Joe Apfelbaum, CEO of Evvy AI, demonstrates how the platform automates LinkedIn prospecting: generating and posting comments across multiple accounts in seconds, then making outbound calls with CRM-linked templates. A batch of comments and likes on dozens of profiles took about three minutes.

We're just going to be prospecting and calling people and building relationships and growing businesses. Is that, is that what we're doing right now? I guess so. Hey, my name is Joe Apfelbaum. I'm the CEO of Evvy AI. We're a sales assistant and we help people be able to grow their business. That's what we do. We help people grow their business using this technology. So if you're on LinkedIn, let's say for example, you want to be able to pull up people's profiles here from the side. I'm going to select a particular list. We're going to do EANYC. EANYC. We're going to do the active members of EANYC. These are the most active members. We're going to start with Don Gelastino, who owns an elevator company with 6,000 elevators. He's a client of mine as well. Really awesome guy. He's going ahead and posting stuff. I'm going to have my AI write a comment right here. Boom. It just wrote a comment. And I just did that. Now that I'm done with Don Gelastino, I move on to Robert Allen. I can click on— when I hover over, I can click on open quick link here and that opens up a quick link. I see I already left a comment for him like that. Now I'm going to go to Dorian. I want to see Dorian. Dorian owns a title company. I'm going to check out his latest posts. I do see he posted over here 7 hours ago. I'm going to go ahead and leave a comment right here. Dorian, what a great initiative. Boom, boom, boom. I also see he posted a video a day ago. I'm going to go ahead and leave a comment on his video. Also very quick, very simple, very easy to do. I'm going to go ahead and like this. I'm going to go ahead and leave a comment on this one here. Dorian, you hit the nail on the head. Boom. Okay. Then I'm going to hover over Joanne Ballady, click on that. I'm going to check this out. I see she hasn't posted lately. That's fine. I'm going to move on to Rachel Kellner. She owns a chocolate company. I'm gonna see she has 1,970 people there, John Rafferty and everybody else. She was at a board meeting with the Executives Association. Boom. Okay, love that. I'm gonna go here, connect with people just like this, and boom, just left another comment. Amazing. Now I'm gonna go to— did I just do Robert Allen? Okay, I'm gonna move on to the next one, Jocelyn Neger. Jessalyn Nager, it's always hard to comment on her post because she like forwards everything to like groups, which is annoying. So I had to find her actual post, which I can't find. You see, I'm looking through her posts, maybe from a month ago. There's a post here and she's only doing it for her friends, which is nice, but she's not really going to get any exposures as a result of that. I should tell her. Okay, Eric Wegweiser, I'm going to go ahead and pull up his posts and Eric just posted on mainly on his company page over here. That's what's going on. Just posting on the company page. I'm just going to go ahead and like all these. No point in commenting on a company page because no one's really going to see it. Okay, moving on. Um, then we got Colin Bond, Ryan Spear, Vincent Malizia. I'm going to check out all these posts. This is Dorian's. This is Collins. This is Ryan Spear from 3 weeks ago. I'm gonna go ahead and leave a comment on his post. But do you see how quickly I'm able to kind of stay top of mind where my entire Executives Association network just like that? This is one of the most powerful things you can do, which is connecting with people, building relationships, getting to know them, like doing the work. Most people are just not willing to do the work. And if you're willing to do the work and consistently connect with people and build relationships with them and get to know them, you're gonna end up getting more referrals. You're gonna end up getting more clients. You're gonna end up growing your business. You just have to make sure that you are consistently taking action and checking up on your network and seeing what people are up to. Can you see that I'm kind of taking action here and seeing what my network is up to? I'm going to pick up my phone real quick. What's going on? Sorry, um, uh, doesn't have contacts, so call me when you're done. Okay. All right, all right, so I'm gonna click here. And I'm gonna comment like this. Okay, Derek, Derek, Derek, Derek, Derek. You see, commenting on all Derek's posts. This way on top of mind with Derek, making sure he notices me, making sure that his network notices me. You see, I commented on all his posts and I caught up with everything. All right, moving on. We got John, we got Matt Schwartzberg, uh, Jensen, Anthony DiCosenzo. You see I'm kind of pulling up all these posts here. We got Richard, Shalayla, we got our immigration attorney done, we got Derek done, we got Matt Schwartzberg. He hasn't posted in a while. He just posted something over here. I'm gonna go ahead and leave a comment on it. We got George Jensen who just posted 4 days ago. As you can see, I just went ahead and left a comment. I've commented on all his other stuff. Then we got Safety Facility Services from Jesse and leaving a comment on Jesse's post. Then we got Anthony over here and I already left a comment on Anthony. And then finally, Cass Cadler-Smith just to see if he's, if he's there. So as you can see, I left comments on all these people and it just took me 3 minutes. 3 minutes, I went through all the active members of our association. That's a very, very good investment of 3 minutes of my time. Would you agree with that? If you agree with that, say I agree with that in the chat. I'm checking out who looked at my profile. Somebody from Egypt just checked out my profile. That's awesome. He followed me. All right, let's take a look at my most recent posts and see if I have any people that I need to reply to that if I post it on LinkedIn. So this is the live that's here right now. I'm going to go ahead and give it a like. I'm also going to go ahead and switch over to Evvy AI, and I'm going to give it a like from Evvy AI. Then I'm going to go ahead and switch it to the Executives Association of New York City and give it a like from the Executives Association. Then I'm going to switch to Ajax Union, and I'm going to give my thing a like from Ajax Union. And then I'm going to switch to Evergreen, and I'm going to give it a like from Evergreen. You see that? I'm just, I'm kind of like going from thing to thing. And I'm able to even, even have Basil give it a like. And you see, all of a sudden I grew from 0 likes to having a tremendous amount of likes from all these company pages. Which is really powerful to be able to get likes from all these amazing company pages that allow me to stay top of mind with people. Now I went from 0 likes to all of a sudden now I have 10 likes on this, which the algorithm really likes. The algorithm likes when I get likes. Now what I want to do is I want to drop some comments. So what type of comments am I going to drop? Well, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to drop some articles. So for example, I have this LinkedIn strategy article that I'm going to drop here as article number 1. Then I'm going to do my DM triggers article. Then I'm going to do my LinkedIn 101 article. You see that? Now all of a sudden this post has 10 likes and 3 comments. I'm going to do my $100 million offers video. I'm going to do my content ideas article. I'm going to do my mistakes, the biggest mistakes people make on LinkedIn article. And I'm going to do my influencer strategy article. And of course I can have more articles if I want. I could have my weekly, my influencer summit article. I could have my posting party best practice article. You see that? I have all these articles. I can even have the Ask the Duck article here. Here's the Ask the Duck article. So now I have 10 likes and 10 comments on this post. Do you see how quickly I got to double-digit comments on my own post? Just like that. Powerful. Okay, now let's do some prospecting. Let's go ahead and open up the Opportunities tab, and we're gonna make at least 5 phone calls right now. We're gonna make some manual phone calls. We do have 539 leads to call, so I'm gonna go ahead and make some calls right now, and hopefully you guys can hear the phone ringing. Let's just see what happens. We are calling people who express interest in—
Your call has been forwarded to voicemail. The person you're trying to reach is not available. At the tone, please record your message. When you have finished recording, you may hang up. Hey, this is Joe Apfelbaum.
If you can give me a call at 973-841-8868, I'd love to chat with you about our 99 LinkedIn Hacks. Give me a call when you get a chance. Okay, so I did that. Moving on to the next person. Going to make a phone call. Now, these are people that are, that have raised their hand and they said, hey, I'm interested. I'm interested in doing business with you. But if it doesn't work, if there's bad contact info, then I kind of just update the bad contact info and boom, I'm done. It says the phone number is not valid. Oh, I'm gonna hit cancel. And I'm going to do bad contact info. Okay, now I'm going to call the next person over and see what happens. This is the dude that I'm calling right now.
Hello, you've reached Larry Kofel. I'm unable to get to the phone. Please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you.
Hey, Larry, this is Joe Apfelbaum. If you can call me at 973-841-8888. I'd love to chat with you, learn more about your business, see what you're up to. I got notified that you were interested in learning more about the 99 LinkedIn Hacks, and I checked out your profile. I see you're the director of recruiting. All right, well, we got disconnected over there. This is a good opportunity, but Larry's a good opportunity, so I'm going to add him to Our contact attempted. And, you know, actually we'll make him to contact made because he's out. He's a good opportunity. I'm moving him to the next stage. And let's see what happens. Now we're moving on to the next person. I also have templates I can use to message people. So here I have tons of templates. I'm going to X out these templates and I'm going to say 99 Hacks. And I'm going to go here. Thank you for requesting 99 Hacks. We created— would you like me to send you the link? I just hit send it. I just sent him a DM through Sales Navigator. Let's see if he replies to that. All right, let's just see what else we've got going. I want to try this one one more time. This guy William actually goes straight to straight nowhere. Oh, unsuccessful. Texas, a sales leader in Texas. I'm going to move it. I'm going to change the opportunity to to the next. Okay, Emma Smith. Let's see if it works.
Your call has been forwarded to voicemail. The person you're trying to reach is not available. At the tone, please record your message. When you have finished recording, you may hang up.
Hey, this is Joe Apfelbaum. Um, please call me back at 973-841-8868. I'm calling from Evy AI. I would love to chat with you about the 99 LinkedIn Hacks. Give me a call when you get a chance. Thank you, Emma. Okay, moving that one on. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to attempt to have a dialer just start dialing. So I have this dialer that I can connect. It can pull all the contacts from the CRM, and then I could just press dial and it just starts calling 3 people at a time. So it's going to go just gangbusters calling people now. And let's just see what happens. It is Friday afternoon, granted, but let's just see what it does. And we are— for those of you that are tuning in right now, we're live prospecting and we're trying to book some meetings with people. So if you're watching me live, just say, I'm watching you live, Joe.
I'm sorry, I can't come to the phone right now, but if you can please leave a message, I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Uh, no answer. I'm gonna say save, resume. Hello. Okay, bye. All right, the team needs me to go on a demo call. Let's just see what's going on. Let's hop on. Let's hop on a demo now. Anyhow, we need us to add like a good thing to use, like not Gmail. Tell Joe what your—
