Comment on someone's posts before asking to connect. It signals genuine interest instead of a sales pitch, and dramatically improves whether they'll accept your request. Real conversation beats the numbers game.

Right? We all want to be treated like normal human beings and not just a number. And so when we're engaging with people on this in this way, it allows people to go, wow, they are actually wanting to have a conversation. They're, they're there for me to help me, as opposed to feeling like you're just there to sell them something, and it changes everything. So very, very important for that. So huge thing on that, my recommendation, if you can comment on people's posts, engage with them that way before ever sending a connection request to them, it drastically increases your engagement, your connection ratios rather, on people accepting them.
