Good morning. So what are 3 things that you're super grateful for today? For me, I take a look at the reason why I do everything that I do, and that always goes back to my family, my wife, my kids, my friends, my community. This is my purpose. This is the reason why I work so hard. This is the reason why I'm constantly pushing myself to improve so I could not only be an example for them, but I could be around for them so that I could enjoy them and they could enjoy me. So I'm super grateful that I have a purpose, that I have a passion. So number one, think about the things that you're— why you're doing it, like the things that you have, the reasons that you have that allow you to keep having that passion, that excitement, that motivation. So that's the one thing to be grateful for. The second thing is, what do you need to honor in your life that's providing for you? So for me, I need to honor my business, Ajax Union, a B2B digital marketing agency in Brooklyn. I'm super grateful that I get to lead the company, that I started the business, and that I transformed it to be the premier B2B lead generation brand communication agency that supports companies that have sales teams and marketing teams to be able to help them execute, get better leads, understand the marketing funnel, all that stuff. And the amazing team that we have that I get to lead and I get to coach and I get to guide along the way to have a better life and to be able to keep giving our clients amazing, incredible results. That's the second thing I'm really grateful for. And the third thing I'm grateful for is my awareness. See, I used to be not aware. I used to be 90 pounds heavier than I am today. I used to be afraid of public speaking. I used to be afraid of social media. You can say that I was afraid of my own shadow and I was afraid to write and I had all these fears. And it's partially because of 3 things. Number one is I didn't have awareness. Number 2, I didn't have the right strategies to overcome them. And number 3 is I didn't have accountability to actually execute. But the first thing is awareness. So I'm super grateful that I have the levels of awareness, the levels of consciousness that I have right now, that I can take a deep breath, that I can be present, that I can be healthy, that I can be mindful. And so those are the 3 things that I'm most grateful for. Number one is my purpose. Number 2 is what I need to honor right now that's providing for me. And number 3 is my awareness. So let me know in the comments below. What you're grateful for during this incredible holiday season. See you soon. Stay motivated.
