How to add a custom LinkedIn to LinkedIn - LinkedIn Tips for call to action button

How do you add a button like this to LinkedIn? So it's very simple. If you want to add the button, you'll see there's a little pencil sign over here on the top right corner. I highly recommend adding one of those custom links or custom buttons. I like the custom link better than the custom button, but you can add both. You either add a custom link or a custom button, and that comes with premium.
