Now, for if you do 2,500 people at one time, it's going to crash. It's going to crash. It's not that good that it's not going to crash. So you have to think to do things in chunks. So I tell Gemini, I say, look at the first minute and tell me who's in the first minute and organize it into CSV. And because I asked it for advice, I said, what's the best way for you to do this? Because you're having a hard time doing 2,500 at once. And so it did it. And then I take that data, I scrub it against my database, I scrub it against Apollo, I scrub it against ZoomInfo, and I fill in the rest of the data. Then I take that data and throw it into Claude. And I say, analyze this data and tell me who are the people that I need to meet and tell me some facts. And then I take all that information, put it into ChatGPT. I say, make me an infographic. And then I take that infographic and then share it in the WhatsApp group that has 1,000 people in the group. And And everyone's like, holy crap, how the hell did you get all this data? You get what I'm saying? I'm using it in a very practical way to help me be able to do things in my day-to-day.
