Good morning. So some people said, Joe, can you show me how a posting party works? But before I do that, I want to show you how many comments I left yesterday. You see, this is yesterday's comments, Monday. Today my goal is to get to at least 100 comments because the goal really is to make sure that you're leaving enough comments to get enough exposure. So 3 things will get you exposure on LinkedIn. Public. Posting, I did 6 posts yesterday. Engaging, leaving comments. And then messaging, sending direct messages. So if you go to my messaging, you're going to see how many messages were sent out. Even just today, look how many messages were already sent out this morning. So the key is for you to be able to connect with people and build relationships. I'm going to show you, I'm going to show you a quick way to send out lots of messages to people. And, um, but first I want to break down, uh, what a posting party is. How does it work? You know, let me, let me just show you that. So a quick background. What is a posting party? So if I, if I go to Google right now and I say, what is a posting party? Actually, it's going to search ChatGPT. Let's see what it says. ChatGPT says, uh, the term Powering party. I said powering party. What is a posting party on LinkedIn? Let's just see what it says over here. What is a posting party on LinkedIn? A LinkedIn posting party is a coordinated event where a group of individuals such as employees, team members, or network connections come together to engage in each other's content. The primary objective is to enhance the visibility of posts, boost engagement metrics, and leverage So how it works. Each specific participants schedule a specified time to convene. Each member shares a LinkedIn post they've created or intends to publish. Group members actually like, comment, and share each other's posts during the session. The collective activity signals to LinkedIn's algorithm that the content is valuable, potentially leading to increased exposure for immediate connections. Increased visibility. Enhanced engagement can result in posts appearing in each other's users' feed. Interacting with diverse content can introduce participants to new connections, and organizations can utilize posting parties to promote company news, post launches, or significant updates. For instance, Kathy Weaver discussed how LinkedIn posting parties can effectively boost organic traffic and improve algorithm performance. Similarly, Yaakov Rosen describes how companies can host LinkedIn company parties to engage employees in the recruitment process. So if I went to Google, I'm just going to do google.com and I'm going to search posting party. Posting party, supercharge your LinkedIn network, postingparties.com. Oh, there's a website, postingparty.com, post my party, posting parties. Do you want to join a posting party? Look at that. So, oh my God, look at this. Do you want to join a posting party? I automate I automate your business. I automate your business, so it's the same guy. So he has a company page called Posting Parties, apparently. This is the guy, he's a second-degree connection of mine. We have 24,000 connections. Let's see, Posting Parties. So let's see what he did. Just got back from inspiring Robert Jones, iNet Entrepreneurs, had the privilege to join as a panelist. I'm going to go ahead and leave a comment. Looks like this is his full-time business. Amazing brother. I'm going to hit generate. Preston, your insights on importance of storytelling are spot on. Okay, I'm going to press insert. I'm going to press comment. I'm also going to send him a connection request because I want to build a relationship with this guy. Because if he's hosting the posting parties, let him host it. I'll promote it. So let me go click on connect. Let me do add a note. Let me go to Evvy AI. Let's just see what it does. Preston, your expertise in automation, personal development is inspiring. Let's connect. I'm going to press insert. I'm going to press send, and I just sent them a connection request. I'm going to click on my network just to see how many connections I have. 30,000 connections already, so that might not work. It might not let them accept, so I got to delete someone. So I'm going to type in Devora. Devora. Let's just see how many Devoras I'm connected to and maybe remove. Like Devorah Sandhaus. I'll remove Devorah Halberstam. I'll remove Devorah Rabinowitz. I like fractional integrator. I like copywriter. Content producer for parshaparty.com. I'll remove that one. Okay, so I just removed a few of these. Now I'm going to go here and I'm going to search Shandy, David, or Dovi. Okay, David Pilatus Operations, remove. Let's see, We Build David Love, remove. David Effune, remove. David Schmuckler, remove. Okay, so I'm just removing some of these People. Okay, so I just removed a bunch of people. David Hirsch was a client of mine. Everything good in your life? Okay, let's just see what he's up to. All right, um, all right, so let's, let's discuss posting parties. Let's go to Claude real quick. Um, I would like to share some insights about hosting parties for LinkedIn in an article. Can you help me describe what they are and best practices? What questions do you have for me about them and what insights Can you share? All right, let's just share. Happy to help you. Could you explain what you mean by a posting party specifically, where multiple people coordinate a post and engage in a scheduled time? In the meantime, I can share some general best practices. Choose the best times, establish guidelines, and create optimal posting schedule. Create authentic, valuable interactions. All right, so let's go in here. What I'm thinking about is A group of people on LinkedIn that want to post, they want to engage, and they want to get to know each other. So they meet on a Zoom meeting. It could be people from the same team within a company. It could be people that are completely in different countries. So they have diverse networks. Could be people from the same industry. It could be people from outside industries that just want to be able to support each other. The one thing they all have in common is that they want to post on LinkedIn and they want to engage in each other's content and they want to use technology to help them be able to streamline the process. So I'm thinking maybe 5 to 10 people get together for 15 to 30 minutes. I'm thinking 5-minute minimum to join a group and then probably 3 minutes per person. So let's say there's 5 people that join. We're talking about a 20-minute meeting. It's coordinated by a host. The host sets the guidelines and the rules for the event, and we can create and establish an example pair of guidelines, which is make sure that you come prepared, make sure that you're there to comment and like on each other's posts, make sure that you're generous, make sure that you're by a computer. We don't want you to log in from a phone where you don't really have access to be able to do everything you need to do. Make sure that you're willing to, if you're gonna show up, you're at least willing to comment on every single person's post that's gonna be posting. You don't have to have your post ready 'cause we can brainstorm a post together with you and help you use artificial intelligence to develop your post very quickly. And each person will just share their post, share why they posted it, and then ask for a specific type of engagement from the audience and then get feedback. And then, you know, you could use your 3 minutes or 2 minutes, however you want to use your 2 minutes. But during your 2 minutes, the goal is to get everyone in the Zoom to actually like and comment on your post. And this way each person gets dedicated attention. And make sure that you know how to use Zoom. Make sure that you know how to use the chat inside Zoom. And it's a simple event. How do you prepare for the event? You get a group of people that are like-minded, that are committed to come to an event at a specific time. So say 10 AM Eastern, you create a calendar invite, maybe using Google Calendar, you get everybody's email address, you put everyone's email into the Google Calendar, you invite them all to a Zoom, everyone joins a Zoom at a specific time. At the beginning, the host establishes the ground rules, lets everybody know what it is. Everyone should have a short introduction that they can post in the Zoom chat ready to go, maybe 2 sentences, who they are, who they help and what they post about. And then from there, the host will pick alphabetically, either first name alphabetical or last name alphabetical, or whoever has their video on, or whoever has their post ready to post. And you post, and then you share the link to the post. And when you're sharing the link to the post in the chat, you want to make sure that you strip out all the UTM tags. So that LinkedIn doesn't think that everyone clicked on the same UTM tags. A UTM tag is like everything past a question mark on a post, and you want to make sure you have a clean URL that everybody can click on. And after the posting party is done, you can create a group on LinkedIn, a messaging group. Make sure everybody connects with each other, and you create a messaging group on LinkedIn that you can continue the conversation, and you name the messaging group. posting party for a specific date. Now, you want to make sure that your posting party has different people in it every time. You don't want to have the same people liking and commenting every single time because LinkedIn will kind of catch up onto that. So posting parties should be diverse, should have different types of people in it. Sometimes you can have the same people, but you want to make sure that you expand your network, you create a diverse network, and posting parties don't need to be big. You can have a posting party with 3 people, with 5 people, with 10 people. It's actually better if you have fewer people in the posting party because you don't need a million people to engage with you. You need the right people to engage with you, the people that are strategic. So the goal is not to go for volume. The goal is to get quality, to actually build a relationship. This is not an engagement pod. This is a posting party. This is— you're here to have fun, have a good time, and connect and build a relationship. And then you find one or two people who are centers of influence for you. That joined the posting party and you save them onto a list with the members of people that you regularly want to check their posts. So maybe you'll agree that on a regular basis, you guys will check each other's posts, maybe once a week. Maybe you can create an email using an automation tool that will send everybody's, uh, recent posts to each other. And this way it happens automatically. Um, and if you watch some of my videos, I can teach you exactly how to set this whole thing up. So yeah, that's the situation and that's what a posting party is to me. And break it down for me. All right, so I just brainstormed all this. I rewrote all this up right over here. I'm gonna have the AI turn this into something meaningful. LinkedIn posting parties, building authentic through structured collaboration. What is a posting party? Okay. Wow, look at this. Gather participants, engagement protocol, best practices, technology tips. Okay, good. This is good. Create a comprehensive FAQ that is at least 10 questions that people are likely to ask about this Posting party concept for LinkedIn. Now we could have different types of posting parties. Let's think this through for a second. Let's brainstorm some ideas around the idea of posting parties. But look at the way it's writing up all the FAQs real quick for me. I absolutely love the fact that we're, that we're doing, that we're actually breaking this down here. So I'm actually going to go to napkin.ai right now and create an infographic for this because This is just fabulous. I'm going to copy all this like this. I'm going to go to Napkin AI. I'm going to go to sign in, get a new napkin, blank napkin. I'm going to call it Posting Parties for LinkedIn. I'm going to paste this content into this napkin here. I'm going to click here. What is a posting party? I'm gonna click here like that. I'm gonna click on this and see if I can get myself a nice visual infographic. Oh, I like this. I like this one here. I'm gonna choose this one. Now, as always, I always recommend downloading the graphic. And the reason I recommend downloading the graphic is because if you don't download the graphic, it's going to mess up and delete at some point. So key structure, I'm going to do key structure and participant requirements. Let's see what it creates over here in terms of a design. Oh wow, this is Good. This is really good. All these are good. Group size. I'm going to choose this one. I really like this one. I'm going to click the download button and I'm going to download it as a PNG file just like that. Download. Okay, boom. Did that. I'm going to scroll down how to organize a party. So we're going to click Click on this. This is the organization of the party. And we're gonna design that. Okay, organizing a party. Gather participants, let's see. Gather participants, schedule invites, opening session, engagement. I like this one, we're gonna choose this here like that. We're gonna click on the little dropdown here, download. Okay, so we have that post-events follow-up. I like this one a lot. I'm going to click on that, create a little infographic related to that. Oh, this is such a beautiful thing here. I'm so happy right now. I'm so happy that I can do this and show you how this is done. If you like this, say, I love this. I absolutely love this. Thank you for showing this. Oh my God, look at this map. Oh man. Follow-up process. Download. Look at this. Look at this map.
Wow. Wow.
Best practices for hosts, for participants, technology tips. Okay, so we're gonna go here, create this. Let's see what it does. I like this. For host, participants, technology tips. The pillars, I like the pillars. Come prepared, engage. Okay, ooh, this is a good one. We're gonna choose this. This is very good.
Download.
This is good. What makes posting parties different? Let's see what it does here. Posting parties versus engagement pods. Oh, that's good. Okay, that's good too. Oh my God, that's so good. This is good. I'm gonna see if we can get this in purple. Oh, so good. I got it in purple. I'm gonna download this. Um, and then measuring success. We're gonna measure success over here. Click on this little icon. All right. All right. Let's just see. Measuring success. Ooh, I like the lock. The lock is really nice. Okay, we're going to download the lock. And then getting started. Let's see what it does. For getting started. We already have that one. We already have the path. Uh, let's see. Oh, I like the gears. I like the gears. Oh, the lighthouse. I've never seen the lighthouse before. So we can get a purple lighthouse. We don't have a purple lighthouse. Okay, so we're gonna download a plain white lighthouse. We couldn't get a purple one. So we have a plain lighthouse. This is powerful. By the way, which one do you love? Which one of these do you love the most? Now let's add the FAQ to this document. Let's go here. We have a nice FAQ over here that we created. Okay. I'm gonna say create 5 lighthouses. LinkedIn stats related to posting parties and engagement that you have access to? All right, let's just see. I need to be transparent, I cannot provide real-time LinkedIn statistics, hence my knowledge is trained on a cutoff date. However, I'll share some general engagement. Oh, this is good. Okay, so that's fine. I'm okay with general engagement. I'm gonna paste the FAQs. Then I'm gonna paste some insights related to metrics for posting parties. Let's see, recommended metric template. Important notes. Okay, common quality.
Okay.
Posts engaged by connections from 3 more industries tend to reach 40% more. Okay, so let's do that. I'm going to do that. And now what we're going to do is we can come up with 1 or 2 more infographics. Let me just see. What exactly is the LinkedIn Posting Pod? How is it different than Engagement Pod? How much time do I need to commit? What if I don't have a post ready? How many people should be in the posting party? Let's see. Let's see, see, see, see, see. It doesn't let me make any more. Oh, wow. All right, let's just see if it'll let me do this. I like this. Let's see if we can get a purple one going. Here's a purple one. Oh man, I love this. Okay, how much time do I need to commit? Okay, so it doesn't let me do the— that. As you can see, when I'm doing short ones, it comes up really quick, really nice. Let's see. Oh, this is good. Let's see. This is good too. I like this.
All right.
That's not helpful. Cumulative time, setup instructions, setup time, total time, individual time. I like that. And I like it purple. Download. Download. How's it different that I can— oh, I like this one. I like this question. Let's just see what it does. This is epic, epic, epic. Just epic. Uh, how's it different? Okay, I like that. We had that one before, but okay. So I can choose any of these as my main graphic, as you can see. Look at this. But I'm gonna choose that. How can I monetize? How do you measure success? I like the measuring success one. So we're gonna select. Track these metrics. Let's see. I like the metrics one because that's going to be a question a lot of people ask. And I want to make sure that we— I like this platter. I'm going to download the platter. Let's see what else we have. How do I maintain quality momentum? How do I find people? Ooh, this one's good. How do I find people as well? Let's see if we can get a nice graphic for finding people. This one's cool. Potential participants. I like that. These are all really good. And I like this graphic too. I like the top-down approach. All right, let's see if we have any others that I think would be a good graphic. Participant questions. How often should I participate? I'm not comfortable on video calls. How do I maintain momentum? What if someone consistently doesn't engage? Ooh, I like this one. All right, let's just see. Oh my God, this tree is everything. Let's see if we can get a purple one. Uh, we can't get a purple one, so we're gonna go here. Oh my God, this is such a good purple one. Let's see if we can download this PNG file. All right, I downloaded the PNG file. That's excellent. Make a song. Make a theme song for posting parties on LinkedIn. Let's just see what it does. Let's see if it makes a theme song. I'll create a catchy theme song that captures the spirit of collaboration. Um, it's a posting party. Okay, let's just see. Let's just see. Log in, make it more of a rap. Make it more of a catchy rap that people can listen to while they are posting. Let's see if it does. I'll create a modern energetic rap. Post and engage, that's how we rage. LinkedIn stage, we'll make those waves. 3 minutes each, we elevate up. Quality connections, yeah, that's, that's our way. Log on to Zoom, it's time to bloom. 5 professionals in the room. Oh, this is it, this is it, this is it. Let's see if we can do this. Oh my God, let's go to Suno and try this out. This is excellent. This is so excellent. Carrie said, I'm clearing December to dive into your content to apply for a job searching for my clients. That's epic. I'm gonna hit create. By the way, if you guys join me, I do this for 3 hours every month with a whole group of people. So if you guys are interested, I'm gonna hit custom, enter the lyrics here. Um, okay, I did it. Um, rap style like Biggie. Uh, style of music. Tell me the style of music. Tell me, give me 3 options for this style of music in under 120 words. Char H. Let's see. Let's see what it does. I asked it to give me 3 options because I don't want to have to come up with it on my own, and I want to see what it does. It's having a hard time because I misspelled the word style. How do I stop it? I want to refresh. I want to refresh. Give me 3 options for the style of music and make sure each option is under 120 characters each. Okay, let's see. I'm gonna do it like this. Title, hosting parties. Theme song, persona. Oh my God, you can create a persona. Sound effects, UK band. I'm gonna hit create. Let's see what it does. Let me put on my headphones so I could hear it because I can't hear without my headphones. All right, let's go, let's go, let's listen. Yo, hosting parties, you know how we roll. Stand engaged.

Most people don't have any engagement. Most people are not building relationships. They're not at 7:58 in the morning. What's up, Joe? Doing the things they need to do to get the results in their life. Ah, posting like a champ. Check out this, check out this. Look at the interest. I put up a poll on LinkedIn. I suggest you do this together. 40 people are interested. Yo, 40 people. 37 people said they're interested already. Look at this. These are the people I'm going to invite. Say, I'm ready to see how to do an article. So step number 1 is you click on write an article, but I'm not going to just write any article.
What are you going to write?
I'm gonna write an article for frustration to motivation. Okay, so I got a blank file here. Posting. I'm gonna post posting party.
First commenter set the tone. Add some value, make you known. No quick posts, we go deeper. That's how you become a keeper. Crossing street diversity. Building bonds with synergy, global minds in different times, dropping knowledge in our rhymes. Spooky books, every page, that's how we rage. We play the stage, we're making waves. For 3 minutes each, we help create a quality connection. That's our way. 3 comments to set the tone, add some value, make it known. No great post, we go deeper, that's how you become a keeper. Cross-industry diversity, building bonds with synergy, global minds in different times, dropping knowledge in our rhymes. Forward and Can you lower the volume of the music 100%?
Here's how you lower it. Is that better? Um, is that better? Let me know if that's better, Carrie. I just lowered it majorly. All right, so let's break down how this works. Step number 1 is you go to the top of this napkin. I'm gonna copy this content just like this, and I'm gonna go into the document. So the way I'm gonna do it is I'm just gonna lower this like this. You see this? I don't need this to be a full page for the article. And then I'm going to take this where the article is right here, and I'm going to go like that and like that. You see that? You see the way it kind of just one on top of the other? LinkedIn posting parties best practices. So I have the article down here I'm going to copy this text. This came from Clog. Then in here, I'm going to put in the image that I got. So this is the napkin image number 1, insert. So you can see inside LinkedIn the way that, you know, you can't just dump it in there. You got to break it down one step at a time. And I can describe each one, but I'm not going to bother doing it right now.
I'm just going to go for, you know, I just want to get this done quickly.
So I'm gonna just go into each one and just show you how it works. I'm gonna add all these images to that. And this is a really long article with a lot of graphics. Um, and all these graphics, you guys saw me create all these graphics, right? We're gonna go to the next one. Again, you saw me. If you haven't, if you haven't seen how I created this entire thing with all the graphics, how we're gonna know it's a party. Okay, so this is a problem because it didn't, uh, it didn't grab all the info, all the sub information here. So what I'm gonna do is I'm actually gonna Ctrl+Shift+V. You see that? It kind of stripped everything. Um, but that's okay. Let's see. Oh, because it didn't separate it out. Okay, let me just see if I can separate it out here. Schedule invite. Use Google Calendar. Let me see if I could— let me see if I could separate this out. Separate this out. See if it'll work better. Okay, that didn't quite work. Pre-event planning. So let's see what this gather participants. Okay, I'll have to do it this way because I don't know how to make sub bullet points inside here. I just print it pressing tab and it doesn't work. Um, so we'll just, we'll just do it this way during the event. Not, not the best look. Let me see if I can select these 3 and turn these into the— I don't know, it just turns everything Okay, we'll just do it like that. You kind of know. Okay, I like that better.
All right, that's fine.
That's not terrible. Let me just go in here.
Okay, good.
Now I gotta keep track of which image I posted last. I think I did 1, 2, 3, so I think it's 7. Yeah, the participants. I'm gonna share it anyway. Can I do the one before?
Let's see.
6. Yeah, that's the one. Okay, we have this one here. Okay, now we're gonna go between these 2 images. All right, now I just gotta get the text from in between here and then the text from between here. Now I'm going to select all the text and turn it into bullet points. Now I already have that in there, so now I'm going to go to best practices for hosts. Okay, we don't have that much more to go, so we'll be done soon. But as you can see, I'm just copying and pasting stuff in here. Oh, look at that, I got it right this time. For hosts, I clear expectations. Oh, all right. Oh, I know why, because this is a different formatting than this. Those are sub-bullet points. I can change the formatting. All right, let's do the best practices graphic. That would be 8.
Okay, good.
Now we're gonna go to the next one. What makes Posting Parties different? Okay, good. Now we're gonna get number 9.
Perfect.
We got number 9 in here. All right, now we're gonna get measuring success in there. Soon AI is gonna be able to do all this for you, but for right now, I prepare this one time and it's done forever.
You see?
So you can hire an assistant to do this for you, A to Z, because it wasn't like, oh my God, Joe had to like really come up with this stuff. Of course I had to write it up. Oh, Ctrl+Z. Um, I had to write it up initially, um, and I used my own graphical abilities to like pick— That's how you break trends. You know, the right graphics based on my own vision for what I want. But if you find someone that you say, okay, well, let me show you how I do it one time, you make a video for them and they'll be able to create these articles for you, no problem. And if you need my team to do this for you, this is definitely something we can absolutely do for you. Not the right thing. Not the right thing.
Cancel. I just saved.
I did the wrong— where is that from? Oh, sufficient times. I'm gonna need that one anyway later.
Well, 13, 13.
I guess I could just submit all of them.
Uh, this ain't no game. That's it.
14 face to face. I don't know why 14 is first. That's so weird.
The strongest network you've seen. 3 to 10, that's our crew. Different faces keeping it new.
Let's just schedule time. So right on top of that, engagement rates about to climb. Connections keep All right, let's see. Q3, Q4. See what comes up. Oh my God, this is so good. By the way, if you're liking this, say I'm loving this. I'm not sure, you know, if you guys even like how this works. Technical questions. Let's answer some technical questions here. Keep it real. Oh, this is good. Gotta run. Definitely be back to check it. Yeah, you're gonna see, you're gonna get an email with this actually. I'm gonna send this email out. I'm gonna schedule it out and it's gonna go out to 13,000 people. It's actually pretty incredible. So thanks for stopping by. Thanks for commenting and engaging. I appreciate that very much. Thank you, Carrie, and everybody else that's watching me. All right, so now we're gonna go to 14, I believe.
Nope.
We're not going to go to 14, we're going to go to 15. Yeah, that's 15 right there. That one worked out. All right, so we got 15 done. And by the way, this is also going to rank on the first page of Google. So, and I'm also going to be able to advertise this as well, and I'll show you guys what I'm talking about. Okay, so these are questions that people are likely going to be asking on Google. And so the reason I put that there It's because I want to be able to get all the questions that people are likely to ask. Where's that tree? Is that 17? Oh wow, the tree is 17. Okay, and then we're going to go to Q14, 15, um, and then Google's going to pick this up and be like, damn, this is a good— these are good graphics, you know. Google's going to be like, damn, I, I like this, I want to make this rank. Uh, that's not the right thing. Let me delete this. Let me go to 15. That's the right thing. Okay, let's scroll down a little more. Remember, I'm gonna do the remember part here, uh, and then we're gonna add some other stuff here as well. Okay, that's good. Let's see if this will even work now. Let's see, important notes. So it didn't grab all the notes. That's interesting. Let's grab this. I'm going to bold this. Bold this. And then turn all this into bullet points. I think I just need to change the format here. Okay, let's see. Compare weekly, daily tracking. Okay, so daily tracking, daily tracking. We're missing document posting. No, it's there. Content conversion. Okay, this is good. All right, now we gotta mix in some call to action related to Evie AI as well because I want Evie AI to rank throughout here. I mean, also we need to create, we need to create an image. So I'm gonna do create a design. I wanna see if I could use Microsoft. This content is blocked. Okay. Okay, if this content is blocked, how do I close it now? Oh no. Oh no. I can't close it. Did I just lose this whole thing? Oh no, I hope I didn't lose it all. Content is not saved and I can't, I can't close this dialog box. Oh my goodness. Oh, is there an X here somewhere? Oh no, I think I may have lost everything here. Oh, this is terrible. If I just lost this entire thing here, I'm gonna be so— I'm not gonna be upset upset, but I'm gonna be like, damn son, these guys just screwed me over. And I'll find a faster way to do all this. Content changes may not be saved. Reload. Oh, it saved it. I just reloaded. Let's see if it saved everything. The tree, the platter, and everything else. All right, let's go to the top. Let's, uh, go to Canva. Let's go, let's make one in Canva. So I'll teach you how to make one in Canva real quick. Let me check my calendar, make sure I'm not missing anything right now. No, I'm good. All right, so Create a design. I'm going to do article, LinkedIn article cover. That's what the article cover would look like. Um, and then I'm going to just grab some stuff from my downloads. Remember I downloaded all that, all those things. So I'm going to grab like this. Like this. I'm gonna grab this. I'm gonna grab this. I'm gonna grab this. I'm gonna grab this one here. This one here, this one here. Actually, this one's not purple, so I'm not going to choose that one for this, you know, for this right over here, just to kind of show. Delete. Like this. And then this one here.
I like that one.
Make it a little smaller and drop it right there. Actually, you know what? Maybe this one's better. Oh, this one's much better. Oh my God, I like this one. Put this on the sign here. The lock is good, so I'm gonna try to make this one— I'm gonna put the lock here like that, and I'll make this one bigger but transparent. I'll make this one bigger. Actually, you know what, maybe I'll just make it smaller like this. Make it smaller. Um, I think this is good. I'm going to call this LinkedIn Posting Parties. Okay, I'm going to hit save. I'm going to download it. Download. I'm going to go back to LinkedIn. Here it is. I'm going to do upload from my computer because obviously the LinkedIn up— the LinkedIn automatic graphic thing is broken. And it produces this, this like image over here. Not perfect, but here is a masterclass about LinkedIn hosting parties and how you can create your own today. Now over here, let's dig in. But before we do, Check out our AI for LinkedIn. Okay, I'm going to go here and we're going to do http://www.evi.ai.com. All right, so now what I'm going to do is I can also make a video that I'll add later about this article, breaking it down. So I'll use Loom and I'll make a whole video about this. But do you see that there's one link here called AI for LinkedIn? I'm gonna just dump this throughout here. This link over here. How to organize a posting during the event. Share post reasoning behind it. Participate engagement like comment. Use tools like heavyai.com to help you. Generate posts quickly and ideas with the idea generator. Okay. Best practices, technology tips. Use tools like Evie AI to help you leave comments as a group quickly and make sure everyone has time To get engagement. Okay. Okay, so I kind of sprinkled it throughout. I'm going to go down over here and get started. Save profiles of users into Evie AI to help them stay top of mind later after the event. Okay. All right. So that's good. Now we're going to go to the way bottom. I'm going to say this post, this resource is brought to you by evviai.com. to help you get more exposure, more credibility, and more clients from LinkedIn.
LinkedIn.
And I'm going to say, if you want to join a posting party, I'm going to go over here. This is a posting party masterclass in our LinkedIn article. If you want to join a posting Party, comment on this article, on this LinkedIn poll, and I'll invite you to the next one. Okay, so let's go to my LinkedIn poll. Let's find the LinkedIn poll from before. Where is the LinkedIn poll? There it is. Uh, let's search posting. Oh, actually it's on school. Remember we Googled it and it came up right here. I'm gonna click on this. I'm gonna copy this URL right here and I'm gonna create a whole, I'm gonna take all this, put it into Canva, and then I'm gonna create a whole, um, designed presentation and also into Figma. That would be cool. And create a whole presentation about it as well. All right, so let's, uh, let's make sure that we put this link in here as well. All right, so now we got it. Now we have this entire thing all organized here and we are ready to post. I'm going to press next and now it wants me to write content. I'm going to use Ebi AI to create the content for this. I'm going to click on Post Writer. And I attached a masterclass on how to do LinkedIn posting parties to this post, because I want people to learn how they can leverage posting parties and how they're different from engagement pods and how to be able to grow their business by creating a network on LinkedIn of people that want to post together on Zoom and want to build relationships. Not just engage in each other's content, but really get to know each other and build relationships in a meaningful way. So you can host your own party. It doesn't have to be every day. It can be like a one-time party that you do, and you can invite 5 to 20 people. Check out all the details. I have a pretty robust FAQ with graphics, examples, and best practices on the article attached to this post. I'm gonna hit generate and let's see what it does. Okay, have you ever thought about the power of collaboration on LinkedIn? Many of us are familiar with engagement pods, but we explore the concept of posting parties. Okay, great. So I'm going to go here, copy this. I'm going to go into LinkedIn and I'm going to paste it right here. You see that? Have you ever thought about da da da da? Let's create a community that thrives meaningful interactions. If you get valuable, give us a like. And let me know your thoughts. I'm going to delete this emoji here. And now what I'm going to do is I'm going to hit schedule and I'm going to schedule this for the same time as the webinar. So we're doing a webinar today and I want this post to go out to thousands of people during the webinar because I want to show people how that works. So during the webinar, that post is going to go out. So I'm going to go here. I'm going to click on share all posts. I'm going to scroll down to the webinar. This is it. Let's see what time it is. View event. Let's see what time this webinar will be. I think it's at 12. I'm not sure. Yeah, 12 PM. So we're going to make it 12, uh, 12:05 PM. I'm going to do 12:05 PM. We'll do 12:03 or 12:04. Yeah, 12:03. So it actually goes out 12:03. So let's go here. Here. We're gonna do today at 12:03. Oh, it doesn't let me 12:03, so we'll do 12:15. Okay, so 12:15, in the middle of the webinar, I'm gonna stop and I'm gonna say, hey guys, by the way, there's a post that just went out. Okay, so next. I'm gonna press schedule. Today's— oh no, hang on. Is this the right time? Yeah. Today's November 5th. Okay, good. Schedule. Your article has been scheduled. Close. Okay. So this article will be emailed. Hang on a second. What, what has been scheduled? Let me delete this. Let me go to my scheduled posts. So how, this is how you get to your scheduled posts. You go to LinkedIn. You start a post and then you click on the schedule here, view all scheduled posts, and you can see this one here. I'm going to click on it and then I'm going to click on this.
Uh-oh.
Okay, hopefully that'll work. Let me go to my articles. Where are my drafts? Where are my article drafts? View articles. Manage. Scheduled. Over here. Post now. Modify post schedule. Edit post.
Okay.
I'm assuming everything's gonna go fine. Let's just, let's just assume everything's gonna go fine. Okay. I want to delete it. I could delete it, but I don't know if it'll delete the article. Um, but you know what, let me just see if I could click on manage and do drafts. Okay. So I have a few drafts over here, scheduled, published.
I love this.
Okay, good.
All right.
So we scheduled it out. Let's just see what happens. And then it'll also rank on Google, which is going to be awesome. So I think that that's, that's going to be a great tool to use.
All right.
Let me show you how to send a few DMs out. Now let me see. Chris says, thank you to my friend. Keep crushing it. What you're doing, you teach, The heart and soul totally resonate with me. And no, I didn't use Evvii to message. I don't know if you know this, but you can actually reply to direct messages inside LinkedIn with a microphone that types everything up that you say right within our technology. It's artificial intelligence technology that just types everything up perfectly and it's in your voice, but you don't actually have to type it up and it just saves so much time. I'm gonna press insert. Look at that. I just typed the whole thing up. Fantastic. I didn't catch your LinkedIn party. However, I made a wonder familiar to condo direct messages. It helps me stay top of mind. I'm gonna say, I'm gonna give her a thumbs up on that. I'll check it out later.
Okay.
Thank you, Joe. Elaine said thanks. Let me see how many Elaines I'm connected to on LinkedIn. All right, so I'm gonna go to my network and I'm gonna click on connections, and then I'm gonna search for Elaine. And look how many Elaines I'm connected to. So I'm gonna send all these Elaines a message right now. It looks like we have been connected on LinkedIn for some time now, and I would love for you to take a look at my artificial intelligence technology that I created. Would you be open to watching a quick video about that? Press Insert. All right, Elaine, we have been— I said are by accident.
Okay.
I'm going to send this to Elaine. Send this to Elaine. I'm going to send this to Elaine. Look how many Elaines I have. So I love doing that. I love checking out, okay, which Elaines am I actually connected to? Yeah, new role addition best practices working as best as we can. Um, yeah, you wrote a huge description for me. You are great. I enjoy your humor and professionalism. Um, have you been using our artificial intelligence technology? All right, so that's, that's one like that. Let's see. All right, um, so if you guys are not, if you guys are not messaging people, I highly recommend that you go ahead and message people. Nope, I just enjoyed a quiet day.
No.
I don't know.
April, high-energy networking. Okay, I want to say— all right, good. Let's see this person here, 2019. Elaine Weatherby. Elaine May. Hey, agreed. Just letting you know that Larnie or Arnie already interviewed me for the LinkedIn We can then proceed. Okay, let me just remove her because I don't need her taking up a spot. Okay, Elaine, looks like we've been connecting for a while. Okay, I did that one. I sent her the message. Elaine. And then we got Elaine Underwood. Uh, and then we got Elaine Tross. And then we got Elaine Callahan. And then we got, let's see. All right, there we go. My husband said there's tons of stuff going on. Have you tried Yelp events?
Okay, good.
Oh, perfect. All right, so I, I got all the Elaine's done. Pretty cool, right? You saw how quickly I messaged all the Elaine's. That was epic. I'll be the first one to leave a comment on this guy's post. See what it does. All right, let's just see what's going on over here. Let's reply to some of these comments over here. I'm going to choose my comment reply tool, which is Evie AI, and I have a comment reply function right here. Which allows me, it's a persona. Yeah. You don't want to, you don't want to do anything manually. Dharma said, I didn't notice, uh, the Evvy AI icon in the DMs.
Yeah.
So I'll show you all the different places where we have the Evvy AI icon real quick. So we have, when it comes to using Evvy AI, so Evvy AI is your AI LinkedIn assistant. And when it comes to using Evie AI, there are many places where you can use it. You can use it inside where it says start a post. There's an icon right over here. You could use it inside the DM. So if you're in a DM, like for example, you showed us last week, I'm going to go ahead and send him a GIF. Um, what'd he say over here? He said real estate, oh, eXp Real Estate Advisor. Um, you could send it in, in a connection note to somebody. So for example, I'm gonna, I'm actually gonna pull up all the people that just signed up to EvAI this morning. So I have a list of all these people right here that signed up to EvAI this morning. And I'm gonna kind of go through and just check out their profiles. So for example, we have Grace. So I'm gonna check out Grace. Grace is a technical recruiter for H3 Technologies, which is perfect for me. So I'm gonna hit connect, add a note. Here's the Evy AI box. I'm actually gonna do the typo persona, see what it does. I admire your work. I'd love to connect. I'm gonna press send. And that's what I got going on. I'm also gonna call her. Why not just give her a buzz? Let's go into LinkedIn. Let's go into here. I'm gonna teach you how I use my CRM to do this. And if you want access to the CRM, just write CRM in the chat. Grace, I'm just gonna search Grace Abenaza. I'm going to do add. Okay, so I'm going to add her to my CRM and add her phone number so I can call her. And then I'm going to put her email address right here. I'm going to hit save. Oh, enter a valid email. Is there a space somewhere? Yep, there was a space. I press save. Now I click on search and I click on her name, and now I'm able to just make a phone call just like that. And let's see if she picks up. I see she posted three weeks ago. This call will be recorded for quality purposes. Hi, Grace. This is Joe Applebaum. How are you?
Hey, hi. I'm good.
Oh, fantastic. The reason why I'm calling is because I saw you signed up to Evvy AI and I wanted to thank you for signing up to our technology. Where did you hear about it?
Okay. Uh, so I, I was just going through YouTube and, uh, I just saw that.
I am constantly posting on YouTube. So do you remember what you searched on YouTube or were you just kind of like browsing around?
Um, I was browsing AI capabilities of LinkedIn, so that was just, you know, popped in on AI capabilities of LinkedIn.
I love that.
Yes. Yes.
How many, how many recruiters do you guys have?
Uh, we do have 4 to 5 recruiters working.
Amazing.
Just so you know, so some are for bench.
Yeah, just so you know, Evy AI works with teams and we have teams of recruiters using it. We had a team of recruiters that had 7 recruiters that just signed up to Evy AI and they signed up with the team. So if you want to sign up all the recruiters together, you actually get a discount once you're ready to subscribe. Right now you still have a free account.
All right, no issues. I'll just have a word with my manager and I can get back to you regarding the team.
And also, Keep in mind that we have a microphone inside Evvy AI. So if you want to leave a comment on a prospect or a connection note, you can click on that microphone, you can speak, and it'll type up everything you say inside LinkedIn. Did you notice that feature?
Uh, not yet. I'm just scrolling up, like I'm just understanding the, the whole process.
Okay.
So I'll just get there. Yeah.
I sent you a connection request as well. Did you see the connection request that I sent you?
Oh. Oh, I got it. Yeah.
Yeah, yeah. So if you accept that connection request, what I'll do is I'll send you a short demo video that walks you through all the features of Evy AI.
All right, I did accept.
Okay, fantastic, fantastic. And remember, you can go to evyai.com, you could log in, and then you can create post ideas. And, um, then you can generate posts out of the ideas, 'cause right now you're just posting jobs, but I recommend posting some thought leadership.
Okay. All right.
So I just sent you the video of Evvy AI. So when you get a chance, go ahead and check that out. It's a 15-minute demonstration video. And if you have any questions, you can always email us. And, you know, we love saving recruiters time on LinkedIn. That's our goal.
Sure, I'll do that. All right, thank you so much.
All right, thank you so much for taking my call, and I'll look forward to talking to you and hearing some good news. We'll talk soon.
Sure, yeah, same here. Bye. Thanks.
Wow, that was a beautiful call. She's going to speak to her manager, and hopefully we'll sign up those 5 people to start using Heavy AI. So I'm going to click on People. I'm gonna scroll down and let's see who her manager is. See if I could find her manager. Maybe it's Jared Rogers. Let's see. I don't know. I don't know who the manager is here. I should have asked her who the manager is. That's the truth, but I didn't. All right, well, let's go to the next person. Okay, so we did that. Let's look at this person here. Now this person doesn't have a phone number, but let's see if we could find their phone number. Oop, we can't find their phone number unless we click on contact info. Let's see. I can't find their phone number. Sometimes people put it on here. All right, so they don't have a phone number here. I'm gonna hit connect, add a note, add a note. Thank you so much for signing up to our technology that helps you use LinkedIn more effectively. We'd love to connect with you and learn more about your business. I'm gonna hit generate. Okay, I'm gonna press insert. I press send and it just wrote up that whole connection note. That's epic. If you think that's epic, write epic. Let's go to who else? Those are the 2 people that signed up this morning as of 7 AM. We have another person, Kevin. Kevin Silver. We have a phone number here as well. Let's see who Kevin Silver was. Kevin Silver is in LA and he signed up 2 hours ago. So a little early to call Kevin Silver. I'll call him later today. Um, but I'll definitely send him a connection request over here. Thank you so much for registering to our artificial intelligence technology to improve your LinkedIn. Would you be open to connecting with me on LinkedIn? Generate. Okay. Hit send.
All right.
There we go. I just sent it to Kevin— to Kenneth. That's amazing. I'm gonna go in here, click on Evan Messman, check out his post from 23 hours ago. I think I already commented on this post. I have not. Oh, actually I did, right here. Yeah. All right everyone, thank you very much for watching. I look forward to seeing you guys soon. And, uh, yeah, make sure you hit that repost button, like, and comment.
