Uh, simple. You just have conversations with people. Whenever you have conversations with people, it leads to jobs and opportunities. Every job I ever got, when I got jobs, they came from my network. So all you got to do is set up meetings and ask people, how can I help you? What can I do for you? And when they say, how can I help you? You say, hey, I'm looking for a position. This is what I'm looking for. Here's my resume. I just emailed it to you. Um, if you know somebody looking or if you're looking yourself, I'm happy to help.
