Hello, hope you're doing fantastic. This is Joe Apfelbaum, the CEO of Evy.ai. This is your sales assistant. My goal is to help you enhance your online presence with Evy.ai. And today I want to do a little bit of a LinkedIn training with one of our clients that asked me about what he should do to optimize his profile. So we're going to go ahead and do everything that we can to optimize his profile so that he could be more successful on LinkedIn. So let's break it down. So we're going to go to his profile. So the first thing that you'll notice on his profile is that he has a banner that doesn't exist, nonexistent banner. So my recommendation number one is to go to canva.com and get a banner that is in line with his brand. So I'm going to click on contact info. I'm going to go to his website. First of all, his domain doesn't work there, so we got to get that fixed. And I'm going to go to this website and you see this, this right over here. So something that has these colors and this brand to get a banner that matches the color and the brand. And also inside our community, we actually have a whole guide. So if you log into Evvii, you click on community and then you click on discover our community. and you type in banner, you're going to find people that posted their banners in the comments here. You see, we have lots of different options for banners to look through. Also, we have a tutorial here on how to be able to create your own banner with Canva, step-by-step guide that you can watch. So just go to our community and search banner. All right, so let's go back to his profile. So banner, his profile photo looks like a dating So I would have more of a headshot rather than him leaning into it. There is a website where you can do your profile pic. Profile pic, pfpmaker.com. This one's— this is the one. This is it. So you can click on create your profile picture. You could upload a profile photo here. So for example, I'm going to download his, so I'm going to go here. I'm going to click on his photo, right-click on it, save image as. I'm going to say Himang, and then I'm going to go to PFP. I'm going to click on upload Himang, and it's going to generate profile photos for him just like that. So you're going to see, you see how many profile photos they generated here? And let's say for example he picks this profile photo here. You could then download it if you want. You could replace it. You can add a border to it. So for example, you might want to add a border. You can have a thickness of the border. You see, you want a little thick border like that. You can have a thick border. You can change the color of the border. You can change the background, make it creative like that, professional. You could add decals to the photo. You could add additional images, text. You could add different layers.
You can move the layers up and down and so on.
You can make it round. You can make it square. You can have rounded corners, extra rounded corners. You can check out all their tools that they have over here. See, free PFP maker. Double-click and it just makes your profile photo in seconds, just like that. So highly recommend you check this out. If you decide that you like it and you click customize, you can press download and it simply just downloads his profile photo just like that. You see that? Now we have his profile photo just like that. I don't know. It's one of the most simple tools to use. To help you be able to do what you need to do very, very quickly in terms of a profile photo to improve it. So you could take a regular photo of yourself, put it in here, and then turn it into a profile photo. Now they do have the ability to do a lot more, and there was somewhere here that they used to have backgrounds that match your profile photo as well, and I don't see where those backgrounds are. They had background banners, and now they also have Snap Headshots as well, where you can make headshots. There's another tool called HeyGen— not HeyReach, HeyGen— heygen.com, where you log in and then Let's see. Generate avatar. Create your avatar. Avatar. And I have this avatar. One look, 20 looks. Let's see. Generate looks.
Generate looks.
Upload at least 10 images of yourself with the highest resemblance. Upload 20 for more training. Great, you've uploaded all. Train model.
Let's see what happens.
Okay, so they want you to pay to train the model. I thought they can give you— add a new look, 280 available. Generate looks, generate looks, generate looks, generate looks, avatar voices. I don't see where AI voice brand uploads templates, projects. I'm going to click on projects. I don't see where I can create my own thing here. I thought they had that somewhere where you can create your own, create video. I don't want to create a video. I want to create an image from my image. So let's see. Oh, they have a thing called Labs. Instant Avatar Highlights, Instant Highlights URL to Video. Wasn't that— it wasn't Labs. Pricing, 3 to 3 videos left. Avatars. Purchase more avatars. Create an avatar. Let's say create an avatar. Hyper-realistic avatar. Upload or record a video with a hyper-realistic avatar. Custom photo avatar. Upload photos of your avatar. Upload photos to create multiple looks of your avatar. I did that and nothing happened. I I did that. I uploaded these 20 looks. Maybe I have to select one. Sunny Sidewalker.
Let's see.
Create AI Studio. Create with AI Studio portrait.
Let's see what happens.
Yeah, no, this is not, this is not really helpful.
Preview.
Welcome to the new era of video. Welcome to the new era of— Yeah, no, that's not helpful.
I don't know how to create an avatar with HeyGen because it's not really helping me. Create looks via prompts. See how it works. Okay, where are the prompts? Okay, so I generate an image by generating a prompt.
So let's see, how do you do that?
Click here, create an AI Studio, edit look, add motion. Where do you generate the image?
Generate the image by entering a prompt.
Where do you enter the prompt?
I don't see that. Let me see.
Train model. Oh, look packages. You have to pay $20 for look packages. I guess you have to pay $24 a month for a look package.
Look packs.
Look packs generate collections of themed avatars that looks like you with one click. See your AI avatars at work, in the gym, or on vacation without the hassle of writing your own text prompts. Watermark removal, brand kit, unlimited videos. Create and edit as many videos as you need for $24 a month.
Okay.
And monthly, it's $29 a month.
Okay.
Yeah, so you could use that for $29 a month, Which is cool. All right, so let's go back to here. So we just showed you PFP Maker. Let's talk about this. So the him/her, you could change to a keyword by creating a custom pronoun. Choose custom pronoun. The headline, I would use our headline generator. To help you generate headlines. So here's our headline generator. You fill in all the information and then it creates headlines for you that you can use with the headline generator. So I'll send this to you via chat. Okay, that's the headline generator. You just fill in all your information, you press generate headlines, and it'll generate a bunch of headline options for you. All right, moving on. Let's see, then you want to add a link under where it says Vancouver, British Columbia. We have a place that shows you how to add a custom link. I would definitely add a link here. So if you go into our community And you type in custom link, how to add a custom link to your LinkedIn profile. So I'll send you that right over here in the chat.
I'm sending you this in the chat. Okay.
So once you add a custom link, then you want to optimize your about section. You can go into Evy AI and you can click on profile optimizer, put all the information from your profile. Right here. He wants to know if we're doing it live. I am doing it live right now, so I'm going to send him my live to show him that we are live.
I'm going to click on like, just like that.
This post is not eligible to be boosted.
Text, images, video articles for public visibility.
Group and connections only posts cannot be boosted.
Okay, that's fine.
I'm also gonna post this over here so you can see all my activity.
See that?
Guys, leave a comment below and let me know if you can see me live.
I'm curious to know who can see me live, if you guys can see me live.
Also, I'm going to go ahead and copy this URL, and I'm going to go into another profile and just kind of see what it looks like from there. Press like.
I'm gonna say I can see you live. Okay, so Tom can see me live.
Thank you, Tom. All right, let's just see his last post.
4 days ago. Ask me anything. Oh, he did post something 4 days ago. That's cool. Let me go ahead and leave him a comment. I'm gonna leave him a comment. Comment right now. Okay, let's see what's going on here.
So he left me a comment on my post.
See what he wrote.
He said, "I can." Did my profile roast happen already? I'm in the middle of doing your profile roast.
Okay, so let's go.
So first we need a banner, then we need a better profile photo, then we need a better pronoun, then we need a better— we need to improve your headline, then we need to add a call to action link under where it says Vancouver, British Columbia with whatever you want people to do. Then you need to optimize your about section. You do this inside Evvii under the profile optimizer here. Then what you're going to do is you're going to update your services page. Go look at my services page. You can add a video, you can add a photo, you can add recommendations. Then right now you only have posts and comments. Well, first of all, we need to add a reintroduction post and we need to add featured posts as well. And we need a business networking one sheet. So I'm going to click on this. I'm going to hit save to PDF. So this is a PDF of your profile. You see that? That's a PDF of your profile. I'm going to go into a custom GPT. And I'm going to take the PDF of your profile and I'm going to turn it into a business networking one-sheet.
Make him a one-sheet.
Okay, so I'm just going to make you a one-sheet in just a few seconds, just like that.
Let's see what he says.
Once you have your one sheet and you post it, that's good. That'll be good. We'll have different types of posts. You'll post it as a document, so we'll add a document post here. You'll also update your experience to improve your experience. I don't know if all this is valid here. You also want to have a blurb of content for each one of your experiences and a blurb of content for your education. You also want to get some recommendations. Right now you have zero recommendations from clients. So that's how you'll optimize your profile. Now I want you to get your dashboard going. So we'll go to eviai.com, strategy.eviai.com/dashboard. And I want you to send me your dashboard here. I recently got a dashboard from somebody, which is Carmen's dashboard.
I'm going to open it with Google Sheets.
We're also going to open up Don's dashboard.
I'm going to go like this. We're going to do View, Freeze Row 1. I'm going to put together Carmen's dashboard.
Heavy AI Pro LinkedIn connections.
Dashboard. Okay, we're going to make it bold, Ctrl+B. I'm going to Ctrl+C, and then I'm going to make Carmen, Carmen.
Okay.
Let me see where she is.
I also sent myself something from Don.
Don Gelastino, right here. Open. Same thing. We're going to delete this. View, freeze.
Row 1, bold.
I'm going to call it Don.
Okay. And then we're going to send this to Don Gelastino. So he can edit it. And then what we're going to do is we're going to open up my LinkedIn Connect, my dashboard, and we're just going to grab a couple of things from here. We're going to just remove the filter. I'm going to Ctrl+H.
We're going to go here, grab the AI research like this, paste it here, paste it here.
Ctrl+C.
Perfect.
Done's done. And then we're going to copy this. So that's done. Okay, complete.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have completed those 2 dashboards. So send me your dashboard. Let's just see if this worked here.
Wait, what's it doing? And then let me go to your— back to your website and just grab some data from your website as well. Let's see what it does.
OK.
Oh, this is good. I'm gonna send this over to him.
All right, so we just made him an intro post and a one-sheet just like that. Um, yeah, those are the things that I think you should improve on your profile. Thanks for endorsing me for visualization.
Anytime.
So let's, um, let's do a couple more things. So I went to a networking event today.
I'm going to close a few of these things here. Let's see what we got going on here. Here's some research that I did.
So these are the people that came to today's event. The guy that I'm most interested in Is this guy here?
So we're gonna do some AI research on this dude here. See that?
Okay. Wow.
So let's just see what happens here. We're going to go into chats.
Attendee list with guest identifiers. I, I am Joe Apfelbaum. See, that's not working. We're going to open up the side panel. I am Joe Apfelbaum, CEO of Evie AI. I was a moderator of Table 6 today, and we had Steven Zweig together with Mark Mathios together with—
Andrew Rosenwack together with Kenneth from the janitorial supply company.
And then we also had Kyle, who was a guest, and we had Frank from the sprinkler company. Can you do me a favor and put together a table that has all the information from all these people? First name, last name, company name.
We had 2 other people. We had, we had Ken, Kyle, Tim, uh, Frank, Frank, and Steven was there too. Can you add them? Frank and Steven. Why did he take away Tim? Tim was not at our table.
Okay.
Let me get Frank there. I'm gonna have to get a connectable app, that connectable. We have to get to Frank, see if he was even there. Let's see. Frank Lynch. Okay, so that was the Frank that was there. The Frank that was at my table. Mabel was not Winston and not Tim. We had Andrew, Mark, Joe, Mark, Andrew, Kenneth, Steven, Kyle.
And Frank.
Perfect. Okay, so these are the people that were at the table. Perfect. We had 8 people. I'm gonna copy this, and then let's go to the— here. Oh no, it's not properly doing it. So we're going to copy it like this, paste it like this, clear the formatting.
So these are the people that were at the table.
So I'm going to go here like this, and I'm going to go here. Can you write me a short networking intro about each of these people? You see what I'm doing here? Wait a second, why is Frank Winston on this list? Frank Winston was not on my table.
So was there really only—
I have to go to my photos now. Let me go to my photos. I'm gonna see who was at my table for my photos. You know what, I wrote it down. I have this little paper here.
I actually wrote down who was at my table.
Let's see.
Um, there was Joe, Kyle, Andy, Frank, Kenneth, Mark, Steven, oh, and Eric Wegweiser.
Frank Winston was not there. Frank Winston was not there. Was not at my table. Instead, Eric was there. Please update. Yay!
So now we have all the people.
Now we copy this.
We replace all these people.
And then we format, clear format. So now we have all these people. Okay. I'm going to say, write me short networking Okay. Can you please now write me the bios for these 8 people based on all the research you just did? And make it a short 3-sentence networking bio for a recap email for a Networking event that I just attended where these people sat at my table and I want them all to meet each other. And so I want them each to say something related to who they help, how they help them, and what a good lead looks like for them. Keep it simple. Okay, so we're gonna take this, I'm gonna put this, and then we're gonna take the people from the thing. And I'm going to go in here, paste this, see what it does. Wow, it did it. All right. Here are short networking bios for Table 6 participants.
You see how quickly I did that?
This is just epic. Okay.
Let's take this and let's write an email.
I'm going to write the email in another window, but I'll show you what the email kind of looks like.
Oh, it looks like Carmen uploaded a file 4 minutes ago.
Let me call up Carmen and tell her I got it. Carmen, C-A-R. I'm calling her up. And now I'm going to go to Notion.
.so.
Hi, you've reached the voicemail of Carmen Cruz. It's going to voicemail.
All right, so this is, this is the November 30th, 2023.
We're going to go to events and we're going to take the March 2024. We're going to look for a 2025 event.
Smith and Wollensky 2025.
Let's see if we have one from February, February 2024.
We're looking for one that was—
is that the last one I went to? Oh yeah, because I went out of town. So I'm going to click on—
oh no, bad Roman.
That one was good.
3 dots.
We're going to do, uh, duplicate. And we're going to open this one up. Table 6 discussion. So we're going to change this to 3/6, March 6th. Okay. Give me a numbered list with the P. People at the table.
Perfect.
I'm going to go in here.
Here are the people at our table today.
Okay. It's interesting to note among others. I'm gonna say link to follow up, actionable action items. We're gonna remove all this. What are your action items? So now what I'm going to do is I'm going to go in here and I'm going to take these blurbs here. Here's your networking interests for the Table 6 participants. And I'm going to put them in here like this. And I'm going to delete all— actually, you know what? I'm going to go here.
I'm going to copy this.
I'm going to delete this. Laura, Salvador, Steven Zweig, I'm going to leave. Leslie, Glenn, we'll leave that.
We'll delete that.
And then who was in the room, delete that. This is really good. Ctrl+I. Okay, table 6. Union Club. All right, so this is the Union Club event. We're going to find the rest of the people. So I'm going to Ctrl-click here so it opens up in a new thing. And I'm going to search Kenneth. Kenneth provides blah blah blah. Okay, I'm going to go back.
Kenneth Megdan.
Kenneth Megdan right here. I'm going to copy this. Fun facts about them. Paste it here. Member on probation, Kenneth Magden. Okay, let's go here and see if there's anybody else that was at our table. Jesse Berlin, Aaron Gaffner, Joe Apfelbaum. OK. Let us search for Mark Mathios right here. Mark Mathios. I don't see him.
Copy.
And then let's see, Howie Schwartz, Adam Stein, Frank Winston.
Let's see who else.
Search. Eric Weg— Eric Wegweiser.
Copy.
All right, so we have Eric Wegweiser, Mark Mathios, Kenneth Migdon, Steven Zwei, Joe Apfelbaum. Let's see who we missed. Andy Rosenwach. Let's search him. Let's see.
I'm not sure.
Uh, 3-6, we had that. Andy Rosenwalk. Andy Rosenwalk right here. 2023, 2024.
Wow, the last time I was at a table with him was 2023.
No.
All right, I guess so. I'm going to copy this, bring it in here. Okay, uh, Greg Fisher, George Schmidt, Jocelyn Neger, Michael Tortorici. Okay, so who else was at our table? Uh, Joe, Mark, Andrew, Kyle. So we just need Kyle, Kyle McKenzie, and Frank. So Kyle's information is right here. Kyle's information is right here. I'll put this here. And then Frank's information— was Frank here too?
No.
I'm just going to Google him and see what comes up. OK, I found it. So we'll just create his information right now. Yeah, this guy seriously needs help with his profile. So here we're going to say Kyle McKenzie's information. We're going to ask Claude to— let's see if we have Frank's information. Somewhere here. Let's see if we can pull it up right here. Access email. Yeah, that's his email. So I'm using a tool called Apollo to find people's emails real quick. And then we need the information from this guy here, Kyle. So we can close this, close this. I'm going to say add a note, reset, generate.
It's going to generate a note for me.
Evie AI is going to generate a note. I'm going to insert the note. Loved meeting you. Send connection request. All right, let's see if he accepts it. Now let's find his email. Copy.
Let's see, let's go to ChatGPT and let's go to my recent conversation.
Was this his email? Okay, McKenzie and Pulisi. Yeah, that's it.
All right, perfect.
Um, let's go here, put this here like this. All right. Okay, I'm going to go in here. I'm going to say make me a list of emails that are Comma separated. So I can email these 7 people from Joe. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Perfect. Now I'm going to send an email out to all these people.
Let us pop out the email.
Let's see if it's an option to pop it out so you guys can see it. Where do I pop out the email? Let's see, pop out. I can't pop out the email. I'm trying to pop it out and it's not popping out, so I'm just going to put it here so you guys can see what I'm doing.
I'm going to paste all the recipients here.
You see, they're all here just like that. Then what I'm going to do is I'm going to go in here and grab the subject line. Paste it in. Then what I'm going to do is I'm going to copy all this like this. I'm going to copy all this. I'm going to paste it in. So now I can just hit send, or I can put in all the actions that I found.
So what are the actions that I found?
Let's see.
I'm just going to talk. Frank for Ken Paramount. Frank for Ken Triax. Eric for Ken Cushman. Steven for Andy, one-on-one. Ken for Andy, one-on-one. Kyle for Mark. Fetzer here. Mark for Kyle, one-on-one. Steven for Mark, camp. Ken for Mark, camp. Frank for Eric, Paramount. Ken for Eric. Sage? Joe for Frank, David Swidler. Frank and Ken, one-on-one. Eric for Kyle.
Massimo.
Okay, that's what I have so far. Copy, and then we'll paste this into the email.
Um.
Steven. All right, I'm gonna hit send. I'll just save this as well inside my bio. All right, done. That was easy. I'm gonna go here. What are your action items?
Perfect.
All right, so I did it. That was complete. Now let's go back to LinkedIn, see what's going on here.
What I would love to do is remove a bunch of people from my LinkedIn right now. So let's go ahead and do that. Let's go here, new people. Julian Friedman. I just, I just signed up with— I just connected with Julian Friedman. Friedman. But the way that I'm going to remove people from here is I'm going to search for other Julians because I just connected with a new Julian. I could remove here. I can go here and go connections. Look at all these Julians I'm connected to here. So vice president of of business development. Let me just see if I've been talking to any of these people. Juliana, uh, Julian Lumpkin. Let's see if he's ever connected with me. What do you say?
Hey Julian, thanks for connecting me here on LinkedIn.
I would love to learn more about your business and get to know you. I'm interested in joining a marketing engagement pod, curated legit people.
Hmm.
Curious to know how your LinkedIn game is going.
Let's see what this produces. Yeah, it totally mixed up what I said. Mic check. Okay, reset. All right, um, let's go back.
Now I'm going to Ctrl-click on some of these juliennes.
So we have Julian, Julian, Julian, Julian, Julian, Julian, Julian. I already did this one. So let's open up these couple of pages here. So this guy here is Julian. We connected on the 8th, 2028. Let's see if he's doing anything here. I sent him a congrats university. Well, he's not really active.
Are you currently using LinkedIn at all?
I'm just curious to know because we launched a really cool sales assistant that I think might be helpful. Let me know if I can send you some info about it. Okay. I'm going to press go. And then I'm just going to disconnect from him because I don't need to be connected with He's not really using LinkedIn. This one here also doesn't look ideal for me. He does pay for LinkedIn and he's in California. 3 hours ago he posted, so we'll see what he says. I'm gonna close this down here. Oh, look at this guy, Julian DeSelle. Okay, 2018, January 2004. Oh, call me. He said call me. We're continuing to expand globally in language of reading. If you wish to find more about our team, call me. Oh, that's cool. That's cool. He's in New York. Oh yes, thank you. I'm gonna keep this guy. This guy disconnected from already.
This guy messaged.
Oh, he has an AI. I'm also very happy to learn more about what you're doing with your artificial intelligence. Thank you.
Oh, this guy's also an AI.
It looks like he's on right now. He has 18,000 followers.
Looks like you have 18,000 followers.
Would love to learn more about what your goals are. All right, let's see what's going on here.
Oh wow. Let's, um, click on me.
The roast happened already. Yes, I can see you live, Tom said. See, 1,000 people saw this, 600 people saw this, 300 people saw this, 300 people saw this.
And this is just in the past 20 hours.
900 people saw this, 300 people saw this, 500 people saw this. It's insane.
Go on Sales Navigator.
Let's see what people are up to here.
Messaging.
See if I got any new emails.
Okay.
People have not responded to me yet. These are all the people that were at the event today. Let me see if there's anybody else that I need to follow up with. Vincent, Mark, Zach, Joe, George, Michael Tortolici, Derek, Bruce Cortino, Nancy Vargas. Wendy. Yeah, I definitely connected with Wendy today. She should be on this list here. Wendy, here you go. Let me go ahead and message her.
Use Sales Navigator.
It looks like she has connections disabled here.
I'll pull her email.
I'm going to send her an email.
It was very nice meeting you today at the Executives Association lunch.
I hope it was productive for you. Looking forward to talking more with you. I'm going to hit send. And I just sent her an email just like that. Now I'm going to find her cell phone number. It looks like we have 2 cell phone numbers here. I'm going to copy this one, put it into WhatsApp, and see if that's the right cell phone number. It looks like it's not the right number. We're going to try this one. Also not a correct number. I'm going to try this one. Yep, that one looks correct. Wendy, it was nice to meet you at EANYC today. It's Joe Apfelbaum. Let's check her out.
Yep, that's her.
So this is the correct phone number, the primary one.
So I just emailed her and I sent her a WhatsApp. Oh, it looks like he sent me the connections dashboard already, so let's find it and make him the dashboard real quick while we're at it.
All right, let's make the dashboard. Making the dashboard now. There we go.
Now what I'm going to do is I want to—
where is the dashboard that I just dropped in here? Something's not working. Let me try to open it in another window. Here it is. I found it. I'm going to close this one. Okay, now I'm going to delete this. I'm going to View, Freeze Row 1, make it bold. I'm going to add some stuff from mine, and I'm going to Ctrl+C.
Perfect.
All right, I'm going to save— I'm going to send this back to him now. Let's see who else I met.
Roberta, I did not meet.
She was gone. She was not there. This guy didn't show up. Who was who was this? I'm not sure if this was her. So there was Wendy Nancy Vargas, Kyle McKenzie. Matthew, Vince. Ooh, Vince. I definitely met Vince. Loved hearing your elevator pitch today. I'm going to ask him for his cell phone number. See if he answers me. All right, moving on. So these are the people that we're attending today. I'm gonna—
I should call up Ed.
Let me see if he's on WhatsApp. I already sent her a message. Don't need to follow up with her.
All right, well, now I'm going to take a break. Um, it was really great being on live with you guys here today.
Hope you learned something.
If you did, let me know what you learned. That's my follow-up for my networking. I have one more long email to send, but I'm going to do it off live. So thank you very much for being here with me.
I appreciate it.
