I'm chilling like a villain here with my new friend Carlos, Carlos Daniel, and he's asking me questions about our community. So our community is on Skool, skool.com/eviai, and Skool is a platform. They have over 100,000 communities on the platform right now. And it's kind of like Facebook, you know, but it's like Facebook groups, but it also has classrooms built into it. You see, this is our classroom, how to use AI, how to use LinkedIn, a library. We have a whole library. And then we also have a calendar of events. So today we don't have any events right now going on, but if I want to add an event here, I can click on the plus sign here and I can click on, Learn learning LinkedIn 101, and then you could put Zoom link http://www.eve.highenergyzoom.com, and I can make it for today at 7:30 p.m. So I go here, I do 7:30 p.m., and then we're going to do let's say an hour. Learn LinkedIn 101 with Joe and friends to learn the basics of LinkedIn. Now, if I want to create a graphic for this, I would use Canva, um, or I can just go to ChatGPT. ChatGPT. And then I go here. I can actually go into I'm going to try this out. I'm going to go into the Ajax Union thing. I'm going to go into the Evie AI marketing. I'm going to hit create an image. Actually, not canvas. I don't know what is can— oh, I have to change. Why doesn't it allow me to— what is Canva? Collaborative writing and code. Let's see. Create an image that is 1200 by— let's see what it does. Let's see if it makes an image. And in the meantime, I can go to Canva and see if it's faster just to go to Canva and make the image. So I have a separate profile with Canva logged in from this company. You see that? So I have LinkedIn Live event. I have all these little things here. So I can go here and take one of these. You see this? I can do—
Nice picture.
Yeah, so I'm gonna go here and I'm gonna hit duplicate page, and then I can change this. LinkedIn Training Live. You see, host Joe Apfelbaum. Okay, now I can save this. I get to share, download. Then it's going to say, what are the pages? I say all, and then I just say the first page. Then what's the format? PNG. PNG. I hit download. So I'm downloading just this image here. Look what ChatGPT still didn't finish. I'm going to go back to school. I'm going to hit upload. I'm going to put this image here. Save. You see, today, 7:30, 1 hour on highenergyzone.com. I could do remind people, hit add. So you see it says learning Oh, this is 7:30 AM. Sorry, we're going to edit this. We're going to change it to 7:30 PM. Okay, so now it's 7:30 PM. So if people want to see this event, they can go here and they can see the event. You see, they can go to the calendar and see the event. Skyroot Legend here. Wow, great roadmap.
Excellent.
So I'm always doing, uh, writing posts in the community to give people thoughts and ideas. Is there a way to print profiles or save them as a PDF? Yes, you can save a PDF as a profile. As a PDF, you could save a profile as a PDF by clicking the more button on any profile. Then I'll tag her. So now check this out. I'm going to make a video about it too. So I'm going to go to LinkedIn and I'm going to click on Loom. Do you know what Loom is?
Mm-hmm.
I'm gonna open up Loom, start recording. Hey everybody, this is Joe Apfelbaum. I'm really excited about today. I wanna show you how to save a profile to a PDF. So let's say I have this person Anita, and I just search Anita, and I wanna take Anita's profile. I'm gonna click on first-degree connections. Let's see all my Anitas and that are first-degree connections. You see, I have a lot of Anitas over here. I don't even have that many, but I'm going to take a specific Anita, which is the Anita that asked the question, which is this one right over here. And I'm going to open up her profile and I want to save it as a PDF so I can print it. What's the best way to do that? Well, you click the more button over here and then you click on save on PDF. And you can ask me, what do I do with this profile once I save it as a PDF? Well, There's a lot of things that you can do, but one of the things that you can do is you can go to strategy.evaai.com/pdf-to-summary, just like this. I can take this PDF, I can drag it in here, and now I can have an entire content. All her content from the PDF is right here in text. And if I want to turn this into, let's say for example, templates, I can hit process PDF and it'll turn into a bunch of templates. Now I'm going to build more things that you can do with a PDF. Like for example, maybe you want to turn a PDF into, um, an analysis of the person's profile, you know, like analyzing their profile and who they are. Um, you know what, let's ask Claude what you can do with it. I'm going to go to Claude right now. Might as well turn this into a full-blown tutorial. I just dragged the PDF into Claude. What is something that AI can do with this PDF of someone's profile? Give me 10 solid ideas for networking and 10 ideas for prospecting. Thank you. All right, let's just see what this does. What are— what, what are— what, what is something AI can do with this PDF to give somebody with someone's profile. Give me 10 ideas for networking and 10 ideas for prospecting. Thank you. In the meantime, we can take a look at ChatGPT and say, oh, look at that, Learn 101 with Joe and Friends. Okay, I like this. Very cute. Very cute. Okay, still working, still working on the ideas. So I'm gonna take this, this copy. I'm gonna go to ChatGPT now. I'm gonna ask ChatGPT to give me ideas. So I'm going to take the same PDF, drag it in here. I'm going to say, what is something AI can do with this PDF? Whoop, wrong one. It's not a PDF. What are some things that AI can do with this PDF? Give me 10 solid ideas for networking and 10 solid ideas for prospecting. I'm going to use Research Preview 4.5, which is one of their most advanced tools, and it's going to read the document and it's going to start giving me ideas. Claude is still thinking. Oh, look at that. Personalized outreach. Use the details such as skills and interests to craft personalized introductions. Community engagement. Invite to relevant networking communities. Connect with Anita and other social media profiles. Event invitations. Identify professional events. Leverage her skills and experience in digital marketing, social media. Give her experience as a trusted advisor. Join LinkedIn Lives and podcasts. Targeted introductions, facilitate targeted introductions. Group membership, invite her to specific groups. Skill-based networking, connect with Anita with communities. Here it's 10 strong ideas for prospecting. Okay, let me open up another ChatGPT and change the prompt a little bit more. I'm gonna grab the same PDF, drop it in here. Give me 15 ideas for content assets that I can customize to be able to leverage this PDF from a marketing, prospecting, or networking, um, strategy. For example, create a bio out of this PDF, or create an email sequence to send email to this prospect about my solution, or create an overview or optimization About this profile or create a networking snapshot to prep me for a call. Give me any ideas like this to produce some good assets. that I can use that are customized about this person with this info. Be creative. Okay. So let's see what it can come up with. 15 creative ideas for assets that you can customize using Anita's PDF profile. So prepare a brief yet comprehensive snapshot of her skills, common grounds, to guide your introductory networking call. Create a custom email sequence addressing Anita's expertise. Social media audit. Detailed bio for event introductions. Personalized business opportunity proposal. Tailored lead magnet ebook.
Wow.
5 strategies Anita uses to empower entrepreneurs. Case study, online case study. Create a hypothetical case study illustrating how Anita can amplify her impact. Custom prospecting pitch. Personalized video script that you can send directly to Anita via LinkedIn. Business profile one-sheet. Create an appealing one-sheet highlighting Anita's key services and achievements. Draft an authentic LinkedIn message. Oh, I like this one. Draft an authentic LinkedIn message targeted to Anita. Design an engaging questionnaire aimed at assessing Anita's current business growth strategies. Exclusive webinar invitation, industry white paper, personalized infographic. Ooh, I like the personalized infographic. Summarize Anita's professional highlights. Ooh, that's hot. That's hot. Make me a prompt for number, let's see, which ones should we do? Which one would you do? I would do personalized networking splashout, 1, custom sequence, 2, Social media audit 3, bio 4, personalized opportunity proposal 5. 1 through 5. For number 1 through 5, create me a prompt, detailed AI prompt for number 1 through 5, and create Want a prompt for, let's see, 11, 12, and 15. Please make it a— make it good prompts. Oh snap, I just got an idea. I just got an idea for something we're gonna vibe code together. We're gonna vibe code this dude. That means we're gonna develop software right now that takes all these prompts and throws them into AI together with the PDF and pull. And depending on what you want, if you want a personalized networking snapshot, you hit process and it brings you back a personalized networking snapshot. If you want a customized email sequence, you push, you push the customized email sequence button. And it prepares a customized email sequence. If you want a social media audit, you push a button and it gives you a social media audit. If you want a, um, wow, this is really, really good. Create a captivating detailed bio specifically used for professional events and webinars highlighting her key roles.
Wow.
Professional. Look at this. This is good. This is good. Oh my God, this is good. This is very, very good. Let's see what this one— oh, still thinking. The hell? Ridiculous. These are really good. Oh my gosh, am I still recording? A Loom video, or did it die? Where's my Loom? I don't know where Loom went. Is a Loom in the room? I should re-record this Loom. This is a long Loom. Um, let me press Windows D. Where's Loom? Did Loom crash? I think Loom might have crashed. I'm gonna say make the prompts better, but make them generic so that I can use them with any PDF from anyone's profile. You understand? Here's an improved detailed generic AI prompts. Oh my God, this is so good. This is good stuff. So now what I can do is I can share these prompts in the community for people, you know, as a resource. This could be really helpful for people, but Anita came up with the question and because Anita came up with the question, it sent me down a rabbit hole. You get it? Isn't that powerful? Carlos, what do you think of this?
I, it got pretty dense for me to understand it actually.
So ask me questions.
No, no, I'm, I'm just letting you be excited. I'll ask questions later.
Okay.
Okay. Okay. So write down if it's dense and you're not sure what I'm doing here. Um, mm-hmm. I'll, I can explain it to you and I think it's important for you to ask questions now because this way I can answer them. So I'll, I'll give you, I'll give you an idea. So, so this is how this started.
So I need to ask, by the way, I, I think you're recording on LinkedIn, not on Google.
Oh, okay. Okay. I thought I also started on Loom. I thought I started making a Loom video because it's not— I don't know what's going on with Loom, but let me just see if Task Manager— Loom should be working. Oh, you see, Loom is still recording here. You see that?
Hmm.
So I'm going to do end task. I ended the Loom task. Now let me reopen up Loom. Let's see. Oh, you see Loom is here, so I'm going to close Loom out. Okay, Loom was recording, but I was recording for too long, so it crashed because I'm also recording on Zoom and I'm also recording everywhere. I'm recording on, on, you know, I have my Restream open and everything, so there's a lot going on here. Um, let me just go to Facebook real quick and see if I'm live on Facebook too. So I go to my profile. Yeah, you see I'm round around here, it's live. I'm also gonna make this available to the general public so people can see this, 'cause right now it's only available to— okay, so yeah, so I'm on Facebook now. I'm gonna click on like. I'm gonna like on my own post. Why not? All right, so let's go back over here. This is good. Create generic one. So prompt number 1, prompt number 2, prompt number 3, prompt number 15. I'm gonna go here. I'm gonna go back to Claude. I'm gonna refresh Claude and I'm gonna say, Make these prompts much better. They are here to take someone's LinkedIn profile info and create valuable assets out of them. Okay, I'll help you improve these prompts. Wow, look at this! It took the prompt to the next level. So let's compare the Claude prompts to the ChatGPT prompts. So prompt number one, where is it? Here is prompt number one: Is use a private PDF create concise, user informative networking snapshot detail? Provide me initial conversation or call. Highlight their current position, key role, key expertise, relevant information that could facilitate meaningful rapport building. Structure as a brief conversational summary, easy to reference before a meeting. Analyze the provided PDF with a strategic networking brief that I can review in meeting in person. Da da da da da da da. The structure is scannable document that I can clear with clear headings that I can quickly reference during a call. Okay, a little bit better, right? Brief conversational.
I like Bob's better.
Yeah, because it says it's scannable. You see over here doesn't say scannable. Using the preview, develop a strategic three sequence demonstrated up. Craft a personalized three email sequence. So it says strategic here. You see? So it's kind of taking it to the next level, and it also gives it very specific how many words maximum. Compelling subject line. Sequence should be. It just doesn't talk about a subject line.
You see that?
There's no subject line here. Okay, so this definitely took it to the next level, right? This definitely took it to the next level. Okay, so now what we're going to do is, um, wow, this is really good. So now we're going to test it. How are we going to test it? We're going to copy this. Control C. We're gonna go to Claude. We're gonna take the PDF, drag it in here, and drag it in here. No, not that. Drag the PDF in here and then paste this and then hit go just to kind of test out, um, the content.
Does that need us, right?
Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
Wow.
Look how good this is.
Ooh.
This is good. This is really, really good. So now what I want to do is I'm going to add this prompt to one of my prompts inside Evie AI. I have templates of prompts, so I'm going to go here. I'm going to store it as a prompt in here. So I copy this, paste it in here. And then I just call it personalized networking snapshot, and I press save. So now I have a template for that particular prompt that I can use inside ChatGPT. So if I go to ChatGPT and I want to use that, I can just simply press the up button. I can click in ask anything and I press the up button, and the, and the thing was here. And I could just take this, drag this into here, and now I can use This prompt against this, like this. You see? Let's see what it does. Nice. I like claws better.
Mm-hmm.
But it's still pretty good. Still pretty damn good. Now let's go in here. Okay, so let's close this out. We don't care about this. We don't care about this. But do you see the way I was able to inject it from the side panel into here? Mm-hmm. That's pretty damn cool. Conversation starters, goals.
I love that.
Okay. Oh my God. So good. So good. Customize email sequence. Okay. So I'm going to say, um, which of, okay. If I am, if I am networking with a person, what would I benefit from having? Out of the PDF and use you the most. Michael, I'm on LinkedIn Live and you're live with me on LinkedIn Live, but that's cool. What's going on? Everything okay? So don't share anything private.
Yeah, things good. I just, uh, I just ran Prospect Park with an old friend and I wanted to check in about, uh, assistance. For some of the projects this week. So if you wanna chat after this.
Yeah, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna wrap up the LinkedIn Live in about 2, in about, uh, at 6 o'clock. Let me just double check my calendar real quick. Hang on a second. Yeah. Um, I'm looking at my calendar at 6 o'clock.
You know what?
I'm gonna wrap up in about 5 minutes or so, cuz I wanna call you before my 6:00 PM call and I wanna just—
No problem. If I don't hear from you, I'll give you a buzz. Okay.
If you don't hear from me, Definitely give me a buzz. I'll talk to you soon.
Okay.
All right. Thank you.
Thanks, Joe.
Bye-bye. Where were we?
Okay.
I'm having a networking— I'm networking with a person. What would I benefit from having out of this PDF the most in terms of assets? And also for prospecting, what assets should I be creating based on what you see here that can be useful? For me, based on getting someone's LinkedIn and creating assets. All right, let's just see. I had a bunch of broken English. Based on the prompts I reviewed, I can identify most valuable assets you can create for LinkedIn. Um, would be personalized networking snap sheet, detailed bios. For prospecting would be email sequence, LinkedIn outreach message, business opportunity proposal, um, high-value assets worth creating, interactive social media audit, and professional opportunity map. Okay, so now I'm going to say give me 10 more ideas that are like these but very valuable 2. All right, let's just see what it does. Value-based account map, industry challenge analysis, personalized video script.
Wow.
Career milestone timeline, personalized case study matcher.
Wow.
Expertise-based meeting agenda. Ooh, I like that. Create a customized ROI projection tool that inputs populated based on their industry, company size, and role recommendation engine. Ooh, I like that alignment matrix. Create a concise one-pager designed to be shared with their leadership team with the individual challenges into organizational impacts.
Okay.
I kind of like the personalized video script. That's good. And I kind of like the career milestone. And I kind of like the expertise-based agenda. So I like 3, I like 3, 4, and 6. I'm gonna say I like 3, 4, and 6. I like 3, 4, and 6. Make me prompts as good as the ones above. For those, let's just see what it does. So you can see the way I'm building assets for our community. I'm building assets for you, for our community, doing this. Using the provided PDF, design a visual milestone that aligns with your solution.
Okay.
Assume you don't know my solution offering, but you want to add value and have a good asset. Make a generic prompt that is equally as good. Analyze the PDF and create a professional milestone opportunity outline with these key components. Um, using a PDF provided, construct a strategic value-based meeting agenda. Okay, those are 3 good ones. Make me a list of the— of all of them, of all the suggestions we have prompts for as a table of contents. Look at that. Look how beautiful that is. I love that. Make me a, um, LinkedIn PDF resource. Prompt playbook with the 11 prompts we have in a document.
Wow.
That's incredible. So, now we have a playbook that we could use. Unbelievable. How crazy is that?
Wow.
Oh my God, you know what we're gonna do? We're gonna make this into a presentation. You wanna see me make it into a presentation? Designing my brand.
Hmm.
Watch this. I'm gonna take everything that's here, and then I'm gonna turn it into 20 slides. Should we do 20 slides? How many slides should we do?
No, how many? There are 11, right? Or 12?
12.
Just make it 15.
15. Okay, that's what we'll do. Should we just use this? Okay, should we use this or should we ask it to make us a presentation? Make me a presentation with 15 slides. That shows these 11 things to do with a PDF from LinkedIn. Let's just see what it does. Oh, much better. Okay, so this is better. And then if you want the prompts, you get the prompts from the community.
Wow.
Think about the power of these assets that we're creating right now.
I've never seen anybody use AI like this. This is pretty awesome.
Yeah.
I'm going to press Control A, Control V. I'm going to say— I'm going to do this and I'm going to say, Um, okay, I'm going to press continue. Now I'm going to say preserve 18 cards. We're going to do freeform. You said you wanted— and we'll do it, we'll do 20, see what it does. Continue. We're going to choose our design of Evie AI.
Generate.
So watch this, Carlos. It's going to build the whole thing out. It's designing the whole thing, creating custom images for everything. I see it making it.
It's done.
Done.
Wow.
Ladies and gentlemen, done in the brand colors and everything. And here are the prompts. All the prompts are here. I'm going to copy these prompts. I'm going to put it into the community now. Um, actually, you know what I'm going to do is I'm gonna— I'm gonna download this image here. Let's see if I can download this image alone.
And will you use this to like, well, for like a presentation for your community or something?
Yeah, I'm just gonna, I'm gonna wait till it's done. It's still designing the presentation, but at least I have a graphic now. So I can take this graphic, drag this graphic in here. 11 prompts to use with anyone's PDF from their LinkedIn profile.
Okay.
Now I'm going to go back to Claude and I'm going to say, make this comprehensive post for my school community that will have the prompts in the comments. Oh, Michael's calling me. All right, I'm gonna stop the live so I could talk to Michael privately, but you could stay on here. Hang on. All right guys, thank you for watching.
