I am so grateful that I have the wisdom to go to the gym and the energy to push myself through all the excuses. I have reasons not to go, but I prioritize my health because I know that if I don't have my health, all the wealth in the world doesn't really matter. When I launched my business in the beginning, I didn't prioritize my health 'cause all that mattered was wealth. Things got outta control. I gained 100 pounds. I didn't have the energy. I was smoking. I was doing things that were extremely unhealthy and disrespecting my body. Now I push myself to take care of this beautiful body I've been given to make sure that it works for me for the long term so that I can keep making an impact. I can keep serving people. So I want to encourage you today to look at your body and ask yourself, are you respecting your body or are you sacrificing it for financial gain? Don't put money before your health because people often use up all their health to get wealth and then they use up all their wealth to try and get back their health. And often it's too late.
