automation, specifically AI automation. A lot of people have no idea what AI automation even is, how it works. What are you supposed to do? How do you leverage AI to begin with? Well, today I want to talk a little bit about those things, and I also want to hop into Canva to show you how to create a carousel document in Canva. So you might be wondering, what in the world is a carousel document in Canva? So I recently had somebody ask me this question. So I'm gonna walk you through creating a carousel document in Canva. But first, let me show you what it looks like inside LinkedIn. I'm gonna pull open LinkedIn. I'm gonna share my screen. Let's see. Center zoom. Let's see if you can see my screen now. So hopefully you can see my screen now. This is the center zoom. This is the center full screen. That's my full screen. This is my desktop, no camera. Presentation mode. Well, we can do presentation mode. Presentation mode has my camera on. Doesn't have my camera on. Oh, it's just that with no camera. Center zoom. Let's see. Oh, my camera's on the right side there. All right, I'm using OBS, so I'm just messing around with it over here. All right, so center zoom, we're going to do center zoom right over here so you can see what I'm doing. All right, so you go to my profile. Now we're on LinkedIn, you see that on my profile? And I'm going to scroll down here to the section. Yeah, there's a section right here. All right, I'm gonna click on All right, so first I'm going to hit record. So I'm actually going to record this for my client. Here we go. So if you want to learn how to create a document inside Canva, all you got to do is first identify what is a document. Let's look at the documents that I have here. So this is an 8.5 by 11 document that I got from Canva. Here's another one. I'm going to click on see all documents, show all documents, and scroll down. You're going to see one that slides to the right. You see, slide to the right. Slides, that's a multi-page PDF. Slide to the right, you see? 2-page PDF. This one is a 12-page PDF, you see that? These are all the little ideas that I put in. And here's another one. Here's another multi-page PDF, but this PDF is like square. It's not 9.5 by 11. You see it's not 8.5 by 11, it's like kind of square here. And so if you keep scrolling down here, you'll see all the different ones that we put over here. So now let me show you how to do that. So the first thing you want to do is you want to go to canva.com and you want to log in. You see, I'm already logged in. Then you can find a carousel. So you can do a LinkedIn carousel over here. This one is 1200 by 1500 pixels. Okay, and they have lots of different options. You see that? They have lots of different LinkedIn carousel options. But let's say I want to do this networking that works. I open it up, I customize this template right here. I can change that. I can say business networking or AI networking that works. Meet through your referrals, mutual acquaintances, update your profile. You see that? Now if I want to save this as a PDF, on the top right corner here, I press share. And then over here where it says download, it gives me an option. You see it says PNG. So if I press download, it's going to download this as a PNG file and it's going to come up as a zip file with many separate images. But instead what I'm going to do is I'm going to change it from PNG to PDF. Now there's 2 types of PDF. There's PDF standard for emailing and for the web, and then there's PDF for printing. I would choose the standard PDF, and then I press download, and it's going to come out as a downloaded PDF that just downloads right here. You see, Blue Subtle Gradient Networking Carousel for LinkedIn. Now I'm going to go to linkedin.com, and then what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on start a post, and inside start a post, you can click the little plus sign over here where it says more, and then there you're going to see there's a little thing called documents, add a document. See that? I click on add a document, then I can choose that PDF file. Press choose file. I click on blue subtle gradient networking tips. I press open and it uploads it. I have to add a description here. This is mandatory. AI networking. That works. I'm going to press done and then I can write a post about it. I can have Evie AI write the post over here, right? A post about AI networking that works. Okay, I'm going to choose Joe Apfelbaum, generate. It's going to generate a post about networking that works. Usually takes about a few seconds for the post to generate. I'm going to press insert. Now we have a whole post right over here together with this carousel, and the carousel slides to the right. You see that? Slides to the right just perfectly. And now when I'm ready, I can post it or I can schedule it for later by clicking on schedule. I can choose my date and time, and then I can go next. I'm actually gonna discard this because I actually don't wanna post that, but that's what a carousel looks like. That's how you post it. And hopefully that was helpful for those of you watching. Thank you very much. I'll talk to you soon. So now I just press stop recording and I stopped the recording. And I actually just stopped the recording and the recording is now available for me right here under videos. And I can then watch the recording right now. This is it, I believe. So if you want to learn how to create a document inside Canva, all you got to do is first identify what is a document. Let's look at the documents that I have here. So this is an 8.5 by 11. That's the recording. So I'm going to right-click on the recording, hit properties, just to see how big the recording is. You see it's 78 megabytes. What I can do now is I can take this recording, drop it into YouTube. So that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to go to youtube.com. I'm going to press upload. I'm going to change from Evie AI, switch account to Joe Apfelbaum. Then what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on this little create button, upload video. I'm going to take this video. I'm going to drag it into here. And I'm going to call it How to Create a LinkedIn Carousel Post with Canva and How to Upload to LinkedIn. Okay, to learn more, visit Our community at W— at HTTP. You have to put in the HTTP on YouTube, otherwise it doesn't— the link doesn't work. www.school.com/avi.ai. First, you want to pick a template in Canva. Then you want to Customize it, export it, and post it to LinkedIn. Do not forget to create an SEO-friendly post with AI using http://www.evyai.com. Okay. Now I'm going to say it's not for kids. I'm going to press next, next, next. I'm going to say it's Public, and I'm going to press Publish. And now that's going to publish the post on my LinkedIn— on my YouTube publicly. Now here's the video link. So I'm going to take the video link and I'm going to go into the community. I'm going to click on the community. I'm going to go write a post. How to create a LinkedIn document With Canva. Have you ever wondered how to create a carousel post on LinkedIn that swipes to the right? If you want to learn how to create a document inside Canva, all you got to do is first identify what is a document. Let's look at the documents that I have here. So this is an 8.5 by 11 document that I got from Canva PDF. Now let me show you how to do that. So the first thing you want to do is you want to go to canva.com. I have a lot— I can change that, and it's going to come up as a PDF standard for For emailing and for the web. And then there's— oh my God, my video was blocking. My video was blocking part of the video, I think. Yeah, my video was blocking that part over there. Oy vey. All right. Not perfect. I can redo the video, or you can just figure it out. You can just figure it out. I guess you'll just have to figure it out from there. But I— this— see, I didn't even watch the video first. I just uploaded it and put it up there. All right, is what it is. It is what it is, ladies and gentlemen. It is what it is. All right, let's see what people have been writing in our community. Who do you help and how do you help them? Oh, I like this. Let's see what people have been writing here. Hi, I'm Kevin. I work for a team, a group. Welcome to the group. Okay, let's see what people are writing here. So nice, so nice. So many great people here helping each other out, introducing each other. Let's see what Jeff said over here. This is Jeff's profile here on LinkedIn. Wow. Let's jump into Sales Navigator for a minute just to see what's cooking. We're gonna talk about some AI automations in just a minute. Let's see. Let's see, messaging. Oh, thanks for reaching out. I'm not interested. I just posted that. If you can comment, that would be great. Oh, look at this. I've co-founded 2 AI startups. What did you think? I'd like to learn more. Look at that, people are messaging me back. So this is at 4:54 PM. He said he wants to learn more. Great. Okay, so now I'm gonna, I'm gonna message him the demo. You can watch the demo, let me know what you think. You see that? I sent him the demo video. Okay, this guy said he's not interested. I'd like to learn more. What specific business case is this designed to address? What is the revenue model? I think that my video above will answer both questions for you. Okay, and press go. All right, let's see who else. Thank you so much. Jen will find us some times. Look at that, this guy answered at 5:04 PM. Wow, wow, look at that. Let's see. Very powerful. Look how many messages. Amazing. No thank you. So I message many, many people. I have 850 CTOs that I'm messaging here on LinkedIn. If you wanna learn how to do that, just write automation in the chat. I'll be more than happy to share with you some insights on how to do things like that. All right, let's see what else is going on here. If you guys have any questions— if not, just like this post, like it, give me a little heart so that I know that you exist. I know that you're here. I'm very interested to see who's actually watching this video. There's a huge difference between LinkedIn Live like this. Let me go back into OBS and switch to video center full screen. Oh, look at that! I should have done that. That's how I should have done the video. I should have done video like this so this way you were able to see. Let me see how it looks here. This way you were able to see what I did on the right side of the video. You know what I mean? Oh, this is the entire screen. Okay. Let's just see full video. Full video is just me, just completely black right now. I'm gonna turn it off, turn it back on. Let's see if that worked. Yep, that works. I don't know why I gotta turn it off, turn it back on. I gotta look into that. Like when I switch from video full screen to this. Oh, maybe because the other one is still, is still using the resources. Let me go into here and see if that works. No, turn it off, turn it on. And now it works. Okay, desktop, no camera, presentation mode, right, center zoom, right. Okay, I gotta, I gotta work on my, my OBS stuff. Let's see what James said over here. James messaged me. Something's going on here. Nice. All right, let's talk about some AI automations. Let's go to make.com. This is a no-code platform that allows you to create automations. I'm going to log in on the left side. I'm going to click scenarios. These are all the different automations I've been creating. This one, let's find the one that I wanted, the Google Places automation. Let's look at this one real quick. All right, so automation 1, keyword text. I'm gonna do 1. Okay, then make an API call. This pulls some additional information from here. And then does the router, then HTTP gets the result, the website, parses the text, gives it to Claude, and then— From Claude, it puts it into a Google Sheet just like that. I think that's pretty cool to be able to do things like that. Imagine being able to scrape stuff from Google Place, from Google Maps, and then being able to scrape the HTML just like that. And then you're supposed to, you can bring it into Claude. And then pop it into a sheet. Pretty cool, right? Do things like that. Who knew? Who knew that you can do that? That you can build a little robot that finds things on Google Maps and then automatically gets you all types of information into a Google Sheet about any company in any local area or groups of companies in a local area. I find that pretty freaking fantastic to be able to build out something like that. If you're not doing things like that, highly recommend you learn how to use these tools to support you. Well, if you want to learn something else, let me know what you want to learn. I'm happy to show you how these things work. Thank you very much for watching this live, and I'll
