This is your sales assistant. I'm going to be roasting some profiles today real quick. We're going to start with Carlos. Carlos brought in his profile over here and he said, Joe, can you roast me? Can you tell me what I can do to improve this profile? So first of all, I love your image, really good image. You don't need so much of your body in the image. It's more of a headshot and you're using too much body. So I would kind of like lower your image and put your face a little bit bigger. So that's kind of like one thing I would say about the image, but the image is good in general. Background banner, I would make it related to the company you're currently working with. And I like putting a QR code in the banner to get people to go somewhere. So if you want people to go to a specific place or have a call to action there, you'll see my banner. And now you can have 5 banners as well. So I would improve your banner just a little bit, telling people some more information to make it useful. Your headline is missing information. So you can have up to 200, over 200 characters in your headline. And right now you're just like the founder and project manager, but that doesn't help me. It doesn't tell me who you help and how you help them. And what you do. And it's also not SEO-friendly. Growth marketing, nobody searches for that. Nobody searches growth marketing. So maybe you want LinkedIn training, maybe you want SEO, maybe you want web design or something that people will actually search for, make sure that it's in there. And then write something personal about yourself. I'll show you an example with mine. And then if you're targeting people that speak English, I would change this call to action to English because I have no idea what this says here. If I didn't speak Spanish, I wouldn't know what that even means. But Instead of sending people to your homepage, I would send people to some type of a lead magnet, like book a meeting with me or some action that people can take instead of just sending them to your homepage, because people could click on your contact info and go there. Your featured items should be your business networking one-sheet, a video. You know, you're very well-spoken. You should have a video here, and these should be really important posts. You also haven't posted in many weeks and even a month. I would recommend posting every day, and there's 10 different types of posts that you could be posting. Right now you just have posts, comments, images, but there's many, different types of posts. Also, you should easily get over 1,000 followers. You're obviously not sending people connection requests, so make sure to send active users connection requests so that you get more followers, especially all the people that came to the posting party. I'm going to scroll down, take a look at your experience. Your experience sections, you probably can also put another company there that you started working with recently in there and write a description of what you're doing and how you're helping people, so that could be helpful. Also, there's no contact information here. You're also missing an about section. There's a whole section missing here that you're missing. Like, WTF, add your about section. And then of course, tell a story in your experience. Tell a story, make it more story. And with AI, you should be able to really pack this in with great stories. How you went from one job to the other, you know, have a description for your education, have a description for your volunteering. Add skills that are relevant to what you're doing right now, where people will hire you for those skills, like web design and so on. Make those the top 3 skills, LinkedIn, web design, whatever, sales, whatever. And then get recommendations. If you're doing stuff for people, get recommendations. You have no recommendations on your profile. So if you just do those few things, you're gonna really benefit. Also, I would add, I have something called a custom pronoun. So instead of writing him, he, or her, you can write what you do for a living. Like I write maybe LinkedIn trainer or AI expert as a custom pronoun and it shows up here. And also you could have a little voice note from your mobile phone. If you edit your name, you'll be able to add a little voice pronunciation that gives you 10 seconds to promote yourself. Hey, my name is Carlos. If you need a new website or you want to take your LinkedIn to the next level, hit me up. I'd love to hear it from you. You can pronounce my name Carlos Hernandez, or you could just call me Daniel if I'm in trouble, you know, something like that. Um, but that's 10 seconds and that's it. And that's, that's kind of like your thing. That's what I would say for you. If anybody else wants me to do a profile roast for them, go ahead in the comments, drop your link, your URL. I'm going to go check out the comments of all my posts right now to see if anybody's commenting with their profile that you want me to roast. And if you do, I see we have a couple people here that are watching us live right now. So say roast me in the chat and I'll be more than happy to roast you. In the meantime, I'm going to randomly roast somebody. I'm going to pull up this over here and see who liked this post over here. So I see a lot of people that can be roasted. So I'm going to roast Honey here. I'm going to open up Honey's profile. So Honey, the first thing I would do is on the top, do you see your URL is not customized? So I would customize your URL, get rid of those icky numbers and just make it linkedin.com/honeymay. Why do you have all this extra stuff and no one knows how to pronounce your last name? So just get rid of it. linkedin.com/honeymay if it allows you to do it or honeymayg or something easy to spell, easy to remember. I love this call to action, claim the EBI Pro Bundle now. That's really good. But you can change your she/her. Everybody knows that you're a woman. So you can change your she/her to something more promotional. And you could also add your little voice notes so people get to know your personal voice. Also, I love that you're empowering brands to build their connections and relationships, but I would add something personal about yourself to make people more relatable and more connect to you. Your about section is really good, but you don't have any contact information. If somebody wants to get in touch with you, and you can have up to, let's say, 1,000 characters or more here, so why not add more characters? You know, if you can have 2,000 characters in your about section, add, fill it up, fill it up to the brim. So that A, it ranks better on search, but also more importantly, people can spend more time on your profile learning more about your story, who you are, what you do, how you help people, testimonials, all the jazz, all those types of stuff. Put calls to action and links. I love that you're posting regularly, but you're not getting any engagement. And chances are you're not getting engagement because you're not leaving engagement. So if I take a look at how many comments you left, I do see you left a couple comments. That's good. I see you're leaving some comments. That's really, really good. You could also mention people in your posts. I see you're mainly leaving comments on my posts, which is great, but I would recommend leaving comments on other people's posts as well, not just my posts. So if you have a prospect or somebody that you're trying to target, they're active on LinkedIn, making sure that you're leaving at least 20 to 30 comments a day on your prospect's posts is important. And I see you're not really doing that. And then you could also mention people in your posts. Right now, this is a very promotional post, which is fine. But it's not the most ideal type of post. Talk about what you did. Talk about what you observed. Talk about what's going on in your life. And of course, you can use Evie AI with a click of a button to be able to drop comments on people's posts. So for example, over here, I'm just going to drop a comment with our new templates thing here. So you see, I use my template generator. So if you guys haven't checked out the template generator, definitely check it out. This is a really cool template generator. So check it out. I'm going to go here. You enter all your information, then you choose the type of template that you want. Let's say for example, you want a professional bio. You press generate, you have a bio in a second. It's not even using AI, it's using JavaScript. So if you don't, if you want the template generator, just say templates in the chat and I'll be more than happy to send you the template generator. I'm going to go here just to kind of see if anybody else said roast my profile on LinkedIn Live so I can see who said that and then identify that. Okay. It looks like nobody else wants me to roast their profile. Because you haven't left a comment here. So I'm just gonna say roast, roast me, Joe. Roast me. Guys, are you not hearing me? Like, what's going on? Why are you not posting? Like, if you're watching this right now, there's 7 people watching or whatever, and you guys are not commenting, what are you doing? Why are you not commenting? I need to know. Just tell me why you're not commenting. Just write, because I'm a lurker, or just mash the hashtag and put a bunch of hashtags in there. Or just give me the middle finger, do anything. Just give me something. I need to know something. Well, what's going on over here? I'm going to go to my extensions. I have this Data DMA extension over here. I'm just going to disable it for now because it's just taking up space in my browser and it's annoying me. But this is an extension that gives me people's email addresses when Apollo can't find their email. This one gives me their email and their personal email, which I love. Okay. All right, let's see what's going on. It looks like Karen liked my post. It looks like Panik mentioned me in a post. So he mentioned me in a post. So let me check out his post where he mentioned me, see what this is. So Carlos said blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and then he mentioned me. So let's do a review of Carlos. Okay, so you see the way he's doing the hack over here? He wrote sales development over here. So he used the Evvy AI strategy. Do you see the way he has his thing sliding over here? Very nicely done. He doesn't have a call to action under where it says Miami, Florida. He can have an easy call to action over there with his link and his lead magnet. That's missing. Also, he says he's a Brit building a home in Miami, which I love. I help leaders and sales team. I love that. Really, really good. I like adding emojis to my headline. So if possible, add maybe 1 or 2 emojis to make it stand out. Also make it really easy for people to contact you. I do see he has— His contact information right here. You see, that's perfect. Well done. And calls to action. Excellent job with that. I love his services page. He has videos and icons and everything on his services page. I also see he features really important posts that he did well with. Amazing. And I do see he posted 3 hours ago. He unfortunately doesn't have a newsletter, which I recommend that he sets up a newsletter and he starts doing events. So he's missing different types of posts. I would say, you know, definitely set up a newsletter, events, and do articles. That will help you out a lot. And also you can add better information here in your experience section, maybe add a testimonial or something. Testimonials are really, really good. Also, you can add a blurb in your education. You can add a blurb around the Alliance Manchester School. You can add a blurb about volunteering. I'm going to go ahead and endorse you for sales. Why not? And you just got a recommendation on April 4th, which is incredible. And you already have 14, which is unbelievable. Okay. So I gave you a bunch of tips, Carlos. Hope you enjoy those tips. And thank you for mentioning me. I appreciate you. All right, let's see who else over here commented on my post. Let's see. All right, okay, look at that. Charles Dyer wants me to roast him. Julie wants me to roast her. And then Ali Raza wants me to roast him. All right, so let's do that. Roast, roast, roast. Let's get on the roasting party. Get on the roasting chain. Get on the roasting chain. Okay, I see he has 10,000 followers. Uh, he's sending people directly to this place, to this link over here, which is fine. Uh, but I would rather have a call to action here of something more strategic that would allow me to be able to give you my information rather than just send me to your website. So if I click this and it goes straight to your website, that's cool. But I would love to somehow give you my email, you know, like do something there though, some reason to capture someone's information. I'm going to click on save profile to Evvy AI. You see the way I saved his profile. Now I'm going to click on open it up and I'm going to click on AI research so I can research who Charles really is. Let's see who he is. And it's searching the whole internet for him. He's a seasoned entrepreneur, technology builder, and investor with over 35 years experience in the technology sector. Look at that. Look at who his target audience is and look what his key services are: mentorship, technology innovation, and investment growth strategies. I see his LinkedIn articles and his LinkedIn, and this is the conversation starters that I see here. Really cool. Well done, Charles. I love that. I'm going to open up Apollo just to kind of see what his email address is. Pull it up right here because I don't see his email on his profile. Apollo doesn't give me his email, which is fine. Um, that's why I was using Data DGA. I don't have his email here. You know what? Let me see if, um, Let me see if that one that I just disabled, Dada. Let me see if that one will give me his email. That would be interesting, an interesting test. So let's go here, refresh. I'm gonna click on this Dada DGA. Let's just see if it pulls up his email. Show email. Let's see. Show me his email. Show me his email. Show me his. Show me his. Show me. Show me. Show me his email. No email found. Darn. Okay. What are you good for? Let me see if it'll pull Julie's email here. Refresh. Principal Lead UX. Let's just see if it pulls up her email. Show email address. And I'm going to add a Julie here. Oh, look at that. We got Julie's email here. Let me add Julie's email here as a note to Evvy AI so I can add it later properly. You see, I added a note to her profile. Okay, great. And then let's look at Ali Raza. Refresh. Let's see if it pulls up Ali Raza's information. I'm going to hit save. Show email. Let's see if it shows his email. No email found, okay. So I found one email out of a few. I'm gonna disable this puppy right here. Just because, manage extension, disable, just because it's annoying me. All right, moving on, Charles. So I would say you need a better headline. So those are the tips I would give you. You need a better headline. Your headline could be much longer and have more details about you. You need to improve your call to action. You need to add that custom thing that we saw that Carlos had really well, the custom pronoun. I would add contact information to your About section. Make it really easy for people to contact you, especially if I can't find your email anywhere. I love the different posts that you have here. I love that you just posted over here. That's great. Let me look at your post. Great post. Love that you have a newsletter. Let me see how many followers you have in your newsletter. Well done. 25 editions. You have 1,000 subscribers. Good job. Good job. Well done. All right. And, um, and yeah, I see, I see all the stuff that you're doing, Charles. Good job. Okay. Let's look at Julie. Julie sent me a connection request. I'm going to accept it because you commented on my post. So thank you. It looks like I can't accept it now because I got to remove someone else. So let me find some other Julie that I could remove. So I'm going to quickly remove another Julie. Let me go here. I'm going to click on connections. You have 30,000. I got to remove a different Julie. I'm going to search by name, Julie. Let me go find the Julie I could remove. Julie Accelerating Your Revenue. Let's see, office manager at Power Digital Marketing. Send a message. Joe, reminder, it's 11:00 AM. Thank you. Do you use Do you use LinkedIn? Okay, so now I told her, do you use LinkedIn? She probably doesn't, so I'm gonna hit remove, remove, next. Okay, I'm gonna find someone else, some other Julie I could remove. So I gotta remove 2 or 3 Julies and then I'll add a few Julies. Bringing your visions to life. Okay, this one has been responding to me. Self-employed, she's a lawyer. She hasn't responded to any of my stuff. Self-employed lawyer. Have a good day. Next. Moving on. Development department. Let's see. Has she responded to me? Good afternoon. I heard so many nice things about you. You're a lovely gentleman. Huh. Lovely gentleman? Who says that? Tell me more. All right. Well, we'll save that for later. We'll save that for later. Division. New Jersey Affairs. Veteran Affairs. Okay. Who's this? She be messaging me? Yep, she's messaging me. All right, moving on. Julie S. Cook, Julian Development Lead at Concrete Rose Collective. I've been sending her happy birthdays. Do you use LinkedIn? Okay, and it looks like she's on. She's got the dot, so we're gonna keep her on. Surgical device sales at Sports Medicine. Hey Joe, so much an invite, but unfortunately you're not. Do you use LinkedIn. Okay, we're gonna keep her. Healthy weight coach, Julie Taube. I haven't messaged her, okay, we'll leave that alone. HES coordinator. Congrats on your new job, she responded to me. Oh, this one over here, Julie Farkas. She doesn't even have an image. She hasn't responded to my shit, so we're just gonna remove her, have a good day. Okay, so now we removed enough. Now we're gonna go back to my network. We're going to go back to Julie and we're going to hit accept. And this time, accepted. You see that? Now we're connected on LinkedIn. I click on contact info, check your connections and try again. Refresh. Let's see. Now we click on contact info and now the contact info is here. Okay. So we already have her email anyway, because we got it from DataGMA. But look at this. Love this. Again, no contact, no information, no call to action here. What's the call to action? I'd consider going in-house again and blah, blah, blah, but there's no call to action. There's no way for anyone to contact you. I want to contact you. Yeah, sure, I can use tools, but make it really easy. Also, you have no call to action link under where it says San Francisco. Really important for you to have that call to action link and also optimize the she/her with your keyword and also write something personal about yourself over here if you can. I love X Meta. That's really good. That'll make people talk about you. Um, and your featured items, your, if you have your main thing as your articles, no one's going to see your posts. You also have no featured posts. But if I click on posts, I'll see you posted, but the posts don't come up because your featured is set to articles. So you gotta set it to posts. Um, and then you can have better stuff as your description over here and contact info and how to contact you and call to action. That's all missing. And also I'm gonna endorse you now for a strategic alignment. And it looks like you haven't received a recommendation in a year. So I do recommend getting another recommendation and adding more context around volunteering and all this other stuff that you have here. Yeah. So I gave you a bunch of things to do. To improve. And then your banner can be improved as well. I would recommend improving your banner. You can have a better banner than this. All right. And then I'm going to give Ali Raza some recommendations as well. You're also missing your call to action. You're missing your verification. Go to linkedin.com/verify to show people you're real, especially because I can't find your information. Have better featured posts. Your featured posts suck. Nobody cares about your basic HIPAA security compliance thing. It looks like you posted, but then you reposted after. Whenever you repost after you post, you're screwing up the post, so no one's ever even gonna see the post. And also used way too many hashtags. Looks like you have no description of what you're doing. No description, no description, no description, no description, no description, no description. You get the point, describe. And also I see you received a recommendation back in 2023, but if you have clients now, get more recommendations, get one in 2025. What you did years ago doesn't really matter. Make it easier for people to contact you. There's no contact information here. WTF? Um, and, um, and this is good. Get a quick call. But get a quick call how? How are we supposed to do a quick call? What, are you just gonna randomly tell me to get a quick call? It's like having a business card saying, call me, with no phone number. Like, does that help? You gave me a business card, and you said, call me, and there's no way for me to call you. Wait, I'm gonna click on the business card? I'm gonna click on this? Okay, I'll click on it. Click on it. I'm trying to click to call. It's not working. I don't know why. 'Cause it's a banner, Joe! It's a banner. You can't call from a banner. Anyway, I just got annoyed. Joe, 5 minutes past 11. All right, thank you very much for watching, guys. If you enjoyed this, say enjoyed this. If you want me to do it again, say do it again, Joe. Do it again.
